Abstract
本发明公开了一种羊毛低温促染剂,包括30‑75%活性组分,5‑10%助溶剂,2‑3%冰醋酸,5‑8%分散剂和4‑58%水该羊毛低温促染剂能有效的降低染色时的温度,将温度从98‑100℃降低到80℃,具有显著的节能效果,温度降低可以减少对羊毛的损伤,成品制成率提高2‑5%。

技术领域
本发明涉及促染剂领域,特别涉及一种羊毛低温促染剂领域。
背景技术
羊毛作为一种纯天然的蛋白质纤维,它的手感十分丰满,它的吸湿性、弹性、透气性、保暖性和舒适性十分的优良,具有独特的成衣效果而深受人们喜欢,由于羊毛的表面有一层具有定向摩擦效应的鳞片覆盖住,具有疏水性质,导致在染色过程中不易被润湿,导致羊毛纤维很难用染料上色。
在一般的羊毛染色过程中,都要将水煮沸,温度要有100℃左右,消耗大量的能量和成本,而且染色的时间也较长,长时间的高温会使羊毛的损伤比较严重,产生羊毛纤维的强力降低、失重脆化等问题,会给接下来的纺纱加工带来很大问题,很容易导致羊毛手感粗糙。
发明内容
本实发明的目的是提供一种羊毛低温促染剂,主要用于对羊毛纤维染色的改进,降低了染色过程中需要到达的温度,将原来需要的98-100℃降低到80℃左右,大大减少了能源的消耗,并且能增强羊毛纤维的强度,使对羊毛纤维的损害进一步减小,提高成品的制成率2-5%,经济效益和社会效益显著。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种羊毛低温促染剂,包括按重量百分比的以下组成:
活性组分 30-75%
助溶剂 5-10%
冰醋酸 2-3%
分散剂 5-8%
水 4-58%
所述活性组包括按重量百分比的下述组成:15-35%水溶性非离子表面活性剂,15-40%两性表面试剂;
其中:
所述活性组包括按重量百分比的下述组成:15-35%水溶性非离子表面活性剂为10-20%牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚和5-15%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,15-40%两性表面活性剂;
其中:两性表面活性剂为氧化胺类表面活性剂的一种。
采用上述技术方案,该羊毛低温促染剂能有效将原本羊毛纤维染色的温度从98-100℃降低到80℃,具有显著的节能效果,温度降低可以减少对羊毛的损害,提高了成品的制成率。
作为优选,所述水溶性非离子表面活性试剂为10-20%牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚和5-15%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
采用上述技术方案,牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚具有优良的乳化、分散、增溶、抗静电、润滑、缓蚀能力,具有一定的杀菌能力,耐酸,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的稳定性较高,水溶性较好,耐电解质,易于生物降解,泡沫小,和其他表面活性剂的配伍性好。
作为优选,所述两性表面活性剂为月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺。
采用上述技术方案,月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺易溶于水和极性有机溶剂,有良好的增稠、抗静电、柔软、增泡、稳泡和去污性能,减少阴离子表面活性剂的刺激性,能显著降低羊毛染色温度。
作为优选,所述的羊毛低温促染剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将顺酐(或丙烯酸)倒入有一定量水的反应釜,升温到75℃,同时缓慢滴加丙烯酸和过硫酸钠,滴加完成升温到80℃,保温二小时,冷却到40℃左右,缓慢滴加液碱,同时启动循环冷却水,直到反应釜内溶液PH值控制在6-7之间,制得分散剂A备用;
步骤二:将一定量的水加入反应釜,升温到80℃,逐步加入肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌化开,依次加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,温度降到40℃左右,加入适量冰醋酸调节PH值至5.5-6.5之间,制得B溶液;
步骤三:将反应釜内加入一定量B溶液,边搅拌边加入一定量A溶液,最后加入少量助溶剂,搅拌10min,产品透明澄清即可。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种羊毛低温促染剂,包括以下重量百分比成分:
15%牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚,10%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,30%月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,10%乙二醇丁醚,3%冰醋酸,5%马丙共聚物和27%水;
步骤一:将顺酐倒入有一定量水的搪瓷反应釜,升温到75℃,同时缓慢滴加丙烯酸和过硫酸钠,滴加完成升温到80℃,保温二小时,冷却到40℃左右,缓慢滴加液碱,同时启动循环冷却水,直到反应釜内溶液PH值控制在6,制得分散剂A马丙共聚物备用;
步骤二:将一定量的水加入反应釜,升温到80℃,逐步加入肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌化开,依次加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,温度降到40℃左右,加入适量冰醋酸调节PH值至6.5,制得B溶液;
步骤三:将反应釜内加入一定量B溶液,边搅拌边加入一定量A溶液,最后加入少量乙二醇丁醚,搅拌10min,产品透明澄清即可。
实施例2
一种羊毛低温促染剂,包括以下重量百分比成分:
20%牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚,15%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,20%月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,8%异丙醇,2%冰醋酸,8%马丙共聚物和27%水;
步骤一:将顺酐倒入有一定量水的搪瓷反应釜,升温到75℃,同时缓慢滴加丙烯酸和过硫酸钠,滴加完成升温到80℃,保温二小时,冷却到40℃左右,缓慢滴加液碱,同时启动循环冷却水,直到反应釜内溶液PH值控制在7,制得分散剂A马丙共聚物备用;
步骤二:将一定量的水加入反应釜,升温到80℃,逐步加入肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌化开,依次加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,温度降到40℃左右,加入适量冰醋酸调节PH值至5.5,制得B溶液;
步骤三:将反应釜内加入一定量B溶液,边搅拌边加入一定量A溶液,最后加入少量异丙醇,搅拌10min,产品透明澄清即可。
Claims (5)
1.一种羊毛低温促染剂,其特征在于,包括按重量百分比的以下组成:
活性组分 30-75%
助溶剂 5-10%
冰醋酸 2-3%
分散剂 5-8%
水 4-58%
所述活性组包括按重量百分比的下述组成:15-35%水溶性非离子表面活性剂为10-20%牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚和5-15%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,15-40%两性表面活性剂;
其中:两性表面活性剂为氧化胺类表面活性剂的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛低温促染剂,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛低温促染剂,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为异丙醇、乙二醇丁醚、二乙二醇丁醚,乙二醇苯醚、二乙二醇中的一种或者组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛低温促染剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为马丙共聚物或聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或者组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛低温促染剂,其特征在于,所述的羊毛低温促染剂的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将顺酐(或丙烯酸)倒入有一定量水的反应釜,升温到75℃,同时缓慢滴加丙烯酸和过硫酸钠,滴加完成升温到80℃,保温二小时,冷却到40℃左右,缓慢滴加液碱,同时启动循环冷却水,直到反应釜内溶液PH值控制在6-7之间,制得分散剂A备用;
步骤二:将一定量的水加入反应釜,升温到80℃,逐步加入肪醇聚氧乙烯醚搅拌化开,依次加入牛脂胺聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰胺丙基氧化胺,温度降到40℃左右,加入适量冰醋酸调节PH值至5.5-6.5之间,制得B溶液;
步骤三:将反应釜内加入一定量B溶液,边搅拌边加入一定量A溶液,最后加入少量助溶剂,搅拌10min,产品透明澄清即可。
