本发明公开了一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法,胶合板的制备方法如下:步骤1:选取异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶粘剂,耐候耐水;步骤2:对单板进行阻燃处理,使其具备阻燃性;步骤3:调胶,在调胶过程中加入阻燃剂,使胶层具有阻燃性;步骤4:对处理后的单板进行涂胶、组丕、热压等工序,并使其成型;步骤5:成型后的基板表面进行表面处理,涂抹防火涂料,增加阻燃性;本发明所采用的胶粘剂为异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶合剂,具有耐候耐火性,对单板进行阻燃处理使得胶合板的阻燃性提高,在调胶的过程中添加阻燃剂,进一步的加强胶合板的阻燃性;本发明设计合理,值得大力推广。

一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶合板的制备方法,具体是指一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法。
背景技术
胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成,胶合板是家具常用材料之一,为人造板三大板之一,亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材,现有胶合板的制作方法使得胶合板的耐候、耐水性差,且胶合板的含甲醛含量过高,胶合板的阻燃效果不好。
所以,一种阻燃效果好的新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法成为人们亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有技术耐候、耐水性差,甲醛含量高,阻燃效果不好等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法,所述胶合板的制备方法如下:
步骤1:选取异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶粘剂,耐候耐水;
步骤2:对单板进行阻燃处理,使其具备阻燃性;
步骤3:调胶,在调胶过程中加入阻燃剂,使胶层具有阻燃性;
步骤4:对处理后的单板进行涂胶、组丕、热压等工序,并使其成型;
步骤5:成型后的基板表面进行表面处理,涂抹防火涂料,增加阻燃性。
进一步地,步骤2中所述的对单板进行阻燃处理的参数要求:单板厚度:1.25-2.2mm,单板含水率:14-24%,浸泡时间:1-6h;所述阻燃处理过程中所用到的阻燃剂的配制组分:阻燃剂:25-35%,渗透剂:1-5%,所述阻燃剂为磷酸酯的一种,所述渗透剂为木材专用渗透剂。
进一步地,步骤3中所述的调胶所用到的原料:无醛添加胶、改性剂、阻燃剂,所述无醛添加胶为醋酸乙烯酯的一种,所述改性剂为异氰酸酯,用量为8-25%,所述阻燃剂的用量为5-10%。
进一步地,步骤4中所述的涂胶、组丕、热压的参数要求:双面涂胶量:260-420g/m2;陈放时间:25-120min;热压温度:85-120℃;热压时间:1.5-2.0min/m2;单位压力:0.8-1.4MPa。
进一步地,步骤5中所述的表面处理中用到的阻燃涂料的调配:无醛添加防水胶、阻燃剂与步骤3中所用的相同;淀粉:6-10%;氧化硅:6-18%;溶剂:30-60%;基板表面处理:定厚拉毛;涂布:涂布量260-360g/m2;热压:陈放时间:40-120min,钢板喷涂脱模剂;热压温度:85-105℃;热压时间:8-20min;单位压力:1.0-1.4MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点:本发明所采用的胶粘剂为异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶合剂,具有耐候耐火性,对单板进行阻燃处理使得胶合板的阻燃性提高,在调胶的过程中添加阻燃剂,进一步的加强胶合板的阻燃性;同时对单板进行涂胶、组丕、热压工序处理,使其成型,成型后进行表面处理,涂抹防火材料,进一步的增加胶合板的阻燃性;本发明设计合理,值得大力推广。
具体实施方式
本发明在具体实施时提供了一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法,所述胶合板的制备方法如下:
步骤1:选取异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶粘剂,耐候耐水;
步骤2:对单板进行阻燃处理,使其具备阻燃性;
步骤3:调胶,在调胶过程中加入阻燃剂,使胶层具有阻燃性;
步骤4:对处理后的单板进行涂胶、组丕、热压工序,并使其成型;
步骤5:成型后的基板表面进行表面处理,涂抹防火涂料,增加阻燃性。

步骤5中所述的表面处理中用到的阻燃涂料的调配:无醛添加防水胶、阻燃剂与步骤3中所用的相同;淀粉:6-10%;氧化硅:6-18%;溶剂:30-60%;基板表面处理:定厚拉毛;涂布:涂布量260-360g/m2;热压:陈放时间:40-120min,钢板喷涂脱模剂;热压温度:85-105℃;热压时间:8-20min;单位压力:1.0-1.4MPa。
本发明所采用的胶粘剂为异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶合剂,具有耐候耐火性,对单板进行阻燃处理使得胶合板的阻燃性提高,在调胶的过程中添加阻燃剂,进一步的加强胶合板的阻燃性;同时对单板进行涂胶、组丕、热压工序处理,使其成型,成型后进行表面处理,涂抹防火材料,进一步的增加胶合板的阻燃性;本发明设计合理,值得大力推广。

步骤1:选取异氰酸酯改性类无醛添加胶粘剂,耐候耐水;
步骤2:对单板进行阻燃处理,使其具备阻燃性;
步骤3:调胶,在调胶过程中加入阻燃剂,使胶层具有阻燃性;
步骤4:对处理后的单板进行涂胶、组丕、热压工序,并使其成型;
步骤5:成型后的基板表面进行表面处理,涂抹防火涂料,增加阻燃性。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2中所述的对单板进行阻燃处理的参数要求:单板厚度:1.25-2.2mm,单板含水率:14-24%,浸泡时间:1-6h;所述阻燃处理过程中所用到的阻燃剂的配制组分:阻燃剂:25-35%,渗透剂:1-5%,所述阻燃剂为磷酸酯的一种,所述渗透剂为木材专用渗透剂。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4中所述的涂胶、组丕、热压的参数要求:双面涂胶量:260-420g/m2;陈放时间:25-120min;热压温度:85-120℃;热压时间:1.5-2.0min/m2;单位压力:0.8-1.4MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型耐候阻燃无醛添加胶合板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤5中所述的表面处理中用到的阻燃涂料的调配:无醛添加防水胶、阻燃剂与步骤3中所用的相同;淀粉:6-10%;氧化硅:6-18%;溶剂:30-60%;基板表面处理:定厚拉毛;涂布:涂布量260-360g/m2;热压:陈放时间:40-120min,钢板喷涂脱模剂;热压温度:85-105℃;热压时间:8-20min;单位压力:1.0-1.4MPa。
