Abstract

本发明涉及的是心血管领域医疗器械,具体是一种新型自膨式血管支架的输送系统,该输送系统由装载管、推送软管和输送线组成,该装置在装载自膨式血管支架时,输送线从自膨式血管支架的头端穿孔穿过而不从支架外部包扎,最后从推送软管的内部穿出。该装置在输送支架时推送软管可经输送线从自膨式血管支架的头端开始推送,从而防止了自膨式血管支架输送过程中造成自膨式血管支架的短缩。绑扎支架时输送线不从支架外部绑扎,支架植入人体后体外拆卸输送线时更方便简单,不易出错。

Description

一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统
技术领域
本发明专利涉及的是一种医疗器械输送系统,具体是一种自膨式血管支架的输送系统,自膨式血管支架可为覆膜支架也可为不覆膜裸支架。
背景技术
临床上治疗血管瘤、血管泄漏、血管闭塞或者进行肝静脉门体分流术等的自膨式血管支架,从体外植入到体内目标部位,一般是将自膨式血管支架用绑扎线绑扎在输送导管的头端,再通过输送鞘管将自膨式血管支架送到目标部位,最后在体外拆卸掉绑扎支架的绑扎线,待自膨式血管支架自动膨胀后再撤出输送导管,自膨式血管支架便被植入到患者体内。上述支架的绑扎方式是用绑扎线将支架全部包扎在输送导管的头端,使其位于绑扎线层和输送导管之间。支架植入后拆卸绑扎线时,需从体外开始拆卸,该绑扎方式操作复杂,且当绑扎线未绑扎到位时,易造成支架释放失败。再者上述输送方式在支架输送过程中,往往会随着输送导管的推送而造成挤压,从而使自膨式血管支架的长度缩短,最终使自膨式血管支架不能完全封堵血管泄露或者封堵血管瘤等,进而造成需要植入第二枚或更多自膨式血管支架,甚至造成患者严重伤害。
发明内容
为了解决上述自膨式血管支架绑扎方式操作复杂,且易造成支架长度缩短的问题,本发明提供了一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,该输送系统由装载管、推送软管、输送线组成。该装置装载自膨式血管支架时,输送线从自膨式血管支架的头端穿孔穿过,再从自膨式血管支架的内部穿出,最后对折从推送软管的内部穿出。装载时输送线不全部包杂在自膨式血管支架外侧,拆卸输送线时易从体外撤出。推送软管输送支架时可从自膨式血管支架头端开始推送,从而防止了自膨式血管支架输送时造成的自膨式血管支架短缩的问题。
上述推送软管由金属软管外部加装热收缩管加工而成,外部也可无热收缩管。金属软管由不锈钢钢管、镍钛合金管等金属管经激光雕刻成螺纹管状或镂空管状结构。热收缩管由高分子材料管材加工而成。
上述推送软管也可由ABS、PE、PP、Pebax等高分子材料或者高分子材料和金属编织管加工而成。
上述装载管由高分子材料加工而成。
上述输送线的数量为1-6条,以3条为优选。输送线对折后的长度大于上述推送软管的长度。输送线的外径为0.05mm~0.25mm。
另一实施例,由装载管、圆锥伞状推送软管组成,圆锥伞状推送软管的头端加工成圆锥伞状结构,圆锥伞状结构含有2-9条支撑腿。圆锥伞状推送软管由超弹形记忆镍钛合金管加工而成。
又一实施例,由装载管、纺锤形推送软管组成,纺锤形推送软管的头端加工成纺锤状结构,纺锤状结构外侧加工有倒刺,倒刺数量为2-9个。
本发明的有效益处是:本输送系统装载自膨式血管支架时,不从支架外部全部绑扎,体外拆卸输送线方便简单;在输送自膨式血管支架时,推送软管可经输送线直接从自膨式血管支架的头端开始推送,可防止自膨式血管支架在输送过程中出现短缩;本产品没使用外绑扎装载方式,装载后外径较小,便于输送。本发明结构组成简单,成本低廉,便于制造。

具体实施方式
下面根据说明书附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,本发明由装载管1、输送线2、推送软管3组成;自膨式血管支架4为本发明要输送的产品,不包含在本发明结构内。上述输送线2由输送线21和输送线22组成,输送线21和22经穿孔在自膨式血管支架4的头部41侧壁穿过,再将输送线21、22两端对折后从推送软管3的头端31内部穿过,直至从推送软管3的尾端32伸出。自膨式血管支架4和输送线2连接好后,经压缩安装在装载管1内部,推送软管3处于自膨式血管支架头部41和自膨式血管支架尾端42内部。
如图2所示,为本发明释放自膨式血管支架结构示意图,产品释放时,先将安装好自膨式血管支架的装载管1(图1所示)插入输送鞘5接头51内(输送鞘5为市场上通用输送鞘管,使用时可直接采购不包含在本发明结构内),再按箭头方向所示支架推送方向输送推送软管3,自膨式血管支架4便从支架头部41开始从装载管内被推出。直至自膨式血管支架4被全部推出输送鞘5后,再从推送软管3的尾端32一条一条撤出输送线21、输送线22,待输送线21、22撤出后,再撤出推送软管3、输送鞘5和装载管1,自膨式血管支架4便释放完成。
如图3所示,为圆锥伞状推送软管实施例装载自膨式血管支架后的结构示意图,该实施例由装载管1、圆锥伞状推送软管6组成,圆锥伞状推送软管6由螺纹管61和圆锥状支撑杆62组成,圆锥状支撑杆62的数量为2-10条。螺纹管61和圆锥状支撑杆62由镍钛合金管或不锈钢管激光雕刻一体而成或焊接而成。该实施例装载自膨式血管支架时,先将推送软管6的尾端61从自膨式血管支架4的头部41内部向尾端42穿出,使推送软管6的圆锥状支撑杆62全部进入支架头部41的内部1-5mm,再用工具使圆锥状支撑杆62从自膨式血管支架4的管壁穿出1-2mm,最后用压缩工具将推送软管6和自膨式血管支架4一起装入装载管1中。
如图4所示,为图3所示实施例释放自膨式血管支架示意图,产品释放时,先将安装好自膨式血管支架的装载管1,插入输送鞘5接头51内,再按箭头方向所示(支架推送方向)输送推送软管6,自膨式血管支架4便从支架头部41开始从装载管1内被推出,直至自膨式血管支架4被全部推出输送鞘5后,再捏住推送软管6的尾端61,向前推送输送鞘5(如图5:鞘管推送方向),使输送鞘的头端52到达推送软管的圆锥状支撑杆62处(如图5所示),再同时向后回撤推送软管6,便可将自膨式血管支架4从推送软管6上释放,最后再撤出输送鞘5和装载管1,自膨式血管支架4便释放完成。
如图6所示,为纺锤形推送软管实施例装载自膨式血管支架后的结构示意图,该实施例由装载管1、纺锤形推送软管7组成,纺锤形推送软管7由螺纹管71、纺锤形支撑杆72和倒刺73组成,纺锤形支撑杆72的数量为2-10条,每条纺锤形支撑杆72有一倒刺73。螺纹管71、纺锤形支撑杆72和倒刺73由镍钛合金管或不锈钢管激光雕刻一体而成或焊接而成。该实施例装载自膨式血管支架时,先将推送软管7的尾端71从自膨式血管支架4的头部41内部向尾端42穿出,使推送软管7的倒刺73全部进入支架头部41的内部1-5mm,再用工具使倒刺73从自膨式血管支架4的管壁穿出1-2mm,最后用压缩工具将推送软管7和自膨式血管支架4一起装入装载管1中。
如图7所示,为图6所示实施例释放自膨式血管支架示意图,产品释放时,先将安装好自膨式血管支架的装载管1,插入输送鞘5接头51内,再按箭头方向(支架推送方向)所示输送推送软管7,自膨式血管支架4便从支架头部41开始从装载管1内被推出,直至自膨式血管支架4被全部推出输送鞘5后,再捏住推送软管7的尾端71,向前推送输送鞘5(如图8:鞘管推送方向),使输送鞘的头端52到达推送软管的纺锤形支撑杆72处(如图8所示),再同时向后回撤推送软管7,便可将自膨式血管支架4从推送软管7上释放,最后再撤出输送鞘5和装载管1,自膨式血管支架4便释放完成。
以上所述,仅为本发明的典型实例,不用于限制本发明,凡在本发明的基础上改进和扩展的实例均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,由装载管、推送软管和输送线组成,其特征在于该装置装载自膨式血管支架时,输送线从自膨式血管支架的头部穿孔穿过,再从自膨式血管支架的内部穿出,最后对折从推送软管的内部穿出,输送线不全部包扎在自膨式血管支架外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于推送软管由金属软管外部加装热收缩管加工而成,金属软管由不锈钢钢管、镍钛合金管等金属管经激光雕刻成螺纹管状或镂空管状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于数量为1-6条,输送线对折后的长度大于推送软管的长度,输送线的外径为0.05mm~0.25mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于推送软管和输送线结构还可以为圆锥伞状推送软管结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于圆锥伞状推送软管圆锥伞状推送软管由螺纹管和圆锥状支撑杆组成,圆锥状支撑杆的数量为2-10条。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于推送软管和输送线结构还可以为纺锤形推送软管结构。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于纺锤形推送软管由螺纹管、纺锤形支撑杆和倒刺组成,纺锤形支撑杆的数量为2-10条,每条纺锤形支撑杆有一倒刺。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种新型自膨式血管支架输送系统,其特征还在于推送软管由推送软管也可由ABS、PE、PP、Pebax等高分子材料或者高分子材料和金属编织管加工而成。
