本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域,尤其是一种汽车前照灯调光系统,包括光源模组、水平调光机构和垂直调光机构,光源模组通过光源模组支架安装在灯具内部,水平调光机构包括水平调光电机和水平调光支架,水平调光支架通过连接件与光源模组支架可转动地连接,水平调光电机与水平调光支架通过键配合连接,垂直调光机构包括垂直调光电机、调光杆和传动螺杆,垂直调光电机和传动螺杆通过联结器连接,调光杆通过传动螺杆上的螺纹执行运动,调光杆前端为球状并与球座卡接,球座与光源模组支架固定连接,本发明可以解决现有技术中汽车前照灯不能随汽车转动方向调整前照灯水平照射角度以及不能随汽车上下坡道调整前照灯垂直照射角度的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车灯具技术领域,具体领域为一种汽车前照灯调光系统。
背景技术
随着汽车的普及,现代汽车前照灯主要关注灯具的用材、光学性能以及散热效果,同时也朝着更加安全的方向发展,但依然有着许多事故在频繁的发生,且夜间行驶安全事故远多于白天。在夜间或者光线不足情况下行车转弯时,如果汽车前照灯不能随汽车转动方向调整前照灯水平照射角度,此时前照灯灯光处于直射状态,会造成驾驶员在过弯道时的视角很短,其原因是:现有多数汽车的前照灯一般为固定式或者模组只可上下调光,不随汽车转弯方向调整前照灯水平照射角度,使得车辆在夜间行驶时,转动过程中驾驶员的视野出现严重的盲区,如果车速比较快,很容易发生碰撞等交通安全事故。另外,当汽车行驶在上下坡道或汽车后部分载荷增加时,灯光照射角度会发生变化,此时的工况有着很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车前照灯调光系统,以解决现有技术中汽车前照灯不能随汽车转动方向调整前照灯水平照射角度以及不能随汽车上下坡道调整前照灯垂直照射角度的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车前照灯调光系统,包括光源模组、水平调光机构和垂直调光机构,所述光源模组通过光源模组支架安装在灯具内部,水平调光机构包括水平调光电机和水平调光支架,所述水平调光支架通过连接件与光源模组支架可转动地连接,所述水平调光电机与水平调光支架通过键配合连接,所述垂直调光机构包括垂直调光电机、调光杆和传动螺杆,所述垂直调光电机和传动螺杆通过联结器连接,调光杆通过传动螺杆上的螺纹执行运动,调光杆前端为球状并与球座卡接,所述球座与光源模组支架固定连接。
优选的,所述水平调光支架下端的柱形凸台或凹台可通过转子与前照灯灯具内部配合实现转动。
优选的,所述连接件一端为长方体结构,中部为台阶轴,另一端为螺纹结构。
优选的,所述光源模组支架两侧对称设置有连接件。
优选的,所述连接件一端为内六角或外六角结构,中部为台阶轴,另一端为螺纹结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过设置水平调光机构和垂直调光机构,在行车过程中,可以通过灯具内部水平转向电动机和垂直转向电动机来调节汽车前照灯灯光的水平和垂直照射角度,本装置使灯光水平和垂直照射角度的调节稳定性更加可靠,行车过弯道、上下坡道和汽车后部分载荷增加时,提供更加准确的汽车前照灯照明,同时减少驾驶员的视野盲区,减少交通安全事故的发生率。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种汽车前照灯调光系统,包括光源模组5、水平调光机构和垂直调光机构,光源模组5通过光源模组支架6安装在灯具内部,水平调光机构包括水平调光电机3和水平调光支架1,水平调光支架1通过连接件4与光源模组支架6可转动地连接,水平调光电机3与水平调光支架1通过键2配合连接,垂直调光机构包括垂直调光电机11、调光杆8和传动螺杆9,垂直调光电机11和传动螺杆9通过联结器10连接,调光杆8通过传动螺杆9上的螺纹执行运动,调光杆8前端为球状并与球座7卡接,球座7与光源模组支架6固定连接,通过设置水平调光机构和垂直调光机构,在行车过程中,可以通过灯具内部水平转向电动机和垂直转向电动机来调节汽车前照灯灯光的水平和垂直照射角度,本装置使灯光水平和垂直照射角度的调节稳定性更加可靠,行车过弯道、上下坡道和汽车后部分载荷增加时,提供更加准确的汽车前照灯照明,同时减少驾驶员的视野盲区,减少交通安全事故的发生率。
进一步的,水平调光支架1下端的柱形凸台或凹台可通过转子与前照灯灯具内部配合实现转动。
优选的,连接件4一端为长方体结构,中部为台阶轴,另一端为螺纹结构,水平调光支架1的端部为圆环状结构,套在台阶轴上,连接件4的螺纹结构部与光源模组支架6螺纹连接,连接件4一端的长方体结构是便于连接件4与光源模组支架6缩紧,当然,在其他实施例中,连接件4用于与光源模组支架6缩紧的一端不限于长方体结构,也可以用内六角、外六角等其他结构形式,只要可以实现与光源模组支架6缩紧的功能即可,此处不再对其他可能结构进行赘述。
优选的,光源模组支架6两侧对称设置有连接件4,在光源模组支架6两侧对称设置连接件4,光源模组支架6与水平调光支架1的连接更稳定,实现水平调光支架1的轴向限位和转动。
工作原理:驾驶员在夜间或者光线不足情况下行车过弯道时,根据转弯角度调节水平调光机构,水平调光电机3工作,水平调光支架1通过键2与水平调光动机配合连接并与与灯具内部柱形凹槽配合实现转动,故水平调光电机3转动时可带动水平调光支架1绕灯具内部柱形凹槽转动,水平调光支架1和光源模组支架6通过连接件4实现连接,光源模组5和光源模组支架6固定连接,光源模组5可通过球座7实现水平转动,来调节前照灯灯光的水平照射角度;当汽车行驶在上下坡道或汽车后部分载荷增加时,汽车前部及后部相对地面的垂直距离会发生不同,根据上下坡度调节垂直调光机构,垂直调光电机11工作,通过联结器10带动传动螺杆9转动,调光杆8通过传动螺杆9上的螺纹执行直线运动,调光杆8前端为球状,与球座7卡接,球座7和光源模组支架6固定连接,水平调光支架1和光源模组支架6通过连接件4实现转动,光源模组5和光源模组支架6固定连接,光源模组5实现水平转动,来调节前照灯灯光的垂直照射角度。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种汽车前照灯调光系统,其特征在于:包括光源模组(5)、水平调光机构和垂直调光机构,所述光源模组(5)通过光源模组支架(6)安装在灯具内部,水平调光机构包括水平调光电机(3)和水平调光支架(1),所述水平调光支架(1)通过连接件(4)与光源模组支架(6)可转动地连接,所述水平调光电机(3)与水平调光支架(1)通过键(2)配合连接,所述垂直调光机构包括垂直调光电机(11)、调光杆(8)和传动螺杆(9),所述垂直调光电机(11)和传动螺杆(9)通过联结器(10)连接,调光杆(8)通过传动螺杆(9)上的螺纹执行运动,调光杆(8)前端为球状并与球座(7)卡接,所述球座(7)与光源模组支架(6)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车前照灯调光系统,其特征在于:所述水平调光支架(1)下端的柱形凸台或凹台可通过转子与前照灯灯具内部配合实现转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车前照灯调光系统,其特征在于:所述连接件(4)一端为长方体结构,中部为台阶轴,另一端为螺纹结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车前照灯调光系统,其特征在于:所述光源模组支架(6)两侧对称设置有连接件(4)。
