Abstract
一种基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统,ECU控制器的输出端与两个旋转电机相连;ECU控制器的输出端与步进电机相连;ECU控制器的输入端与方向盘转角传感器相连;ECU控制器的输入端与车身姿态传感器相连;旋转电机一、步进电机与前照灯的固定件相连;旋转电机的输出端与倒车灯的固定座相连;随动照明系统照明方法的步骤为:1)转弯时,方向盘转角传感器的电信号接入随动照明控制ECU控制器,通过ECU来控制旋转电机,调整前照灯的左右角度;2)上坡时,车身姿态传感器会将车体的倾斜角度转换为电信号,通过EMC控制器将电信号转换为电能,步进电机将电能转换机械能完成对灯具照射角度有0~15°的改变;具有使车辆的照明范围更全面,系统更加智能的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车工程技术领域,具体涉及一种基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统及其方法。
背景技术
当汽车在转弯行驶尤其是夜间无路灯的城市道路行驶时,会因为前照灯的照射范围而影响驾驶员对弯道上行人或者其他障碍的判断,而造成交通事故的发生,并造成生命与财产损失。
所以为使驾驶员在恶劣环境下或夜间行车时能够准确及时的得到前方道路的照明信息,就要求前大灯照明系统能随着路况信息的变化而不断调整光的照射角度,这就是汽车大灯随动转向系统(Adaptive Front-ligjting System,简称AFS)。
但是前照灯如果只能水平转向依然会有视野盲区。比如:车辆在上坡时,当只有前轮进入坡道,车身与地面夹角小于坡道角度,则前照灯只能照射到前方很短的距离,且坡道角度越大前灯照射距离越短。车辆在下坡时,当只有前轮进入坡道,则相反灯光会高出视线平面,导致近距离及路面光线照射不到,无法判断路面的详细情况。再如:车辆在转弯时车身会发生一定的倾斜,这一现象在坡道上尤为明显,这就导致车辆左、右前照灯的照明范围出现一定的偏差;尤其是大型货车,在转弯时的车身倾角会更大,这会给驾驶员造成很多的困扰,极易发生事故。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统及其方法,具有使车辆的照明范围更全面,系统更加智能的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统,包括有ECU控制器,ECU控制器的输出端与旋转电机一、旋转电机二相连;ECU控制器的输出端与步进电机相连;ECU控制器的输入端与方向盘转角传感器相连;ECU控制器的输入端与车身姿态传感器相连;旋转电机一、步进电机的输出端与前照灯的固定件相连;旋转电机二的输出端与倒车灯的固定件相连。
利用基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统照明的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,车身姿态传感器内的三轴陀螺仪、三轴速度计检测车辆在行驶、转弯时,通过车身姿态传感器对车身的倾斜角度进行检测,然后对车速的控制,方向盘转角传感器的电信号接入随动照明控制ECU控制器,再通过ECU来控制旋转电机一,调整前照灯的左右角度;
步骤2,车身姿态传感器内的三轴陀螺仪、三轴速度计检测车辆车辆在上坡时,车身姿态传感器会将车体的倾斜角度转换为电信号,然后传送至EMC控制器,通过EMC控制器将电信号转换为为车灯处步进电机提供的电能,步进电机将电能转换机械能完成对灯具照射角度有0~15°的改变。
本发明的有益效果是:
与现有技术相比,本发明由于采用了车身姿态传感器,所以具有垂直照明范围随动动调整的优点,使车辆在上下坡道时也可以有良好的视野范围,提高行车安全,减少行车事故;由于给倒车灯的底座增加了旋转电机,所以具有倒车灯照射范围可以随动的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细说明
如图1所示,一种基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统,包括有ECU控制器3,ECU控制器3的输入端与方向盘转角传感器1相连,当车辆转弯时,方向盘转动此时方向盘转角传感器1将方向盘转动角度输出为电信号发送至ECU控制器3;ECU控制器3的输入端与车身姿态传感器2相连,车身姿态传感器将车体的倾斜角度转换为电信号输入ECU控制器;ECU控制器3的输出端与旋转电机一4、旋转电机二8相连,使旋转电机一4、旋转电机二8根据方向盘的转动角度而完成水平方向的旋转;ECU控制器3的输出端与步进电机5相连,使步进电机5根据ECU控制器的脉冲而转动;旋转电机一4、步进电机5的输出端与前照灯6的固定件相连,从而带动前照灯6完成水平、垂直方向的照射角度的改变;旋转电机二8的输出端与倒车灯7的固定件相连,从而带动倒车灯7完成水平方向的照射角度的改变。该系统可以实现车灯随动控制。
所述方向盘转角传感器:当方向盘转动时,用于将方向盘转动角度信息输出为电信号;
所述车身姿态传感器:当车身出现倾斜时,可以将车身倾斜角度信息输出为电信号;
所述ECU控制器:可将方向盘转角传感器1和车身姿态传感器2输入的电信号,转换为对控制灯具的电机的转动范围的控制;
所述旋转电机一、旋转电机二:从ECU控制器3接受信号,做出反应从而带动灯具,改变灯具在水平方向上的照射角度;
所述步进电机:从ECU控制器3接受信号,做出反应从而带动灯具,改变灯具在垂直方向上的照射角度;
首先将方向盘转角传感器(SAS-Ⅲ)的电信号接入随动照明控制ECU控制器,再通过ECU来控制旋转电机,调整前照灯的左右角度。车身姿态传感器(ESCM-Ⅲ)来控制灯的上下角度;车身姿态传感器(ESCM-Ⅲ)是用于车身电子稳定性控制系统(ElectronicStability Controller简称ESC)的主要控制元件,其主要作用是可以检测车辆在行驶、转弯时,通过对车身的倾斜角度进行检测,然后通过对车速的控制,从而达到对车辆稳定性进行控制的效果。将车身姿态传感器(ESCM-Ⅲ)的电信号接入ECU控制器,再通过ECU控制器控制步进电机来调整前照灯的上下角度。
参见图2,车辆在正常行驶时前照灯的照射角度,用此照射角度作为对比,可以看出在一般车辆灯光在上下坡时的灯光照射范围,以及装载本系统后车辆在上下坡时灯光照射角度的变化情况。
参见图3(a)~(b):车辆在上坡时前照灯的照射角度及车身姿态传感器根据车身倾角所调整后的照射角度。当车辆在上坡时,车身姿态传感器会将车体的倾斜角度转换为电信号,然后传送至EMC控制模块,通过EMC控制模块将电信号转换为为车灯处步进电机提供的电能,步进电机将电能转换机械能完成对灯具照射角度有0~15°的改变。
参见图4(a)~(b),车辆在下坡时前照灯的照射角度及车身姿态传感器根据车身倾角所调整后的照射角度。当车辆在上坡时,车身姿态传感器会将车体的倾斜角度转换为电信号,然后传送至EMC控制器,通过EMC控制器将电信号转换为车灯处步进电机提供的电能,步进电机将电能转换机械能完成对灯具照射角度0~-15°的改变。
参见图5,车辆在转弯时前照灯水平照明范围对比。左图为:车辆在转弯时,车辆的前照灯照明范围有一定的盲区,照射不到转弯方向一定角度的车、人或物,由于光线不足,易发生安全事故。使用本系统车辆在转弯时前照灯的照射范围如右图所示,方向盘转角传感器会将方向盘的转动角度转换为电信号,通过EMC控制系统处理为前照灯底座旋转电机一的转动范围,从而改变前照灯的照射角度,增大灯光照射范围,提高行车安全。
参见图6(a)~(b),车辆在倒车时调整照射角度。图6(a)图为:车辆在倒车转弯时,车辆的倒车灯照明范围有一定的盲区,照射不到转弯方向一定角度的车、人或物,由于光线不足,易发生安全事故。使用本系统后车辆在倒车时倒车灯的照射范围如图6(b)图所示,方向盘转角传感器会将方向盘的转动角度转换为电信号,通过EMC控制系统处理为前照灯底座旋转电机的转动范围,从而改变后照灯的照射角度,增大灯光照射范围,提高行车安全。
Claims (2)
1.一种基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统,包括有ECU控制器(3),其特征在于,ECU控制器(3)的输出端与旋转电机一(4)、旋转电机二(8)相连;ECU控制器(3)的输出端与步进电机(5)相连;ECU控制器(3)的输入端与方向盘转角传感器(1)相连;ECU控制器(3)的输入端与车身姿态传感器(2)相连;旋转电机一(4)、步进电机(5)的输出端与前照灯(6)的固定件相连;旋转电机二(8)的输出端与倒车灯(7)的固定座相连。
2.利用权利要求1所述的基于方向盘转角传感器的随动照明系统照明的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,车身姿态传感器内的三轴陀螺仪、三轴速度计检测车辆在行驶、转弯时,通过车身姿态传感器对车身的倾斜角度进行检测,然后对车速的控制,方向盘转角传感器的电信号接入随动照明控制ECU控制器,再通过ECU来控制旋转电机一,调整前照灯的左右角度;
