Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical cleaning agent, in particular to an antibacterial and antitoxic compound enzyme cleaning agent for medical instruments. The multifunctional ultrasonic cleaning machine is suitable for manual cleaning, automatic cleaning machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines and the like of medical instruments of medical institutions, and can be applied to surgical instruments used in surgery, internal medicine, dentistry and obstetrics and gynecology, and various endoscopes such as gastroscopes, enteroscopes, laparoscopes and the like.
Background
Medical instruments and endoscopes and other instruments are contaminated with a large amount of biological contaminants such as blood, proteins, mucosal tissues, fat and the like during operation or examination. The attached pollutants are extremely adhered to the surface layer of the medical instrument, and the residues cannot be quickly and thoroughly decomposed and removed by the physical or chemical cleaning agent, so that the pollution exists and the subsequent use of the instrument is influenced.
Multi-enzyme detergents have been developed, including protease, amylase, cellulase, lipase, etc., which are capable of removing biological contaminants such as blood, protein, fat, etc., by decomposing them into water-soluble substances through hydrolysis.
However, the medical enzyme cleaning agent in the market generally has slow action and long cleaning process, is only limited to the removal of biological residues, reduces the decontamination capability due to the mutual influence among multiple enzymes, cannot effectively remove inorganic dirt on the metal surface, does not have a function of killing viruses and germs in the biological residues, and generates corrosion spots on the metal surface of instruments.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an antibacterial and antitoxic compound enzyme cleaning agent for medical instruments, which solves the technical problems in the prior art, can quickly, effectively and thoroughly remove all types of biological pollutants, such as blood, protein, cell debris, human tissues, secretions, mucus, saliva and excrement, has a good killing function on viruses and germs, and simultaneously has the function of protecting metal surfaces from corrosion.
The technical scheme is as follows:
a composite enzyme cleaning agent for resisting bacteria and viruses of medical instruments comprises a surfactant, an antirust agent, an auxiliary agent and the like, wherein the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant such as alkyl polyglycoside, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and an anionic surfactant such as secondary alkyl sodium sulfonate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate. The formula of the invention comprises, by mass, 0.3% -2% of a nonionic surfactant, 0.3% -2% of an anionic surfactant, 0.1% -2% of triethanolamine, 0.1% -2% of urotropine, 1% -5% of a preservative, 1% -5% of ethanol as an auxiliary agent, and the balance of deionized water. The degreasing agent can quickly and effectively remove grease and pollutants on the surface of the tinplate metal and has good antirust effect on the metal surface.
It is further explained that after the antiviral and antibacterial compound enzyme cleaning agent is diluted into working solution, the pH value of the cleaning agent is 7.0-9.0, the cleaning agent is neutral or alkalescent, is safe and reliable for all materials including plastics, glass and various metals, and has a good antirust function for metal surfaces.
Further, the adopted surfactant comprises fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, alkyl polyglucoside and the like, is not ionized in water, and the hydrophilic group of the surfactant is mainly composed of a certain number of oxygen-containing groups (ether group and hydroxyl group), so that the surfactant has the advantages of good stability, no influence of electrolyte, acid and alkali, good compatibility, easy compounding, no strong adsorption with a solid surface and good synergistic effect compared with an ionic surfactant.
It is further explained that the adopted complex enzyme is biological enzyme including protease, lipase, amylase and the like with strong activity, has good cleaning effect on bloodstains, protein and fatty biological dirt, the adopted enzyme stabilizer has good protection effect on the activity of the complex enzyme, and the adopted nonionic surfactant such as fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, alkyl polyglucoside and the like has strong permeability and wettability and has good cleaning effect on removing biological dirt, particularly dry biological dirt.
It is further explained that the adopted antiviral and antibacterial agents such as allicin and ginger extract have good functions of removing viruses and germs. The adopted preservative calcium propionate and the antirust triethanolamine have good protection function on metal instruments.
Advantageous effects
① the complex enzyme cleaning agent provided by the invention can rapidly clean all medical appliances without pretreatment (keep the surface of the appliance moist) and ultrasonic wave.
② the compound enzyme cleaning agent provided by the invention can be diluted to 100-300 times when in use to adapt to the cleaning of pollutants under different conditions, and under normal conditions, the decomposition process of the whole biological residue can be completed within 2-5 min.
③ according to the specification and characteristics of the raw material product, the raw materials used by the compound enzyme cleaning agent are all biodegradable, nontoxic and harmless to the environment, the diluted working solution is a clear and transparent solution without any turbidity, the state of extremely low foam or even no foam is always kept in the cleaning process, and the compound enzyme cleaning agent is suitable for all automatic circulation cleaning machines and ultrasonic cleaning machines.
