本发明涉及石材水斑清除技术领域,具体是指一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法。
背景技术
花岗岩属于酸性岩浆岩中的侵入岩,这是此类中最常见的一种岩石,多为浅肉红色、浅灰色、灰白色等,多为中粗粒、细粒的块状构造,也有一些为斑杂构造、球状构造、似片麻状构造等。花岗岩的主要矿物为石英、钾长石和酸性斜长石,次要矿物则为黑云母、角闪石,有时还有少量辉石;副矿物种类很多,常见的有磁铁矿、榍石、锆石、磷灰石、电气石、萤石等。石英含量是各种岩浆岩中最多的,其含量可从20—50%,少数可达50—60%,钾长石的含量一般比斜长石多,两者的含量比例关系常常是钾长石占长石总量的三分之二,斜长石占三分之一,钾长石在花岗岩中多呈浅肉红色,也有灰白、灰色的。
花岗岩是当前应用非常广泛的一种装饰石材,常被用作广场地面、商场和家居地砖,还会被制成各种花岗岩制品,如橱柜、洗手台等。花岗岩在用作地坪时,常常会出现水斑问题,具体表现为花岗岩表面有长期不干的湿痕,会加深石材整体或者局部(主要在四周)的颜色,不仅影响美观度,同时,在水斑形成时的膨胀性反应过程中,胶质物析出还会造成石材表面整体性的龟裂或鱼鳞状裂纹,影响使用。
现有的水斑问题一般由于在铺砖石材上使用水性防护剂不当造成的水印,并长久不干产生病变问题,水斑、水印一直被称为是石材的癌症,找不到完全解决的方法,并且就算短时间解决了,问题的反反复复,造成很多人员都对该类问题谈之色变,目前的解决方法一般为:首先使用一款双组分的水剂产品,其中一份为稀释后的盐酸(浓度5~30%),另一份为过氧化氢(浓度8~50%),按比例调配好以后对石材进行敷涂,然后用烤枪、火焰枪或烤灯对敷涂后的石材进行加热。但是,一般具有以下缺点:第一、过氧化氢和盐酸都属于危险化工品,会对人体造成伤害;第二、敷涂时一般配合纸巾,会造成二次污染,形成另外的黄斑,且使用纸巾还会吸收药水,造成浪费;第三、即使能够有效解决水斑的问题,但是一段时间后,水斑会再次出现;第四、盐酸只能够破坏和中和石材表层的水性防护剂,如果遇到渗透深的、抗污强的水性防护剂,就没有办法解决;第五、用烤枪(火焰枪)加热,容易引发石材内部的锈变,导致锈黄的产生;第六、用烤灯升温,效果慢,并且受到电源和区域的限制;第七、容易形成硅斑,造成更大的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述现有难题,本发明提供了一种使用安全且稳定性较好,水性防护剂的渗透性更强、且使用的范围更大,效果更好,可将石材底部水分锁控于石材底部不易散发更不会返到石材表面,不会出现反复渗透水印情况的清除花岗岩水斑的方法。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁:使用清水清洗石材表面,直至石材表面上没有覆盖性的污染物和杂质;
(2)水性防护剂处理:调配水性防护剂清除剂,并使用水性防护剂清除剂清洗石材表面,破坏石材表面的水性防护剂,使得水性防护剂失效;
(3)去潮清杂处理:调制除潮粉与40~60℃的热水混合均匀成糊状后形成去潮溶液,将去潮溶液敷涂于石材表面2~48h;
(4)二次清理:将石材表面干燥后的去潮溶液擦拭干净,并重新在石材表面涂刷上渗透性水性防护剂;
(5)养护:在涂刷过渗透性水性防护剂的石材上覆盖上塑料薄膜,并保持24~48h进行养护。
进一步地,上述步骤(2)中所述水性防护剂清除剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钾2~20份、硅酸钠2~20份和去离子水20~30份。
进一步地,上述步骤(3)中所述除潮粉的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氧化铝粉50~85份、石英粉15~50份和羟丙基纤维素5~8份。
进一步地,上述步骤(4)中所述渗透性水性防护剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:硅氢化物5~70份、硅酸钠5~35份和去离子水10~100份。
进一步地,所述渗透性水性防护剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:取重量份为5~70份的硅氢化物和5~35份硅酸钠混合调配均匀成防护粉,取重量份为10~100份的去离子水加热到30℃时将防护粉倒入去离子水中,并逐渐升温至45℃,将防护粉于去离子水中搅拌均匀成溶液状,晾凉至室温备用。

采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本方案一种清除石材水斑的方法,由于现有的水性防护剂的主要成分为甲基硅酸盐(CH5SiO3Na或CH5SiO3K),抗碱性能较差,而水性防护剂清除剂采用氢氧化钾、硅酸钠和去离子水混合形成碱性溶液,水性防护剂可被有效分解,造成防水的效果丧失;除潮粉由氧化铝粉(Al2O3)、石英粉(SiO2)和羟丙基纤维素组成,氧化铝粉是一种稳定氧化物,易吸潮而不解潮,是一种很好的吸附剂和脱水剂,石英粉是一种化学性能稳定的吸附功能性材料,能够有效吸附潮气和石材表面层的一些杂质,而羟丙基纤维素是一种非离子型纤维素衍生物,成膜性能、粘结性较好,能够有效地吸附在石材上形成吸潮膜;本方案中渗透性水性防护剂采用将硅氢化物和硅酸钠调配后溶于去离子水,能够有效渗透到石材内部3~8mm以上,与石材内部结构相结合,可以填补微小毛孔,并有效抵御外来物质的渗入,并且能够将石材内部的水分隔绝在3~8mm以下,即使石材底部的水分很多也不易散发,不会返到石材表面,且不会让潮湿的印迹显现于石材表面,另外现有的水性防护剂在使用时需要在石材含水量低于5%时使用,而本方案中渗透性水性防护剂可以在石材含水率8~10%左右使用,且更为安全、稳定性更好,具有良好的推广性能。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1,本发明一种清除石材水斑的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁:使用清水清洗石材表面,直至石材表面上没有覆盖性的污染物和杂质;
(2)水性防护剂处理:调配水性防护剂清除剂,并使用水性防护剂清除剂清洗石材表面,破坏石材表面的水性防护剂,使得水性防护剂失效,所述水性防护剂清除剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钾2份、硅酸钠2份和去离子水20份;
(3)去潮清杂处理:调制除潮粉与40℃的热水混合均匀成糊状后形成去潮溶液,将去潮溶液敷涂于石材表面2h,所述除潮粉的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氧化铝粉50份、石英粉15份和羟丙基纤维素5份;
(4)二次清理:将石材表面干燥后的去潮溶液擦拭干净,并重新在石材表面涂刷上渗透性水性防护剂,所述渗透性水性防护剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:硅氢化物5份、硅酸钠5份和去离子水10份;
(5)养护:在涂刷过渗透性水性防护剂的石材上覆盖上塑料薄膜,并保持24h进行养护。
实施例2,本发明一种清除石材水斑的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁:使用清水清洗石材表面,直至石材表面上没有覆盖性的污染物和杂质;
(2)水性防护剂处理:调配水性防护剂清除剂,并使用水性防护剂清除剂清洗石材表面,破坏石材表面的水性防护剂,使得水性防护剂失效,所述水性防护剂清除剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钾11份、硅酸钠11份和去离子水25份;
(3)去潮清杂处理:调制除潮粉与50℃的热水混合均匀成糊状后形成去潮溶液,将去潮溶液敷涂于石材表面25h,所述除潮粉的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氧化铝粉65份、石英粉35份和羟丙基纤维素7份;
(4)二次清理:将石材表面干燥后的去潮溶液擦拭干净,并重新在石材表面涂刷上渗透性水性防护剂,所述渗透性水性防护剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:硅氢化物35份、硅酸钠20份和去离子水55份;
(5)养护:在涂刷过渗透性水性防护剂的石材上覆盖上塑料薄膜,并保持36h进行养护。
实施例3,本发明一种清除石材水斑的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)清洁:使用清水清洗石材表面,直至石材表面上没有覆盖性的污染物和杂质;
(2)水性防护剂处理:调配水性防护剂清除剂,并使用水性防护剂清除剂清洗石材表面,破坏石材表面的水性防护剂,使得水性防护剂失效,所述水性防护剂清除剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钾20份、硅酸钠20份和去离子水30份;
(3)去潮清杂处理:调制除潮粉与60℃的热水混合均匀成糊状后形成去潮溶液,将去潮溶液敷涂于石材表面48h,所述除潮粉的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氧化铝粉85份、石英粉50份和羟丙基纤维素8份;
(4)二次清理:将石材表面干燥后的去潮溶液擦拭干净,并重新在石材表面涂刷上渗透性水性防护剂,所述渗透性水性防护剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:硅氢化物70份、硅酸钠35份和去离子水100份;
(5)养护:在涂刷过渗透性水性防护剂的石材上覆盖上塑料薄膜,并保持48h进行养护。
经实验证明,本方案一种清除石材水斑的方法,实施例1中经本方法处理后的石材,不仅可以去除石材表面水斑,还能够有效隔绝距离石材表面3mm左右的水分不会返到石材表面形成新的水斑;实施例2中经本方法处理后的石材,不仅可以去除石材表面水斑,还能够有效隔绝距离石材表面5mm左右的水分不会返到石材表面形成新的水斑;实施例3中经本方法处理后的石材,不仅可以去除石材表面水斑,还能够有效隔绝距离石材表面8mm左右的水分不会返到石材表面形成新的水斑。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性,实际的实施例并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的方案及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
清洁:使用清水清洗石材表面,直至石材表面上没有覆盖性的污染物和杂质;
水性防护剂处理:调配水性防护剂清除剂,并使用水性防护剂清除剂清洗石材表面,破坏石材表面的水性防护剂,使得水性防护剂失效;
去潮清杂处理:调制除潮粉与40~60℃的热水混合均匀成糊状后形成去潮溶液,将去潮溶液敷涂于石材表面2~48h;
二次清理:将石材表面干燥后的去潮溶液擦拭干净,并重新在石材表面涂刷上渗透性水性防护剂;
养护:在涂刷过渗透性水性防护剂的石材上覆盖上塑料薄膜,并保持24~48h进行养护。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于:上述步骤(2)中所述水性防护剂清除剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钾2~20份、硅酸钠2~20份和去离子水20~30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于:上述步骤(3)中所述除潮粉的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:氧化铝粉50~85份、石英粉15~50份和羟丙基纤维素5~8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于:上述步骤(4)中所述渗透性水性防护剂的成分包括如下重量份的原料组成:硅氢化物5~70份、硅酸钠5~35份和去离子水10~100份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于:所述渗透性水性防护剂的制备方法包括如下步骤:取重量份为5~70份的硅氢化物和5~35份硅酸钠混合调配均匀成防护粉,取重量份为10~100份的去离子水加热到30℃时将防护粉倒入去离子水中,并逐渐升温至45℃,将防护粉于去离子水中搅拌均匀成溶液状,晾凉至室温备用。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于:所述去潮溶液为双氧水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种清除花岗岩水斑的方法,其特征在于:所述石材包括但不限于花岗岩、大理石、石灰石和石英石。
