技术领域
本公开的实施方式涉及一种车辆的制动装置及其控制方法,并且更具体地,涉及一种能够检测到用于将液压分配到电动助力制动系统中的前轮回路和后轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障,并且进行故障安全驾驶以提高制动可靠性的车辆的制动装置及其控制方法。
背景技术
通常,电动助力制动系统保持现有真空助力器的制动机构的大部分。然而,电动助力制动系统与真空助力器在分配机构方面的不同之处在于,电动助力制动系统使用利用电能的电动助力器(或电机)的力分配制动压力,而不是基于空气压力与真空压力之间的压力差分配制动压力,比如真空助力器。
电动助力制动系统可以根据是否安装有踏板模拟器而分为两种类型的系统。
其中具有安装的踏板模拟器的电动助力制动系统阻挡驾驶员的踩踏力(当驾驶员踩踏到制动踏板上时产生的),并且仅使用电动助力器的力进行制动。电动助力制动系统使用由橡胶减震器或踏板模拟器的弹性件生成的反作用力而使驾驶员具有与现有真空助力制动系统给驾驶员提供的踩踏感相似的踩踏感。

这种电动助力制动系统大致由致动器部和液压调制部组成,并且可用于在正常驾驶期间隔离每个位置处的液压回路,使得当电动助力制动系统通过多个常开阀、常闭阀以及正常操作阀得到了电支持时,可将通过连接至辅助主缸的制动踏板而形成的压力传输到车轮。因此,在主要的主缸中,通过电机的旋转而活塞前向运动形成的压力可传输到每个车轮。
用于将前轮回路与后轮回路隔离开的回路隔离阀(为常闭阀)在得到电支持时关闭,并且打开以在正常驱动时均匀地施加前轮回路和后轮回路的压力。此外,当一个回路中出现机械故障(主要是油泄漏)时,可以通过另一回路进行制动。
然而,当回路隔离阀由于一般的驾驶状况中的电气故障而关闭或者由于另一原因一直关闭时,电动助力制动系统可能不识别相应状况,但保持正常压力控制并且驱动电机以根据用户的制动踏板输入向前移动活塞。
当回路隔离阀关闭以仅将制动油供应到一个后轮回路时,将压力控制调谐到供应至四轮卡钳(four-wheel caliper)制动油的所需的量。因此,发生压力耗散。例如,在当前需要的制动油的量小于四轮调谐所需的制动油的量时,可能出现过量控制耗散或压力振动。此时,由于回路隔离阀关闭,制动油未传输到前轮回路,并且即使用户具有制动意图,前轮回路的轮压保持为约0[bar]。此时,当通过活塞从初始位置的往复运动而制动油反复输入与输出时,供应到后轮回路的制动油可能不会正常供应到车轮。因此,不会正常形成后轮回路的压力。因此,从总共四个车轮的视点看,可能会出现不能制动的情况。在严重的情况中,当活塞反复并且持续与0[mm]的位置处的端部发生碰撞时,可能会损坏包含螺杆的压力形成结构。
发明内容
各种实施方式针对一种车辆的制动装置及其控制方法,该车辆的制动装置可以检测到用于将液压分配到电动助力制动系统中的前轮回路和后轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障,并且进行故障安全驾驶以提供制动可靠性。
在实施方式中,车辆的制动装置可包括:制动踏板位置检测器,被配置为检测制动踏板的位置;活塞位移检测器,被配置为检测安装在主要主缸中的活塞的位移;后轮回路压力检测器,被配置为检测供应到后轮回路的压力;前轮回路压力检测器,被配置为检测供应到前轮回路的压力;电机驱动器,被配置为使电机驱动以移动活塞;以及控制器,被配置为:当操作了制动器时,从制动踏板位置检测器接收制动踏板的位置,分别从活塞位移检测器、后轮回路压力检测器以及前轮回路压力检测器接收活塞的位移、后轮回路压力以及前轮回路压力,控制器确定在后轮回路与前轮回路之间将压力分配到前轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障,并且通过操作电机驱动器和正常操作阀进行故障安全驾驶,以仅将压力供应到后轮回路和前轮回路中的任一者。
当后轮回路压力耗散并且前轮回路压力小于阈压力时,控制器可以将回路隔离阀确定为故障。
控制器对后轮回路的压力增加与活塞的位移变化的比例增至阈值以上的次数可进行计数,并且确定后轮回路压力是否耗散。
控制器在确定回路隔离阀出现故障之后可以生成故障确定标记。
回路隔离阀可以将压力供应到处于常闭状态的后轮回路,并且在必要时将压力分配到前轮回路。
在实施方式中,车辆的制动装置的控制方法可包括:由控制器接收制动踏板的位置并且确定制动器的操作状态;当操作了制动器时,由控制器确定在后轮回路与前轮回路之间用于将压力分配到前轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障;以及由控制器通过操作电机驱动器和正常操作阀进行故障安全驾驶,使得根据回路隔离阀的故障状态仅将压力供应到后轮回路和前轮回路中的任一者。
确定回路隔离阀的故障可以包括:由控制器分别从活塞位移检测器、后轮回路压力检测器以及前轮回路压力检测器接收活塞的位移、后轮回路压力以及前轮回路压力,并且当后轮回路压力耗散并且前轮回路压力小于阈压力时,将回路隔离阀确定为故障。
控制器可以对后轮回路的压力增加与活塞的位移变化的比例增至阈值以上的次数进行计数,并且确定后轮回路压力是否耗散。
确定回路隔离阀的故障还可以包括:在确定回路隔离阀出现故障之后由控制器生成故障确定标记。
回路隔离阀可以将压力供应到处于常闭状态的后轮回路,并且在必要时将压力分配给前轮回路。
根据本公开的实施方式,车辆的制动装置及其控制方法可以检测用于将液压分配给电动助力制动系统中的前轮回路和后轮回路的回路隔离阀出现故障,并且进行故障安全保护驾驶以在即使出现故障时也能提高制动可靠性和性能。

具体实施方式
在下文中,下面将通过实施方式是各种实例参考附图描述车辆的制动装置及其控制方法。
图1是示出了根据本公开实施方式的车辆的制动装置的框图,图2是示出应用根据本公开的实施方式的车辆的制动装置的电动助力制动系统的致动器部的示意图,以及图3是示出根据本公开的实施方式的车辆的制动装置中的活塞位移和压力变化的曲线图。
如图1至图2所示,根据本公开的实施方式的制动装置可包括制动踏板位置检测器10、活塞位移检测器20、后轮回路压力检测器30、前轮回路压力检测器40、电机驱动器60及控制器50。
制动踏板位置检测器10可以检测制动踏板83的位置并且将检测到的位置提供给控制器50。因此,控制器50可以通过确定制动的操作状态来确定驾驶员的制动意图。
活塞位移检测器20可以检测安装在主要主缸84中的活塞的位移并且将检测到的位移提供给控制器50。因此,控制器50可以确定后轮回路压力是否耗散。
如图2所示,作为ESC集成电动助力制动系统的电动助力制动系统的致动器部80形成制动液压,并且将制动液压提供给后轮回路86和前轮回路87。
后轮回路86和前轮回路87为从电动助力制动系统的致动器部80接收制动液压的液压回路,并且制动前轮FR和前轮FL以及后轮RR和后轮RL。
致动器部80可包括:滚珠螺杆85,用于将电机65的旋转动力切换成线性运动;主要主缸84,包含压力形成活塞结构;以及辅助主缸82,包含模拟如同现有制动系统的制动踏板83的踩踏力的踏板模拟器。
尽管未示出,贮液箱81可以存储从前轮回路87和后轮回路86收集的油,并且然后将存储的油提供到辅助主缸82和主要主缸84。
当用户按压制动踏板83时,辅助主缸82的第一室822和第二室821被压缩,并且制动油通过主要主缸84的第三室841和第四室842传送到后轮回路86和前轮回路87。
后轮回路86和前轮回路87中的每一个可包括流动路径和多个电磁阀。流动路径将致动器部80连接至每个轮缸以提供制动液压,并且多个电磁阀可以安装在流动路径上以控制通过流动路径提供的制动压力。后轮回路86和前轮回路87可以控制电磁阀,以控制从电动助力制动系统的致动器部80供应到前轮FR和FL以及后轮RR和RL的相应轮缸的制动液压。
后轮回路86通过控制从致动器部80供应的制动液压来制动后轮RR和RL,并且前轮回路87通过控制从致动器部80供应的制动压力来制动前轮FR和FL。
正常操作阀70包括安装在后轮回路86、前轮回路87及电动助力制动系统中的多个电磁阀,并且布置在轮缸的上游侧,以控制通过辅助主缸82和主要主缸84从贮液箱81供应到轮缸并且返回至贮液箱81的制动液压。
后轮回路压力检测器30可以检测从后轮回路86供应的压力,并且将检测到的压力提供给控制器50。因此,控制器50可以基于后轮回路压力确定回路隔离阀88的故障。
前轮回路压力检测器40可以检测供应到前轮回路87的压力,并且将检测到的压力提供给控制器50。因此,控制器50可以基于前轮回路压力确定回路隔离阀88的故障。
电机驱动器60通过根据控制器50的命令将电机控制电流施加到电机65而驱动电机65。例如,电机驱动器60可以通过将电机控制电流施加到电机65上而驱动电机65,使安装在主要主缸84中的活塞在直线方向上向前和向后移动,并且将第三室841和第四室842的制动油供应到后轮回路86和前轮回路87。
当操作了制动器时,控制器50可以从制动踏板位置检测器10接收制动踏板83的位置并且分别从活塞位移检测器20、后轮回路压力检测器30和前轮回路压力检测器40接收活塞的位移、后轮回路压力和前轮回路压力。然后,为了进行故障安全驾驶,控制器50确定在后轮回路86与前轮回路87之间将压力分配到前轮回路87的回路隔离阀88的故障,并且然后操作电机驱动器60和正常操作阀70以仅将压力供应到后轮回路86和前轮回路87中的任一者。
回路隔离阀88可以将压力供应到处于常闭状态的后轮回路86,并且在必要时将压力分配到前轮回路87,使得压力可以均匀供应。
当回路隔离阀88中发生关闭故障时,如图3的曲线图所示,后轮回路压力耗散。当压力控制增益如此大以致于活塞振动时,后轮回路压力发生耗散。
当通过活塞的前向运动形成的后轮回路压力的量落在后轮回路的压力变化与操作了制动器的压力受控情况中活塞的位移变化的预定比例内时,当回路隔离阀88中出现关闭故障时,后轮回路压力增加的量与活塞前向移动的量的比例显著增长到预定比例以上。
因此,当在操作了制动器的压力受控情况中活塞处于前进行程时,控制器50可以对后轮回路的压力增加与活塞的位移变化的比例增至阈值Th_Const以上的次数进行计数,并且确定后轮回路压力是否耗散。
当回路隔离阀88中出现关闭故障时,后轮回路压力耗散,并且后轮回路压力波动时,感测到前轮回路压力为约0bar的微量。
因此,即使没有出现关闭故障,控制器50也可以排除操作了制动器的所有环境中回路隔离阀88中可能出乎意料出现的压力波动条件(例如,由低温的制动油的粘度增加所引起的压力耗散),以进行压力控制。然后,控制器50可以确定回路隔离阀88的故障。
因而,当后轮回路压力耗散并且前轮回路压力小于阈压力Th_Prs时,控制器50可以确定回路隔离阀88中出现故障。
当确定回路隔离阀88的故障之后回路隔离阀88中出现故障时,控制器50可以选择后轮回路86和前轮回路87中的任一者以形成与驾驶员请求的差不多的制动压力,并且操作电机驱动器60和正常操作阀70以仅通过相应回路形成制动压力,以进行故障安全驾驶。
为了进行故障安全驾驶,控制器50可以在后轮回路86与前轮回路87之间选择需要更多量的制动油并且能够以相同的压力生成更大的制动压力的回路,在目标减速之后进一步增加压力指令,并且仅通过所选择的回路进行压力控制。此时,由于与后轮相比前轮可以更容易地根据压力增加形成减速,为了优先控制前轮,控制器50可以仅通过前轮回路87进行压力控制。
在确定回路隔离阀88的故障之后,控制器50可以生成故障确定标记以传播回路隔离阀88的故障状态。
如上所述,根据本公开的实施方式的车辆的制动装置可以检测用于将液压分配到电动助力制动系统中的前轮回路和后轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障,并且进行故障安全保护驾驶以在即使出现故障时也能提高制动可靠性和性能。
图4是用于描述根据本发明的实施方式的车辆的制动装置的控制方法的流程图。
如图4所示,根据本公开的实施方式的车辆的制动装置的控制方法开始于步骤S10,在步骤S10中控制器50接收制动踏板83的位置并且确定制动器的操作状态。
当步骤S10的确定结果指示制动器未操作时,过程结束。然而,当确定结果指示操作了制动器时,在步骤S20中,控制器50分别从活塞位移检测器20、后轮回路压力检测器30和前轮回路压力检测器40接收活塞的位移、后轮回路压力和前轮回路压力。
在步骤S20中接收活塞的位移、后轮回路压力和前轮回路压力之后,在步骤S30,控制器50确定在后轮回路86与前轮回路87之间用于将压力分配到前轮回路87的回路隔离阀88的故障。
回路隔离阀88可以将压力供应到处于常闭状态的后轮回路86,并且在必要时将压力分配到前轮回路87,使得压力可以均匀供应。
在步骤S30中,当在操作了制动器的压力受控情况中活塞处于前进行程时,控制器50对后轮回路的压力增加与活塞的位移变化的比例增至阈值Th_Const以上的次数进行计数,并且确定后轮回路压力是否耗散。
当回路隔离阀88中出现关闭故障时,后轮回路压力耗散,并且后轮回路压力波动时,检测到前轮回路压力为约0bar的微量。
因此,即使没有出现关闭故障,控制器50也可以排除操作了制动器的所有环境中回路隔离阀88中可能意外出现的压力波动条件(例如,由低温的制动油的粘度增加所引起的压力耗散),以进行压力控制。然后,控制器50可以确定回路隔离阀88的故障。
因而,当后轮回路压力耗散并且前轮回路压力小于阈压力Th_Prs时,控制器50可以确定回路隔离阀88中出现故障。
当步骤S30的确定结果指示回路隔离阀88中出现故障时,在步骤S40中,控制器50可以生成故障确定标记并且传播回路隔离阀88的故障状态。
在步骤S40中生成故障确定标记之后,为了进行故障安全驾驶,在步骤S50中,控制器50选择后轮回路86和前轮回路87中的任一个回路以形成与驾驶员请求的差不多的制动压力,并且操作电机驱动器60和正常操作阀70以仅通过相应回路形成制动压力。
为了进行故障安全驾驶,控制器50可以在后轮回路86与前轮回路87之间选择需要更多量的制动油并且能够以相同的压力生成更大的制动压力的回路,在目标减速之后进一步增加压力指令,并且仅通过所选择的回路进行压力控制。此时,由于与后轮相比前轮可以更容易地根据压力增加形成减速,为了优先控制前轮,控制器50可以仅通过前轮回路87进行压力控制。
如上所述,根据本公开的实施方式的车辆的制动装置的控制方法可以检测用于将液压分配到电动助力制动系统中的前轮回路和后轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障,并且进行故障安全保护驾驶以在即使出现故障时也能提高制动可靠性和性能。
虽然已为了说明性目的而公开了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域技术人员将认识到,在不脱离如在所附权利要求中定义的本发明的范围和实质的情况下,各种修改、添加和替代都是可能的。因此,本发明的真正技术范围应由所附权利要求定义。
Claims (10)
1.一种车辆的制动装置,包括:
制动踏板位置检测器,被配置为检测制动踏板的位置;
活塞位移检测器,被配置为检测安装在主要主缸中的活塞的位移;
后轮回路压力检测器,被配置为检测供应到后轮回路的压力;
前轮回路压力检测器,被配置为检测供应到前轮回路的压力;
电机驱动器,被配置为使电机驱动以移动活塞;以及
控制器,被配置为:当操作了制动器时,从所述制动踏板位置检测器接收所述制动踏板的位置,分别从所述活塞位移检测器、所述后轮回路压力检测器以及所述前轮回路压力检测器接收所述活塞的位移、后轮回路压力以及前轮回路压力,所述控制器确定在所述后轮回路与所述前轮回路之间将压力分配到所述前轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障,并且通过操作所述电机驱动器和正常操作阀进行故障安全驾驶,以仅将压力供应到所述后轮回路和所述前轮回路中的任一者。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,当所述后轮回路压力耗散并且所述前轮回路压力小于阈压力时,所述控制器将所述回路隔离阀确定为故障。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动装置,其中,所述控制器对所述后轮回路的压力增加与所述活塞的位移变化的比例增至阈值以上的次数进行计数,并且确定所述后轮回路压力是否耗散。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,所述控制器在确定所述回路隔离阀出现故障之后生成故障确定标记。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制动装置,其中,所述回路隔离阀将压力供应到处于常闭状态的所述后轮回路,并且在必要时将压力分配到所述前轮回路。
6.一种车辆的制动装置的控制方法,包括以下步骤:
由控制器接收制动踏板的位置并且确定制动器的操作状态;
当操作了所述制动器时,由所述控制器确定在后轮回路与前轮回路之间用于将压力分配到所述前轮回路的回路隔离阀的故障;以及
由所述控制器通过操作电机驱动器和正常操作阀进行故障安全驾驶,使得根据所述回路隔离阀的故障状态仅将压力供应到所述后轮回路和所述前轮回路中的任一者。
7.根据权利要求6所述的控制方法,其中,确定所述回路隔离阀的故障包括:由所述控制器分别从活塞位移检测器、后轮回路压力检测器以及前轮回路压力检测器接收活塞的位移、后轮回路压力以及前轮回路压力,并且当所述后轮回路压力耗散并且所述前轮回路压力小于阈压力时,将所述回路隔离阀确定为故障。
8.根据权利要求7所述的控制方法,其中,所述控制器对所述后轮回路的压力增加与所述活塞的位移变化的比例增至阈值以上的次数进行计数,并且确定所述后轮回路压力是否耗散。
9.根据权利要求6所述的控制方法,其中,确定所述回路隔离阀的故障还包括:在确定所述回路隔离阀出现故障之后由所述控制器生成故障确定标记。
10.根据权利要求6所述的控制方法,其中,所述回路隔离阀将压力供应到处于常闭状态的所述后轮回路,并且在必要时将压力分配给所述前轮回路。
