Abstract
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体公开了一种用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂及其制备方法，所述中药制剂由如下重量份数的原料制成：白及8‑10份，三七4‑8份，花椒4‑8份，蒲公英4‑8份，薄荷4‑8份，木鳖子4‑8份，芒硝4‑8份，冰片1‑5份，没药1‑5份，本发明的中药组分几者结合，使中药制剂有消肿消炎、止血止痛、去腐生肌之功效，对初期内痔、肛裂、肛周炎、混合痔等有很好的治疗作用。

技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及一种用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
痔疮是临床上一种常见的肛门疾病，它是由肛门直肠尾部与肛门载膜静脉丛产生曲张，进而形成一个或多个静脉团。痔疮是一种慢性肛门疾病，在临床上，它一般有三个类型，包括内痔、外痔与混合痔。虽然痔疮对人体的危害并不如其他疾病那么严重，但是其仍然给患者造成了极大的生理和心理影响，降低了病患的生活质量。
痔疮的诱病因子较为繁复，不仅有病患生理原因，还有外部环境原因，痔疮具有难以彻底治疗，潜在发病人群跨度大、基数广等特点，一旦发病，会使病患异常难受且难以启齿。现有的痔疮治疗药物种类较少，而痔疮的诱病因子较多，所以在临床治疗中往往达不到满意的效果。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂及其制备方法。
本发明的第一个目的是提供一种用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，由如下重量份数的原料制成：白及8-10份，三七4-8份，花椒4-8份，蒲公英4-8份，薄荷4-8份，木鳖子4-8份，芒硝4-8份，冰片1-5份，没药1-5份。
优选地，上述用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，由如下重量份数的原料制成：白及10份，三七4份，花椒4份，蒲公英4份，薄荷4份，木鳖子4份，芒硝4份，冰片2份，没药2份。
本发明第二个目的是提供用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、按重量份称取白及8-10份，三七4-8份，花椒4-8份，蒲公英4-8份，薄荷4-8份，木鳖子4-8份，芒硝4-8份，冰片1-5份，没药1-5份，备用；
步骤2、将步骤1称取的三七、花椒，蒲公英、薄荷、木鳖子、芒硝、冰片、没药研磨为细末过筛得到药粉备用，
步骤3、将步骤1称取的白及加80-120份水，煎煮去渣备用，然后加入步骤2得到的药粉，充分搅匀，即得膏状中药制剂。
优选地，上述用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂的制备方法，步骤2中，过筛指的是过150目以上的细筛。
本发明中各原料药的功效及药理作用如下：
白及：味苦、甘、涩，性微寒，具有收敛止血，清热利湿，消肿生肌之功效。临床广泛应用于治疗咳血、吐血，外伤出血，疡肿毒，皮肤破裂，肺结核咳血，溃疡病出血等病症，同时白及有粘合作用，可作为栓塞剂介入治疗。
三七：味甘、微苦，性温。具有散瘀止血，消肿定痛之功效。常用于治疗咯血，吐血，衄血，便血，崩漏，外伤出血，胸腹刺痛，跌扑肿痛。
花椒：味辛，性温。具有温中止痛，杀虫止痒之功效。用于脘腹冷痛，呕吐泄泻，虫积腹痛；外用：湿疹，阴痒。
蒲公英：味苦、甘，性寒。具有清热解毒，消肿散结，利尿通淋之功效。常用于疔疮肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，目赤，咽痛，肺痈，肠痈，湿热黄疸，热淋涩痛。
薄荷：味辛，性凉。具有疏散风热，清利头目，利咽透疹，疏肝行气之功效。主治外感风热，头痛，咽喉肿痛，食滞气胀，口疮，牙痛，疮疥，瘾疹，温病初起，风疹瘙痒，肝郁气滞，胸闷胁痛。
木鳖子：味苦、微甘，性凉。具有散结消肿，攻毒疗疮之功效。常用于疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，痔瘘，干癣，秃疮的治疗。
芒硝：味咸、苦，性寒。具有泻下通便，润燥软坚，清火消肿之功效。常用于实热积滞，腹满胀痛，大便燥结，肠痈肿痛；外治乳痈，痔疮肿痛。
冰片：味辛、苦，性微寒。具有开窍醒神，清热散毒，明目退翳，消肿止痛之功效。常用于治乳腺结块，中风口噤，热病神昏，惊痫痰迷，气闭耳聋，喉痹，口疮，中耳炎，痈肿，痔疮，目亦翳膜，蛲虫病。
没药：味辛、苦，性平。具有散淤定痛，消肿生肌之功效。常用于胸痹心痛，胃脘疼痛，痛经经闭.产后瘀阻，癥瘕腹痛，风湿痹痛，跌打损伤，痈肿疮疡等病症的治疗。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明提供的用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，方中白及、三七主止血生肌之功效，对于痔疮便血以及创口愈合有很好的作用；花椒、冰片有止痛止痒之功效，能够帮助患者减轻痛楚；薄荷、芒硝能够清凉散热，辅助患者药后恢复；蒲公英、木鳖子主解毒消肿，能够去腐生肌；几者结合，使本中药制剂有消肿消炎、止血止痛、去腐生肌之功效，对初期内痔、肛裂、肛周炎、混合痔等有很好的治疗作用。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案能予以实施，下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
需要说明的是下述实施例中所用的白及均为白及块茎去皮部。
下述用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂的制备方法，具体按以下步骤进行制备：
按重量份称取白及，三七，花椒，蒲公英，薄荷，木鳖子，芒硝，冰片，没药，备用；
步骤2、将步骤1称取的三七、花椒，蒲公英、薄荷、木鳖子、芒硝、冰片、没药研磨为细末过150目筛得到药粉备用，
步骤3、将步骤1称取的白及水，煎煮去渣备用，然后加入步骤2得到的药粉，充分搅匀，即得膏状中药制剂。
实施例1
本实施例用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，其按重量计由以下组分组成：白及100g，三七40g，花椒40g，蒲公英40g，薄荷40g，木鳖子40g，芒硝40g，冰片20g，没药20g。
实施例2
本实施例用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，其按重量计由以下组分组成：白及80g，三七80g，花椒80g，蒲公英80g，薄荷80g，木鳖子80g，芒硝80g，冰片50g，没药10g。
实施例3
本实施例用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，其按重量计由以下组分组成：白及90g，三七60g，花椒60g，蒲公英60g，薄荷60g，木鳖子600g，芒硝60g，冰片10g，没药50g。
为了验证本发明得到的用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂的安全性，以实施例1的中药制剂进行药理学毒性试验。
一、动物试验报告
选取36只生理状态相近，健康活泼，体重均为35-45g之间的小白鼠，随机分为6组，每组6只，编号分别为A、B、C、D、E、F。各组试验期间保证饮水饮食充足，饲养环境相同且不会有较大变化。其中，A组正常饲养，不做任何处理；B组小鼠在肛门处涂抹实施例1的中药制剂；C组用醋酸制造痔疮模型(参照《中药痔疮动物模型制备规范》)，不用药正常饲养；D组用醋酸制造痔疮模型，造模成功后使用本发明实施例1中药制剂；E组用醋酸制造痔疮模型，造模成功后使用等质量马应龙痔疮膏；F组用醋酸制造痔疮模型，造模成功后使用等质量太宁软膏。以上各组保证同时饲养，同时观察，同时解剖。

从表1的动物试验报告表明，本发明实施例的中药制剂安全性好，无毒副作用。通过对小白鼠的试验，A、B组对照表明本发明无毒副作用，D、E、F组对照可知本发明较市场上的痔疮治疗药物有更好的恢复效果。
二、临床试验
治疗方法：将实施例1的药膏均匀地涂抹在患处，每晚睡前一次。也可睡前将栓剂纳入肛门5-7cm，每天一次。7天为一个疗程。
疗效判断：
痊愈：便血、脱出症状消失。
显效：便血、脱出症状明显减轻。
无效：便血、脱出症状无明显改善或加重。
注意事项：1、孕妇禁用。2、对本品过敏者禁用。3、本品为外用药品严禁内服。4、用药前将肛门洗净，保持清洁。5、存放在阴凉干燥处。
临床对120例患者进行治疗观察。其中痊愈108例，占90％；显效12例，占10％；无效0例，占0％；总有效率100％。
可以得出，本发明用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂对治疗痔疮有确切疗效，总有效率达100％。
三、典型病例：
病例1
王某，男，35岁，现住址陕西省西安市，患混合痔5年，多方治疗效果不佳，用本发明的膏剂一个疗程即愈。
病例2
李某，男，39岁，现住陕西省宝鸡市，患痔疮多年国内外产品用过效果不佳，用本发明的膏剂一个疗程即愈。
需要说明的是，本发明权利要求书中涉及数值范围时，应理解为每个数值范围的两个端点以及两个端点之间任何一个数值均可选用，由于采用的步骤方法与实施例1-3相同，为了防止赘述，本发明描述了优选的实施例，但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念，则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以，所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然，本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样，倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内，则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的原料制成：白及8-10份，三七4-8份，花椒4-8份，蒲公英4-8份，薄荷4-8份，木鳖子4-8份，芒硝4-8份，冰片1-5份，没药1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，其特征在于，由如下重量份数的原料制成：白及10份，三七4份，花椒4份，蒲公英4份，薄荷4份，木鳖子4份，芒硝4份，冰片2份，没药2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂，其特征在于所选白及为白及块茎去皮部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
步骤1、按重量份称取白及8-10份，三七4-8份，花椒4-8份，蒲公英4-8份，薄荷4-8份，木鳖子4-8份，芒硝4-8份，冰片1-5份，没药1-5份，备用；
步骤2、将步骤1称取的三七、花椒，蒲公英、薄荷、木鳖子、芒硝、冰片、没药研磨为细末过筛得到药粉备用，
步骤3、将步骤1称取的白及加80-120份水，煎煮去渣备用，然后加入步骤2得到的药粉，充分搅匀，即得膏状中药制剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于痔疮治疗的中药制剂的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤2中，过筛指的是过150目以上的细筛。
