背景技术
一般而言,聚碳酸酯(PC)树脂属于工程塑料并且具有提高的冲击强度、耐热性、尺寸稳定性、耐候性、耐化学品性和电特性以及透明度。另外,聚碳酸酯可降低成本并且通过注入各种无机填料而增强模量。
然而,无机填料可根据它们的种类和形状而产生外观差异,并且增加尺寸稳定性,比如硬度等,但是可发生PC树脂的热分解。
添加剂(比如热稳定剂和抗氧化剂)可用于确保PC材料的热稳定性,但是当其过量使用时,熔点变低到足以产生由分子间聚结造成的阻塞,并且包括羟基的无机填料也可用于减少碱度,但是难以提供具有期望水平的热稳定性。

在实施方式中,树脂组合物包括(A)聚碳酸酯树脂;(B)包含碳酸钙、滑石和硅灰石中的至少一种的无机填料;(C)包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂;和(D)磷类阻燃剂。
基于树脂组合物的总重量,无机填料的量可为3wt%至30wt%。
在无机填料中,可以以1:9至9:1的重量比包含碳酸钙和滑石或硅灰石。
包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂可包括具有环氧基的聚乙烯主链(backbone)。
包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂可为乙烯甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物与苯乙烯类聚合物或丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物的共聚物。
基于100重量份的树脂组合物,包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂的含量可为0.1重量份至10重量份。
磷类阻燃剂可为双酚-A双(磷酸二苯酯)。

在常规的热塑性聚碳酸酯树脂组合物中,已经施加抗氧化剂或热稳定剂来提高注塑成型期间的热稳定性,但是即使过量使用添加剂,热稳定性提高的程度也是有限的,并且聚碳酸酯树脂的物理性能可能劣化。
然而,根据实施方式的树脂组合物可不仅通过包括包含碳酸钙、滑石和硅灰石中的至少一种的无机填料而增强物理性能(比如抗冲击性),而且通过向其施加包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂以及无机填料而防止聚碳酸酯树脂在高温下的热分解。结果,本发明的树脂组合物在高温下可具有提高的热稳定性,而不劣化物理性能。

(A)聚碳酸酯树脂
可通过使由化学式1表示的二酚与光气、卤代酸酯、碳酸酯或其组合反应而制备根据实施方式的聚碳酸酯树脂。

例如,直链碳酸酯树脂的具体实例可为双酚-A类聚碳酸酯树脂。支链聚碳酸酯树脂的具体实例可为通过使多官能芳族化合物(比如偏苯三酸酸酐、偏苯三酸等)与二酚和碳酸酯反应而制备的聚合物。可通过使双官能羧酸与二酚和碳酸酯反应而制备聚酯碳酸酯共聚物树脂,其中使用的碳酸酯为碳酸二芳基酯,比如碳酸二苯酯或碳酸乙二酯。
例如,聚碳酸酯树脂的重均分子量可为10,000g/mol至100,000g/mol,例如,15,000g/mol至50,000g/mol,但不限于此。根据实施方式的聚碳酸酯树脂可包括至少两种类型的具有不同重均分子量(Mw)的聚碳酸酯树脂,以满足期望的流动性。

包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂可为,例如,具有缩水甘油基的烯烃的均聚物,或烯烃和具有缩水甘油基的不饱和单体的共聚物,或与具有缩水甘油基的不饱和单体共聚的烯烃聚合物,并且共聚物可为接枝共聚物、无规共聚物或嵌段共聚物。

(D)磷类阻燃剂

双酚-A双(磷酸二苯酯)(BDP)(制造商:Yoke)
将通过使用分别以表1中所示的量和根据表1中所示的组成的组分制备的实施例1至6和比较例1至3的树脂组合物熔化、揉捏并挤出,以产生丸粒。本文中,通过使用具有36的L/D(长度/直径)和45mm的直径的双螺杆挤出机并且在230℃至300℃下加工进行挤出,以产生丸粒。将制造的丸粒在80℃下干燥4小时或更长时间,并且然后,通过注塑机(150吨单注塑机)在250℃下注塑,以产生样品。

评估
在下述方法中,评估根据实施例1至6和比较例1至3的样品的保持热稳定性和切口悬臂梁式(notched Izod)冲击强度,并且结果显示在表2中。
保持热稳定性
通过使用具有L/D=36并且直径为45mm的双螺杆挤出机,在230℃至300℃的料筒温度下,加工具有上面组成的每种树脂组合物,以产生丸粒。将产生的丸粒在80℃下干燥4小时或更长时间,在250℃下放置在注塑机(150吨单注塑机)的螺杆中600秒,并且然后,通过测量和归类在表面上的气体产生程度,来评估保持热稳定性。
保持热稳定性:(最好)1–2–3–4–5(最差)
切口悬臂梁式冲击强度
对于1/8"样品,按照ASTM D256标准测量切口悬臂梁式冲击强度。

如表2中所示,当放置在螺杆中时,与根据比较例1至3的包括单独无机填料的树脂组合物相比,根据实施例1至6的包括包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂以及无机填料的树脂组合物表现出卓越的热稳定性和抗冲击性,。

Claims (9)
1.一种树脂组合物,所述树脂组合物包括:
(A)聚碳酸酯树脂;
(B)包含碳酸钙、滑石和硅灰石中的至少一种的无机填料;
(C)包含缩水甘油基的聚烯烃类树脂;和
(D)磷类阻燃剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其中,基于所述树脂组合物的总重量,所述无机填料的量为3wt%至30wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其中:
所述无机填料包括选自所述碳酸钙、所述滑石和所述硅灰石的第一无机填料,以及选自所述碳酸钙、所述滑石和所述硅灰石的第二无机填料,所述第二无机填料与所述第一无机填料不同,并且
以1:9至9:1的重量比包括所述第一无机填料和所述第二无机填料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其中包含所述缩水甘油基的所述聚烯烃类树脂包括具有环氧基的聚乙烯主链。
5.根据权利要求4所述的树脂组合物,其中包含所述缩水甘油基的所述聚烯烃类树脂为乙烯甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物与苯乙烯类聚合物或丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物的共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其中,基于100重量份的所述树脂组合物,包含所述缩水甘油基的所述聚烯烃类树脂的含量为0.1重量份至10重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其中所述磷类阻燃剂为双酚-A双(磷酸二苯酯)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的树脂组合物,其中,基于100重量份的所述树脂组合物,所述磷类阻燃剂的含量为5重量份至25重量份。
9.在权利要求1中,
使用根据权利要求1至权利要求8中任一项所述的树脂组合物制造的模制品。
