Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent ship processing, and particularly discloses a data acquisition and monitoring control system, which comprises a monitoring end, a server end and a remote terminal, wherein the server end is connected with the monitoring end and the remote terminal; the monitoring end is provided with a video monitoring device and a state monitoring device which respectively monitor the field video and the working state of the production line; the monitoring end transmits monitoring data to the server end, the server end processes the data, and the remote terminal is connected with the server end and checks monitoring records; the invention can collect the information of the on-site manufacturing process in real time, improve the on-site transparency and improve the on-site control capability; meanwhile, the remote visualization of the factory is realized, and the production state and the completion condition of the production plan are displayed on a remote terminal; the running states of the production line and the equipment thereof are monitored in real time, the fault response and the equipment downtime are reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and a data basis is provided for the improvement of the equipment.

Preferably, the video monitoring equipment comprises a plurality of monitoring cameras, the monitoring cameras are arranged along the production line, monitoring areas are mutually overlapped, and the whole production line area is covered.
Preferably, the working state of the production line processing equipment recorded by the state monitoring equipment includes, but is not limited to, running, stopping, standby, fault and scheduled stop states, and the statistics of each state time is carried out to display the product type, the on-line quantity and the off-line quantity of the production line.
Preferably, the personnel management module divides the authority of the user accessed by the remote terminal and performs different operations according to different authorities.

Further, the video monitoring device 11 includes a plurality of monitoring cameras, the monitoring cameras are arranged along the production line, and the monitoring areas are overlapped with each other to cover the whole production line area.
Further, the operation status of the line processing equipment recorded by the status monitoring device 12 includes, but is not limited to, running, stopping, standby, failure, and scheduled shutdown status, and the statistics of each status time are performed to display the product type, online quantity, and offline quantity of the production line.
Further, the staff management module 21 divides the authority for the user accessing the remote terminal 3, and performs different operations according to different authorities.
Further, the production report module 22 records the annual, monthly and daily reports of different products, the material consumption report and the quality management report according to the production information.
Further, the order management module 23 receives the order, generates a production plan according to the quantity and the model of the required product, and sends the production plan to the production line; the production line processes the product and counts the order completion state.
Further, the material management module 24 collects the on-site material information through the scanning gun, binds the production data, and is used for subsequent inquiry.
Further, the production management module 25 manages the production product, and records the production date, the name of the item to which the product belongs, the batch, the production instruction number, the operator information, and the equipment information of the product.
Further, the server 2 is provided with a database module, and the database module stores the received data.
The working principle is as follows: during actual use, the monitoring end 1 monitors the production line, transmits monitoring information to the server end 2, and the remote terminal 3 is used by a manager, knows the real-time information of the production line through the connection server end 2, and realizes remote visualization of the production line.
The video monitoring equipment 11 covers the production line through a monitoring camera to obtain a real-time picture; the state monitoring equipment 12 monitors the working state of each processing machine in the production line; work is carried out in coordination with each other, has the timely and accurate real-time situation of mastering production of the managers of the remote terminal 3 of being convenient for, and when the station production goes wrong or equipment breaks down, the situation of knowing that relevant personnel can be timely makes a response fast simultaneously.
The personnel management module 21 can divide the use permission of the remote terminal 3, and different permissions can carry out different operations, thereby facilitating hierarchical management; the production report module 22 records reports in the production line processing process, so that subsequent terminal management personnel can conveniently check the reports; the order management module 23 distributes the production plan to each production line, and counts the order completion condition, so as to facilitate management and adjustment; the material management module 24 collects the field logistics, traces the logistics in the production line processing process, and binds production data, thereby being beneficial to follow-up query; the production management module 25 records the production products, so that the subsequent searching and tracing are facilitated, and the management is facilitated.

A data acquisition and supervisory control system according to claim 1, wherein: the video monitoring equipment (11) comprises a plurality of monitoring cameras, the monitoring cameras are arranged along a production line, monitoring areas are mutually overlapped, and the whole production line area is covered.
