本发明涉及一种在撞击过程中提供脊椎支撑的汽车座椅靠背装置,该装置包括弹性减震带、轧线机构、预紧机构和泡沫体,所述的弹性减震带设置在泡沫体的后面,每个所述弹性减震带通过一端的固定点与靠背骨架侧板固连、另一端连接轧线机构,所述轧线机构连接预紧机构。本该装置能够为脊柱提供必要的支撑,并帮助吸收冲击能量,减少现有汽车的鞭打损伤伤害,尤指车祸造成的颈部过度屈伸损伤,该装置设计简单,合理,舒适度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车座椅技术领域,特别是一种在撞击过程中提供脊椎支撑的汽车座椅靠背装置,该装置可安装在靠背泡沫后面,在撞击过程中将为脊柱提供必要的支撑,减少在汽车撞击过程中对背部和和颈部的损伤。
背景技术
在车辆后撞过程中,身体会受到鞭打的影响,从而造成颈部和脊椎损伤,现阶段的车辆前排座椅减少了头戴距离(头部和头枕距离),减少了鞭打,目前的靠背泡沫较硬。
在车辆后撞期间,座椅向前移动,人的身体会沉入座椅泡沫中,脊柱承受的能量的冲击被附接到靠背骨架侧板的悬架弹簧吸收,高性能座椅的泡沫后面有很多零件,可能会对乘员的背部造成伤害。
本发明将增加脊柱吸收的能量并减少脊椎损伤,设备生效时,它将具有脊髓的形状,增加了脊柱支撑,不会再让脊柱沉入到座椅靠背中去接触其他的座椅零件,这种设计还允许制造商使用较软的泡沫,这将增加日常乘坐的舒适度;脊柱支撑增加了能量的吸收,减少了鞭打带来的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种在撞击过程中提供脊椎支撑的汽车座椅靠背装置,该装置能够为脊柱提供必要的支撑,并帮助吸收冲击能量,减少现有汽车的鞭打损伤伤害,尤指车祸造成的颈部过度屈伸损伤,该装置设计简单,合理,舒适度高。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种在撞击过程中提供脊椎支撑的汽车座椅靠背装置,该装置包括弹性减震带、轧线机构、预紧机构和泡沫体,所述的弹性减震带设置在泡沫体的后面,每个所述弹性减震带通过一端的固定点与靠背骨架侧板固连、另一端连接轧线机构,所述轧线机构连接预紧机构。
本装置布有三个平行的弹性减震带,所述弹性减震带两端是连接固定端,中间带有长形椭圆孔。
所述轧线机构由线夹、轧线钢丝和轧线联合构成,其中轧线钢丝设置在线夹内,每个所述线夹连接轧线联合,所述线夹通过多个金属扎线导管固定,并且所有金属扎线导管都将连接到侧板。
所述预紧机构由预紧机构本体和气体发生器构成,所述预紧机构被连接到靠背骨架侧板上。
本发明具有以下优点和技术效果:
1、本发明由于使用类似座椅安全气囊的预紧器机构,且此机构被附接到靠背骨架侧板上,因为都使用化学反应,其展开速度与安全气囊的展开速度相同。
2、本发明具有三个弹性背部支撑带,所使用的材料具有弹性,这有助于吸收冲击能量,也使乘员不会感觉到碰撞对脊柱的强烈冲击。
3、本发明的钢丝没有附加特征,它只会帮助弹性支撑产生张力,当预紧器拉动钢缆时,将导致拉紧所有三个支撑,从而产生拉力,使它们向前移动,从而使泡沫向前移动。
4、本发明使用的弹性主体位于靠背泡沫后方,不与其他部件干涉;该设计还给座椅机械按摩的相关零件留有充足的布置空间,以确保本设备在正常情况及展开过程中均和座椅机械按摩装置不干涉。
5、本发明仅和靠背骨架连接,并且除了向前移动泡沫体以外,对其他任何部分都没有任何影响,这也意味着易于更换,座椅易于维修、且成本低廉。
6、本发明的弹性主体结构会在拉紧时呈脊柱状,通过增加阻尼增加对背部的支撑,进而减少汽车后撞时对乘员背部的鞭打。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施例。
如图1、2、3所示:一种在撞击过程中提供脊椎支撑的汽车座椅靠背装置,该装置包括弹性减震带1、轧线机构2、预紧机构3和泡沫体4,至少两个所述弹性减震带1设置在泡沫体4的后面,每个所述弹性减震带1通过一端的固定点1-1与框架结构5固连、另一端连接轧线机构2,所述轧线机构2连接预紧机构3。
本装置布有三个平行的弹性减震带1,所述弹性减震带1两端是连接固定端,中间带有长形椭圆孔1-2。
所述轧线机构2由线夹2-1、轧线钢丝2-2和轧线联合2-3构成,其中轧线钢丝2-2设置在线夹2-1内,每个所述线夹2-1连接轧线联合2-3,所述线夹2-1通过多个金属扎线导管2-4固定,并且所有金属扎线导管2-4都将连接到侧板。
所述预紧机构3由预紧机构本体3-1(预紧机构本体3-1采用现有技术中一种类似安全带预紧机构但更小的装置)和气体发生器3-2构成,所述预紧机构3被连接到靠背侧梁上,
如图4所示:显示系统处于非活动状态时的布置外观,弹性减震带1(弹性支撑)将接触泡沫,不会压迫泡沫变形。
如图5所示:轧线机构2上的轧线钢丝2-2从线夹2-1(导向器)伸出的部分将缩回,从而在弹性减震带1上产生拉力,这将导致支撑件弹性减震带1将泡沫体4向前推动以提供支撑力。
目前本装置的设计移动距离为20mm,相应地泡沫也会随之移动20mm,该值可以根据不同座椅产品的要求进行优化更改。

1.一种在撞击过程中提供脊椎支撑的汽车座椅靠背装置,其特征在于:该装置包括弹性减震带(1)、轧线机构(2)、预紧机构(3)和泡沫体(4),所述的弹性减震带(1)设置在泡沫体(4)的后面,每个所述弹性减震带(1)通过一端的固定点(1-1)与靠背骨架侧板(5)固连、另一端连接轧线机构(2),所述轧线机构(2)连接预紧机构(3);
所述弹性减震带(1)为三个且横向平行设置,所述弹性减震带(1)两端是连接固定端,中间带有长形椭圆孔(1-2);
所述轧线机构(2)由线夹(2-1)、轧线钢丝(2-2)和轧线联合(2-3)构成,其中轧线钢丝(2-2)设置在线夹(2-1)内,每个所述线夹(2-1)连接轧线联合(2-3),所述线夹(2-1)通过多个金属扎线导管(2-4)固定,并且所有金属扎线导管(2-4)都将连接到侧板;
所述预紧机构(3)由预紧机构本体(3-1)和气体发生器(3-2)构成,所述预紧机构(3)被连接到靠背侧梁上。
