Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性树脂防污涂料,包括:水性树脂50‑70份、添加剂10‑15、缓释金属离子添加剂20‑30份。其中,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。将硫酸铜和氢氧化钠同时注入到环糊精水溶液中,环糊精分子可以多铜离子进行络合包覆,同时,氢氧根离子也会与铜离子进行沉淀反应,在超声振动的作用下,使得环糊精分子将氢氧化铜包覆在其螺旋状结构內。最终,经过葡萄糖还原后,得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。由于环糊精对氧化亚铜的包覆作用,使得氧化亚铜的释放缓慢,持久,涂料也具有持久的防污效果。

水性树脂防污涂料
技术领域
本发明属于防污涂料领域,是一种水性树脂防污涂料。
背景技术
我国是海洋大国,在海洋领域,海生物对船只的表面的侵蚀严重损害了船只的使用效率和寿命。为了解决海生物对于船只的附着问题,防污涂料应运而生。目前,最常用的是水性树脂防污涂料,其中,氧化亚铜是最常用的防污涂料添加剂,可以有效防止海生物的附着。然而,直接在防污涂料中添加氧化亚铜,并不能让防污涂料具有持久的防污效果,这是由于氧化亚铜在防污涂料中的释放速率相对比较快,不能持久。
虽然,现有的自抛光防污涂料可以利用涂层中树脂材料的自身水解,实现涂层中的氧化亚铜的持续释放。但是,仍然存在铜离子释放持续性较差,初期释放速率快,后期释放速率不足,影响防污涂层的使用寿命。
为此,有必要提供一种具有持久防污效果的水性树脂防污涂料。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明旨在提供一种具有持久防污效果的水性树脂防污涂料,通过在水性树脂防污涂料中添加能够持久缓释金属离子的防污涂料添加剂,确保水性树脂防污涂料的持久防污效果。
水性树脂防污涂料,按重量份计,包括:水性树脂50-70份、添加剂10-15、缓释金属离子添加剂20-30份。
其中,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料,其制备方法为:
(1)溶液配制,包括,环糊精水溶液A,环糊精浓度为20-4g/L;硫酸铜水溶液B,硫酸铜浓度为1-2mol/L;氢氧化钠水溶液C,氢氧化钠浓度为3-6mol/L;葡萄糖溶液D,葡萄糖浓度为3-5mol/L;
(2)将溶液B和C同时注入A中,混合,并对混合液施加超声振动,振动频率为20-40kHz,得到悬浊液E;
(3)在持续超声振动下,将悬浊液E加热至80-100℃,注入溶液D,保温20-40分钟,过滤、晾干后,即可得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。
其中,水性树脂选自水性环氧树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性有机硅树脂中的一种或多种。
其中,添加剂选自消泡剂、润湿剂、流平剂中的一种或多种。
其中,环糊精选自α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精中的一种或多种,优选β-环糊精。
本发明中,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。环糊精分子为中空圆筒立体环状螺旋结构,环状螺旋结构的外部具有丰富的羟基,使得环糊精分重的外缘呈现亲水性,相较而言,环状螺旋结构的内部呈现疏水性。因此,本发明中,将硫酸铜和氢氧化钠同时注入到环糊精水溶液中,环糊精分子可以多铜离子进行络合包覆,同时,氢氧根离子也会与铜离子进行沉淀反应,在超声振动的作用下,使得环糊精分子将氢氧化铜包覆在其螺旋状结构內。最终,经过葡萄糖还原后,得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。由于环糊精对氧化亚铜的包覆作用,使得氧化亚铜的释放缓慢,持久,涂料也具有持久的防污效果。
具体实施方式
下面,结合本发明较佳的实施例以及相应的比较例,进行对比说明,以便于对本发明的技术效果进行详细阐述。
实施例1
水性树脂防污涂料,按重量份计,包括:水性树脂50份、添加剂10、缓释金属离子添加剂2份。
其中,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料,其制备方法为:
(1)溶液配制,包括,β-环糊精水溶液A,环糊精浓度为20g/L;硫酸铜水溶液B,硫酸铜浓度为1mol/L;氢氧化钠水溶液C,氢氧化钠浓度为3mol/L;葡萄糖溶液D,葡萄糖浓度为3mol/L;
(2)将溶液B和C同时注入A中,混合,并对混合液施加超声振动,振动频率为20kHz,得到悬浊液E;
(3)在持续超声振动下,将悬浊液E加热至80℃,注入溶液D,保温20分钟,过滤、晾干后,即可得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。
水性树脂为水性环氧树脂。添加剂为消泡剂3份、润湿剂3份、流平剂4份。
实施例2
水性树脂防污涂料,按重量份计,包括:水性树脂60份、添加剂10、缓释金属离子添加剂25份。
其中,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料,其制备方法为:
(1)溶液配制,包括,α-环糊精水溶液A,环糊精浓度为30g/L;硫酸铜水溶液B,硫酸铜浓度为1mol/L;氢氧化钠水溶液C,氢氧化钠浓度为4mol/L;葡萄糖溶液D,葡萄糖浓度为4mol/L;
(2)将溶液B和C同时注入A中,混合,并对混合液施加超声振动,振动频率为30kHz,得到悬浊液E;
(3)在持续超声振动下,将悬浊液E加热至90℃,注入溶液D,保温30分钟,过滤、晾干后,即可得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。
水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂。添加剂为消泡剂3份、润湿剂4份、流平剂3份。
实施例3
水性树脂防污涂料,按重量份计,包括:水性树脂70份、添加剂15、缓释金属离子添加剂30份。
其中,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料,其制备方法为:
(1)溶液配制,包括,γ-环糊精水溶液A,环糊精浓度为40g/L;硫酸铜水溶液B,硫酸铜浓度为2mol/L;氢氧化钠水溶液C,氢氧化钠浓度为6mol/L;葡萄糖溶液D,葡萄糖浓度为5mol/L;
(2)将溶液B和C同时注入A中,混合,并对混合液施加超声振动,振动频率为40kHz,得到悬浊液E;
(3)在持续超声振动下,将悬浊液E加热至100℃,注入溶液D,保温40分钟,过滤、晾干后,即可得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。
水性树脂为水性有机硅树脂。添加剂为消泡剂5份、润湿剂5份、流平剂5份。
比较例
相较于实施例1,以普通氧化亚铜替代缓释金属离子添加剂,其余相同。
对实施例1-3和比较例中的水性树脂防污涂料进行防污效果测试。通过将四组涂料分别喷涂到环氧树脂板表面,进行为期4个月的海洋挂板实验,结果如下表1所示。

从表1可以看出,通过在水性树脂防污涂料中添加缓释金属离子添加剂,利用环糊精将氧化亚铜包覆在环糊精分子的螺旋状结构中,可以起到缓慢释放氧化亚铜,从而使得防污涂料具有持久的防污效果。
以上对本发明提供的水性树脂防污涂料。应当指出的是,对于熟知防污涂料领域的技术的相关人员来说,还可以对本发明进行适当的改进或变换,这些改进或变换也属于本发明所保护的范围。

Claims (5)

1.水性树脂防污涂料,按重量份计,包括:水性树脂50-70份、添加剂10-15、缓释金属离子添加剂20-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性树脂防污涂料,其特征在于,缓释金属离子添加剂为环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料,其制备方法为:
(1)溶液配制,包括,环糊精水溶液A,环糊精浓度为20-4g/L;硫酸铜水溶液B,硫酸铜浓度为1-2mol/L;氢氧化钠水溶液C,氢氧化钠浓度为3-6mol/L;葡萄糖溶液D,葡萄糖浓度为3-5mol/L;
(2)将溶液B和C同时注入A中,混合,并对混合液施加超声振动,振动频率为20-40kHz,得到悬浊液E;
(3)在持续超声振动下,将悬浊液E加热至80-100℃,注入溶液D,保温20-40分钟,过滤、晾干后,即可得到环糊精包覆氧化亚铜复合材料。
3.如权利要求1所述的水性树脂防污涂料,其特征在于,水性树脂选自水性环氧树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂、水性有机硅树脂中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的水性树脂防污涂料,其特征在于,添加剂选自消泡剂、润湿剂、流平剂中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求2所述的水性树脂防污涂料,其特征在于,环糊精选自α-环糊精、β-环糊精、γ-环糊精中的一种或多种,优选β-环糊精。
