Abstract

本发明公开一种用于汽车软触储物兜卷帘门的双色微发泡注塑成型工艺,包括以下步骤,注塑产品的骨架层,注塑产品的柔软层,注塑完成后模具根据需要发泡的效果打开一段距离H为发泡提供所需的空间,注塑时模具通过分型面贴合避免液态塑料逃逸,半开模时,模具打开型腔扩大,浮动块通过弹块弹起,此时临界状态的塑料仍在封闭的腔体内,保证熔融塑料不产生逃逸;待模具发泡完成,模具完全打开获得最终制品。本发明通过双色注塑机,热塑性塑料粒子,塑料发泡剂,可实现一次注塑获得触感柔软的可滑动杯托卷帘。可有效降低类似产品的成型周期,简化工艺流程,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车注塑模具中双料注塑模具及注塑微发泡工艺。
背景技术
目前对于软触卷帘门工艺有两种:1,采用的为普通双料注塑,骨架为PC/ABS或PP增强材料,软触材料为TPE材料。此种工艺,因TPE材料所限,制品软触层薄,体验感差。2采用注塑及结皮工艺,此种包含注塑、发泡、结皮三道工序。工序路线长,效率低成本高。
发明内容
针对现有工艺存在的不足,本发明提供一种用于汽车软触储物兜卷帘门的双色微发泡注塑成型工艺,可实现一次注塑获得触感柔软的可滑动杯托卷帘。
一种用于汽车软触储物兜卷帘门的双色微发泡注塑成型工艺,包括以下步骤,
1)注塑产品的骨架层,骨架层包括三个部分:肋骨,用于卷帘结构加强及滑动导向;导滑凸台,用于将卷帘固定在导滑槽内并使卷帘顺利滑动;手柄按照槽,用于按照装饰类手柄,便于将卷帘向前向后滑动;模具包括骨架层注塑侧、柔软层注塑侧、旋转台;将液态的骨架层材料通过骨架层注塑侧的射嘴注射到骨架层型腔内,
2)注塑产品的柔软层,柔软层包含三个部分:装饰层,发泡层和粘接层;骨架层注塑完成后进行冷却,然后模具开模,产品留在旋转台上模具动模侧,旋转台旋转180°,随后合模,模具的柔软层型腔已留出TPE填充所需要的空间,将液态的TPE及化学发泡剂通过柔软层注塑侧的射嘴注射到柔软层型腔内;
3)注塑完成后模具根据需要发泡的效果打开一段距离H为发泡提供所需的空间,注塑时模具通过分型面贴合避免液态塑料逃逸,半开模时,模具打开型腔扩大,浮动块通过弹块弹起,此时临界状态的塑料仍在封闭的腔体内,保证熔融塑料不产生逃逸;
4)待模具发泡完成,模具完全打开获得最终制品。
本发明通过双色注塑机,热塑性塑料粒子,塑料发泡剂,可实现一次注塑获得触感柔软的可滑动杯托卷帘。可有效降低类似产品的成型周期,简化工艺流程,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
产品由骨架层和柔软层组成。如图1所示,骨架层包含三个部分。肋骨11,用于卷帘结构加强及滑动导向;导滑凸台12,用于将卷帘固定在导滑槽内并使卷帘顺利滑动;手柄按照槽13,可用于按照装饰类手柄,便于将卷帘向前向后滑动。
如图2所示,柔软层包含三个部分。装饰层21,可制作各种皮革纹;发泡层22,提供手指按压柔软感,柔软度可通过发泡工艺控制泡层厚度及空泡大小调节;粘接层23,用于将柔软层与骨架层连接。
如图6,模具包括骨架层注塑侧31、柔软层注塑侧32、旋转台33;如图3,产品制造工艺为先注塑成型骨架,将液态的骨架层材料通过骨架层注塑侧31的射嘴注射到骨架层型腔内,骨架层注塑完成后进行冷却,然后模具开模,如图4,产品留在旋转台上模具动模侧,旋转台旋转180°,随后合模,如图5,模具的柔软层型腔已留出TPE填充所需要的空间,将液态的TPE及化学发泡剂通过柔软层注塑侧的射嘴注射到柔软层型腔内。
如图7、8,注塑完成后模具根据需要发泡的效果打开一段距离H为发泡提供所需的空间。
如图9、10,注塑时模具通过分型面贴合避免液态塑料逃逸。半开模时,模具打开型腔扩大,浮动块41通过弹块42弹起。此时临界状态的塑料仍在封闭的腔体内,保证熔融塑料不产生逃逸。待模具发泡完成,模具完全打开获得最终制品。

1.一种用于汽车软触储物兜卷帘门的双色微发泡注塑成型工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
1)注塑产品的骨架层,骨架层包括三个部分:肋骨,用于卷帘结构加强及滑动导向;导滑凸台,用于将卷帘固定在导滑槽内并使卷帘顺利滑动;手柄按照槽,用于按照装饰类手柄,便于将卷帘向前向后滑动;模具包括骨架层注塑侧、柔软层注塑侧、旋转台;将液态的骨架层材料通过骨架层注塑侧的射嘴注射到骨架层型腔内,
