背景技术
为细长物品、如汽车中的电缆线束制造护套和尤其是纵向护套的基本优点在于以此方式保护相关的电缆和导线免受例如磨损应力。借助这种护套不仅可包扎电缆,而且也可包扎软管和管道并且甚至也可借助绷带来支撑插接连接器和部分终端设备并且将它们固定在一起。总的来说,在此空间需求最小。出于该原因,尤其是在汽车的电缆束生产中越来越多地使用这种护套和尤其是纵向护套。
在制造这种护套或纵向护套时遵循非常不同的操作过程。例如EP 1 875 573 B1这样操作:由两条胶带形成护套,在护套上施加第三条胶带。与此相关的生产花费非常大,因为必须为了生产而存储和供应三条胶带并将它们位置精确地彼此对齐。
在根据本申请人的WO 2016/045890 A1的同类型方法中这样操作,将包括载体和基本上全表面覆盖该载体正面的第一粘合剂涂层的胶带与无粘合剂涂层的载体带结合成层压体。此外,胶带的载体附加地在其背面上基本上部分地设有另一第二粘合剂涂层。
以此方式已经提供了一种易于实现且低成本的可能性,以借助所描述的护套来包扎电缆线束并提供有效保护以防止通过例如尖锐的边缘、毛刺和焊接点上的刮蹭和摩擦而引起的机械损坏。通过仅使用胶带和无粘合剂涂层的载体带可简化制造。在此可进一步改进设计,从而简化护套在细长物品上的后续施加。本发明着手于此。
发明内容
本发明所基于的技术任务是这样改进开头所描述类型的方法,以便尤其是使在细长物品上的施加得到进一步简化并且同时实现总体上成本优化的结构。
为了解决该技术任务,在用于制造用于细长物品的护套和尤其是纵向护套的同类型方法中规定,在载体和载体带之间的重叠区域的空隙中的第一粘合剂涂层由多个彼此间隔开的粘合剂条组成。
在本发明的范围中,作为胶带组成部分的载体和无粘合剂涂层的载体带首先定义一个重叠区域。该重叠区域通过如下方式规定:将所述的载体和载体带至少大部分重叠,即在定义重叠区域的情况下这样相对于彼此设置,使得相应细长的载体和细长的载体带分别在横截面中超过其各自宽度的一半以上叠置地设置并且因此定义和描述重叠区域连同设置在重叠区域空隙中的第一粘合剂涂层。通常,载体和载体带不仅至少大部分重叠,而且是完全重叠。也就是说,载体和载体带在共同的纵向延伸中彼此层压并且具有相同的宽度,从而载体和载体带的相应纵向边缘彼此叠置地设置。
但原则上载体或载体带也可在重叠区域的侧向具有突出部。但通常本发明省去这种突出部,尽管这是可能的。
相反,本发明利用所形成的层压体以及在载体与载体带之间的、具有连接在其间的第一粘合剂涂层的重叠区域整体定义了一种载体带材料,该载体带材料通过使用多层结构和连接在其间的第一粘合剂涂层具有提高的耐磨保护。
实际上如此实现的载体带材料的耐磨保护通常超过载体或载体带各自的耐磨保护的一倍半。在大多数情况下,观察到的值甚至相应于各个耐磨保护的总和或甚至更高。在此情况下粘合剂涂层确保将可能的机械负荷或磨损应力从载体导出到载体带或反之亦然。
无论如何在这种情况下如此实现的层压体都优于迄今的实施方式。此外,根据本发明载体与载体带之间的重叠区域的空隙中的第一粘合剂涂层由多个彼此间隔开的粘合剂条组成。因此,与全表面涂层相比节省了用于实现第一粘合剂涂层的材料。在此,根据本发明已证明,在此实现且彼此间隔开的粘合剂条在其提高耐磨保护的积极作用方面与第一胶粘剂涂层全表面实现于空隙中的手段没有区别。
也就是说,尤其是以此方式定义和制造的载体带材料的耐磨保护达到的值相应于当第一粘合剂涂层在空隙中全表面地将载体和载体带彼此连接时观察到的值。
根据本发明所有这些都同时以降低的成本实现,因为已证明彼此间隔开的粘合剂条作为第一粘合剂涂层也提供几乎相同的、提高耐磨性的积极效果。
此外,另一优点在于根据本发明的护套或纵向护套可特别简单地沿纵向方向围绕细长物品施加。为此通常将护套或纵向护套沿纵向方向包覆细长材料,第一粘合剂涂层的彼此间隔开的各个粘合剂条在此情况下有利于包封过程并且因此有利于护套在细长物品上的施加。
实质上这可归因于所形成的层压体在载体和载体带之间的重叠区域中基于通过实现的粘合剂条的在一定程度上条形的耦合在横截面中形成各个“铰链”,这些铰链有利于以此方式施加到细长物品上的护套或纵向护套的纵向包封或纵向包覆。主要优点可在此看到。

由于第二粘合剂涂层也有利地构造为至少一个粘合剂条,已证明特别有利的是,第二粘合剂涂层由分别在两个纵向边缘上施加到载体带上的粘合剂条组成。以此方式载体带在其背离胶带的自由表面上在其两个纵向边缘上设有两个粘合剂条。从而以此方式制造的护套首先可借助一个纵向边缘上的一个粘合剂条固定在细长物品上。随后用护套包覆细长材料,使得位于相对置纵向边缘上的另一粘合剂条确保封闭护套。为此通常将相关粘合剂条粘贴在胶带载体的背面上。实际上胶带载体的背面通常设计成至少无粘合剂涂层的,使得实现所述纵向包封。
已证明有效的是,第二粘合剂涂层的两个粘合剂条分别以相同的宽度施加到载体带上。为此可再次使用简单构造的喷嘴组件,借助其将热熔粘合剂施加到载体带上。在此情况下还可看到另一创造性手段,根据该手段,所有粘合剂条的宽度为重叠区域宽度的5%至30%。也就是说,分别沿载体或载体带的纵向延伸部延伸的粘合剂条的宽度与重叠区域的宽度相比可以是5%至30%范围内的给定值。在此特别优选考虑所有粘合剂条的宽度为重叠区域宽度的10%至25%。由此几乎分别相同构造的喷嘴可确保各个粘合剂条的施加并且这些喷嘴可根据需要例如以希望的彼此间距安装并保持在一个共同的保持装置中。
本发明的主题也涉及一种用于细长物品的护套和尤其是纵向护套、尤其是用于电缆线束的护套或纵向护套。相关的护套或纵向护套可有利地借助上述制造方法来生产。

下面借助仅示出一种实施例的附图详细阐述本发明。附图如下:
图1示出根据按本发明的方法示意性制造的护套;和
图2以剖面图示意性示出作为细长物品的绷带的护套。
具体实施方式
在附图中首先示出护套或纵向护套。如图2所示,借助纵向护套可包封或包扎细长物品1。细长物品1例如但不限于是机动车内部的各个电缆或管或线。
在实施例中,用于细长物品1的相关护套构造为用于电缆线束的纵向护套,以便包扎多个相关电缆线束并以此方式形成一条电缆束或以其它方式确保对电缆线束的保护以及组合。
为了制造相关护套或纵向护套,首先生产胶带2、3。该胶带2、3包括载体2和至少部分覆盖载体2的第一粘合剂涂层3。载体2非限制性地在实施例中是织物载体、如聚酯织物载体,其例如具有或可具有50g/m2至500g/m2的单位面积重量、尤其是至300g/m2的单位面积重量。
原则上代替织物载体或聚酯织物载体还可使用其它载体2、如膜作为载体2。
但载体2通常是纺织载体。在所描述和示出的示例情况下,纺织载体2构造为织物载体并且尤其是聚酯织物载体。原则上纺织载体也可以是非织造载体。也可设想组合形式。
如图1所示,第一粘合剂涂层3在本实施例中并且根据本发明由多个彼此间隔开的粘合剂条3组成。为此目的在喷嘴方法中将各个粘合剂条3施加到细长的并且整体上在图1中以横截面示出的载体2上,如在发明内容中已经描述的。在此,粘合剂涂层3的施加重量可介于20g/m2至200g/m2的范围内。粘合剂涂层3或各个粘合剂条3是那些通常基于可UV固化的丙烯酸酯热熔粘合剂施加到载体2上的涂层或粘合剂条。当然这仅是示例性的而非强制性的。
将以此方式实现的、包括载体2和第一粘合剂涂层3的胶带2、3与无粘合剂涂层的载体带4结合成一个层压体2、3、4。载体带4的无粘合剂涂层的设计意味着,在该载体带与胶带2、3结合成相关层压体2、3、4之前该载体带在其两个表面上没有设置粘合剂层。此外,载体带4的无粘合剂涂层的设计表示,在此未设置粘合剂涂层,但载体带4仍然可设有例如塑料涂层或其它涂层。
有利的是,与载体2类似,载体带4是纺织载体带4,尽管原则上也可使用膜或非纺织材料来实现载体带4。但有利的是,载体带4构造为纺织载体带4。在此与载体2的情况一样,已经证明织物、尤其是聚酯织物作为载体带4是特别有利的。
实际上例如可这样操作:载体2和载体带4均由相同构造的聚酯织物制成。当然这仅被视为有利和示例性的。在任何情况下胶带2、3和载体带4被结合成已经提到的层压体2、3、4。这如下进行:胶带2、3的载体2和载体带4至少大部分重叠并且定义图1中示出的重叠区域。与分别覆盖载体2以及载体带4宽度的一半以上的该重叠区域相比,载体2和载体带4均可侧向突出并且具有各自的突出部,如图1中的虚线所示。但通常不设置这种突出部。在此情况下,胶带2、3的载体2和载体带4具有大致相同的宽度并且以其各自的纵向边缘上下叠置地在共同的纵向延伸中借助第一粘合剂涂层3彼此结合成层压体2、3、4。
在此这样设计,使得粘合剂条3在横截面中观察填满载体2和载体带4之间的整个空隙。由此,可能作用在载体2或载体带4上的机械负荷被层压体2、3、4整体吸收。此外,由此提高了以此方式实现的载体带材料的耐磨性,如发明内容中已经提到的。
参考图1所示的方法顺序可知,在制造层压体2、3、4之后,附加地将另一第二粘合剂涂层5施加到载体带4上,即施加到该载体带背离胶带2、3的自由表面上。第二粘合剂涂层5与第一粘合剂涂层3类似也构造为至少一个粘合剂条5。实际上可以看出,第二粘合剂涂层5包括分别在两个纵向边缘上施加到载体带的所述自由表面上的粘合剂条5。
第二粘合剂涂层5的两个粘合剂条5分别以相同的宽度施加到载体带4上。第一粘合剂涂层3的粘合剂条3也分别具有相同的宽度。此外,第一粘合剂涂层3的粘合剂条3分别相同或等距地彼此间隔开地施加到载体2上。
所有粘合剂条3、5在整体上具有宽度B1,该宽度在实施例中设计成相同的。因此,可为了制造相应粘合剂条3、5使用相同设计的喷嘴来施加热熔粘合剂。当然这仅被视为示例性的。
Claims (14)
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述护套是用于电缆线束的护套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一粘合剂涂层(3)的粘合剂条构造成具有相同的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述第一粘合剂涂层(3)的粘合剂条等距地彼此间隔开地施加在载体(2)上。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二粘合剂涂层(5)构造为至少一个粘合剂条。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二粘合剂涂层(5)由分别在两个纵向边缘上施加到载体带(4)上的粘合剂条组成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述第二粘合剂涂层(5)的两个粘合剂条分别以相同的宽度施加到载体带(4)上。
10.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述护套沿纵向方向借助第二粘合剂涂层(5)固定在细长物品(1)上并且随后包覆该细长物品。
12.根据权利要求11所述的护套,其特征在于,所述护套是纵向护套。
13.根据权利要求11所述的护套,其特征在于,所述护套是用于电缆线束的纵向护套。
14.护套,其特征在于,所述护套根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法制造。
