本发明公开了一种无需解体解决汽车烧机油的清洗剂,产品配方配比:基础油30~40%、石脑油5~8%、驱散剂10~20%、染色剂0.02~0.08%、乙烯15~35%、烷烃15~35%、芳烃15~35%、添加剂复合包5~10%,该清洗剂可以强效清洗整个润滑系统,尤其是能够清洗掉活塞环槽内的油泥、胶质,使油封及活塞环恢复弹性,解决汽车烧机油。该发明有效的解决了传统治理烧机油(人工解体发动机大修)存在的缺陷及安全隐患,拆解发动机造成维修成本大幅提升及资源浪费,如:维修配件从生产到包装及废品处理等;该清洗剂还可减缓燃烧室积碳的形成,降低尾气排放,从而减少对环境的污染,因此具有良好的开发利用前景。

免解体解决汽车烧机油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车发动机清洗剂,尤其可以免解体清洗掉活塞环槽内的油泥、胶质等,从而解决汽车烧机油,还可减缓燃烧室积碳的形成,同时达到节能减排。
背景技术
首先,目前现有解决汽车烧机油的办法通常是通过人工解体发动机大修,此种通过解体发动机大修的方式存在着缺陷及安全隐患,拆解发动机造成维修成本大幅提升及资源浪费,如:维修配件从生产到包装及废品处理等;其次,目前正常车辆机油的消耗量是每5000公里1-3升,烧机油的车辆机油消耗量会更多,每5000公里能达到3-5升,直接造成能源浪费,且烧机油的车辆会快速形成很多积碳,附着在进气阀、燃烧室内和火花塞上,这样会造成车辆动力下降、燃油量升高、尾气排放超标等,对环境也极易造成污染。而车辆烧机油的原因大多都是由于:1)、气门油封老化或被油泥、胶质包裹固化而失去弹性,起不到密封作用;2)、活塞或活塞环被油泥、胶质堵卡。使用添加剂或是补充机油都是治标不治本。
发明内容
为了解决传统的人工解体发动机治理烧机油维修成本高、浪费资源的问题,我们的工作人员通过大量的实验,以求获得无需解体发动机也可从根本上解决汽车烧机油的产品。本发明涉及一种汽车发动机清洗剂,是采用多种原料经过严格的数据配比而成,与市面上的添加剂和解体维修存在着显著差异,该清洗剂无需拆解发动机,通过配套设备对整个润滑系统进行清洗,清洗剂能强效清洗掉活塞环槽内的油泥、胶质,从而恢复油封及活塞环的弹性,达到解决汽车烧机油。通过大量实车测试数据,已表明该产品具有无需拆解发动机即可解决汽车烧机油、减缓燃烧室积碳形成的特性。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明采用多种原料经过严格数据配比、搅拌及静止这一生产流程。
1)、产品配方配比:基础油30~40%、石脑油5~8%、驱散剂10~20%、染色剂0.02~0.08%、乙烯15~35%、烷烃15~35%、芳烃15~35%、添加剂复合包5~10%。
2)、按比例加入搅拌容器内搅拌10~25分钟,静止后即可灌装。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是,该清洗剂无需解体发动机可清洗整个润滑系统,尤其是能够强效清洗掉活塞环槽内的油泥、胶质,使油封及活塞环恢复弹性,解决汽车烧机油,有效的解决了传统人工解体发动机治理烧机油维修成本高、浪费资源的问题。

1.免解体解决汽车烧机油的清洗剂配方、配比包含:基础油30~40%、石脑油5~8%、驱散剂10~20%、染色剂0.02~0.08%、乙烯15~35%、烷烃15~35%、芳烃15~35%和添加剂复合包5~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的解决汽车烧机油,其特征在于用清洗剂可以清洗掉活塞环槽内的油泥、胶质等,从而达到免解体解决汽车烧机油。
