(3) mixing the primary filter residue obtained in the step (2) with water according to the weight ratio of 1:1.2, carrying out secondary heating at the temperature of 92 ℃, carrying out reflux extraction for 3 hours, filtering after completion and discarding the filter residue to obtain secondary filtrate;
(4) mixing the primary filtrate obtained in the step (2) and the secondary filtrate obtained in the step (3) to obtain a mixed solution, and performing oil-water separation to obtain an oil phase liquid and a water phase liquid;
(5) and (4) centrifuging the oil phase liquid obtained in the step (4) for 15min under the condition of 10000r/min, and taking clear liquid to obtain rosemary essential oil.
(II) preparing an essential oil composition for the treatment of rhinitis comprising the steps of:
(i) pouring 210g of beeswax and 52g of candelilla wax into 630g of coconut oil, and steaming over a water barrier until the beeswax and the candelilla wax are completely melted to obtain a mixed solution a;
(ii) and (3) when the temperature of the mixed liquid a obtained in the step (i) is reduced to 45 ℃, adding 20g of rosemary essential oil, 20g of basil essential oil, 20g of eucalyptus essential oil, 20g of tea tree essential oil, 20g of mint essential oil, 5g of blumea balsamifera essential oil and 5g of melissa essential oil, and uniformly stirring at 70r/min to obtain the essential oil composition for treating rhinitis.
In order to demonstrate the effect of the essential oil composition for treating rhinitis of the present invention, the following typical cases were selected for illustration.
Case 1:
zhangqi, male, age 65; allergic rhinitis for 16 years; mr. Zhang has poor daily life habits, often stays up, drinks and smokes, and likes spicy food, so that rhinitis repeatedly attacks, sneezes, clear nasal discharge, and itchy, tired and migraine noses are felt occasionally every day. The essential oil composition for treating rhinitis is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 56-70 parts of coconut oil, 18-25 parts of beeswax, 4.5-6 parts of candelilla wax, 1.5-2.5 parts of rosemary essential oil, 1.5-2.5 parts of basil essential oil, 1.5-2.5 parts of eucalyptus essential oil, 1.5-2.5 parts of tea tree essential oil, 1.5-2.5 parts of mint essential oil, 0.4-0.6 part of blumea balsamifera essential oil and 0.4-0.6 part of balm essential oil.
2. The essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 63 parts of coconut oil, 21 parts of beeswax, 5.2 parts of candelilla wax, 2 parts of rosemary essential oil, 2 parts of basil essential oil, 2 parts of eucalyptus essential oil, 2 parts of tea tree essential oil, 2 parts of mint essential oil, 0.5 part of blumea essential oil and 0.5 part of balm essential oil.
3. An essential oil composition for the treatment of rhinitis according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the rosemary essential oil is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing herba Rosmarini officinalis with water, breaking cell wall, and pulping to obtain herba Rosmarini officinalis slurry;
(2) carrying out primary heating reflux extraction on the rosemary slurry obtained in the step (1), and filtering to obtain primary filter residue and primary filtrate after completion;
(3) mixing the primary filter residue obtained in the step (2) with water, performing secondary heating reflux extraction, filtering after the secondary heating reflux extraction is completed, and removing the filter residue to obtain secondary filtrate;
(4) mixing the primary filtrate obtained in the step (2) and the secondary filtrate obtained in the step (3) to obtain a mixed solution, and performing oil-water separation to obtain an oil phase liquid and a water phase liquid;
(5) and (4) carrying out centrifugal separation on the oil phase liquid obtained in the step (4), and taking clear liquid to obtain rosemary essential oil.
4. An essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), the weight ratio of rosemary to water is 1: 1-3.
5. An essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 3, wherein in the step (2), the temperature of the primary heating is 85-90 ℃, and the time of reflux extraction is 1-2 h.
6. An essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 3, wherein in the step (3), the weight ratio of the primary filter residue to the water is 1: 1-1.4.
7. An essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 3, wherein in the step (3), the temperature of the secondary heating is 90-94 ℃, and the time of reflux extraction is 2-4 h.
8. An essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 3, wherein in the step (5), the rotation speed of the centrifugal separation is 8000-12000 r/min, and the time of the centrifugal separation is 10-20 min.
9. A process for the preparation of an essential oil composition for the treatment of rhinitis as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
(i) pouring beeswax and candelilla wax into coconut oil, and steaming over water until the beeswax and the candelilla wax are completely melted to obtain a mixed solution a;
(ii) and (e) adding the rest raw materials into the mixed solution a obtained in the step (i) and uniformly stirring to obtain the essential oil composition for treating rhinitis.
10. The method for preparing an essential oil composition for treating rhinitis according to claim 9, wherein in the step (ii), when the temperature of the mixed solution a is reduced to 40-50 ℃, the rest raw materials are added and uniformly stirred at the speed of 60-80 r/min.
