Abstract
The invention relates to the field of milk powder manufacturing, in particular to novel milk powder and a manufacturing method thereof. The milk powder comprises the following substances, by weight, OPO, lactalbumin powder (containing milk fat globule membrane and cephalin group), raw milk, yak milk or full-fat yak milk powder, oligosaccharide, choline, DHA and lutein; also contains SN-2, wherein the content of SN-2 is more than 60 percent of the total weight of palmitic acid in the milk powder. The OPO structure fat used by the product is a new generation OPO, is close to the SN-2 level of breast milk, is beneficial to the digestive absorption of babies, and can improve energy intake, reduce constipation, enhance bone density, increase intestinal probiotics, reduce crying and improve night sleep. Can improve cognitive ability, learning ability and memory of infants. 2. The novel milk powder of claim 1, wherein the group of cephalins is one or more of sphingomyelin SM, phosphatidylserine PS, cephalin PE, phosphatidylinositol PI, and lecithin PC.
3. The novel milk powder of claim 1, further comprising oligosaccharides selected from the group consisting of fructooligosaccharides and galactooligosaccharides.
4. The novel milk powder of claim 1, wherein the OPO-structured fat is 1, 3-dioleoyl-2-palmitoyl triglyceride.
5. The novel milk powder of claim 1, further comprising 0.35-0.45 parts of vitamins, 0.6-2 parts of minerals, 0.4-0.8 parts of casein phosphopeptides, 0.028-0.07 parts of nucleotides, 0.5-1.7 parts of arachidonic acid (ARA); the nucleotide is added into the milk powder in a dry mixing mode.
6. The novel milk powder of claim 1, wherein said whey protein powder comprises milk fat globule membranes and brain phospholipids.
7. A method for producing a novel milk powder, characterized in that the formula of the milk powder according to any one of claims 1 to 5 comprises the following steps:
