6. The yak milk formula beneficial to cardiovascular health as claimed in claim 3, wherein the yak milk formula comprises the following steps:
(1) Accurately metering water for batching by a flowmeter, preheating pure water to 50-55 ℃ by a plate heat exchanger, and then adding the pure water into a batching tank;
(2) Enabling dry powders of the full-fat yak milk powder, the whey protein powder, the desalted whey powder and the inulin to flow into a mixer through a powder sieving machine for mixing, dissolving and circulating, and simultaneously pumping the dissolved vitamins, mineral substances, phytosterol ester, linseed oil and milk mineral salt into a pipeline of the mixer for on-line mixing and circulating;
(3) Finally, preheating the raw milk and the yak milk which are subjected to purification and sterilization treatment to 50-55 ℃ by a plate heat exchanger, sucking the raw milk and the yak milk into a vacuum mixer to form closed circulation with a mixing tank, and circulating for 5-10min to finish the batching;
(4) Homogenizing all the dissolved and mixed materials, and cooling and storing the homogenized materials by a cooling plate;
(5) After homogenizing, the material is pumped into an evaporator for sterilization and concentration by a pump, the sterilization temperature is 90-98 ℃, the concentration of the concentrated material is 40-55%, and the concentrated material is pumped into a drying tower by a high-pressure pump for spray drying and is secondarily dried into process powder by a static bed and a vibrating fluidized bed;
(6) And (3) finally, dry-mixing the DHA algae oil powder, the phosphatidylserine, the probiotics and the like, and adding the materials into the process powder obtained in the step (5) to form finished product powder.
