In the prior art, there are three main ways for a vehicle owner to obtain a Toll invoice from an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC): (1) vehicles pay through an MTC (Manual Toll Collection) lane, and a Toll invoice is issued on site; (2) issuing a toll invoice for collecting the toll when the ETC card is charged; (3) the ETC electronic tag is bound with a vehicle owner, and a toll invoice is issued to the vehicle owner according to the request of the vehicle owner (if the invoice is issued during recharging, the corresponding amount of money is subtracted).

step S101, the ETC platform receives a first invoicing request sent by the mobile terminal at a first time, wherein the first invoicing request comprises vehicle identification information and mobile terminal identification information.
The first time is preferably after the passenger gets on the taxi and before the passenger visits the taxi at a high speed, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In the prior art, for cruising taxis, ETC billing heads are generally fixed, for example, a car owner or an operating company, but in the embodiment of the present invention, ETC may allow a passenger to bill an ETC toll of a taxi-type vehicle, and in order to bill the passenger, in the embodiment of the present invention, a billing request sent by a passenger mobile terminal to an ETC platform includes vehicle identification information, such as license plate number information, but is not limited thereto.

After the mobile phone of the passenger scans the two-dimensional code, the information in the two-dimensional code can be automatically identified, a toll billing request carrying taxi identification information and mobile terminal identification information (such as a mobile phone number) is automatically generated and sent to the ETC platform, and the ETC platform can confirm that the passenger gets on the bus based on the first received billing request message containing the vehicle identification information and the mobile terminal identification information. The invoicing request can also automatically carry timestamp information, and the timestamp can be regarded as the boarding time of a passenger, namely the boarding time of the passenger can not be the real boarding time of the passenger, and as long as the boarding time is before high speed on a taxi, the invoicing of ETC toll is not influenced. In other embodiments, the ETC platform may also use the time of the first receipt of the billing request as the passenger boarding time.
In other embodiments, the two-dimensional code may be replaced by a bar code. The NFC label can also be arranged on the tour taxi, and the mobile device is connected with the NFC label to automatically acquire the vehicle identification information stored in the NFC label.
In some embodiments, the two-dimensional code or barcode may be displayed on a display at a predetermined location in the car, which may be connected to a car communication module (e.g., a bluetooth module) and a taximeter or a passenger indicator light to automatically update and display two-dimensional code information based on the taximeter or passenger indicator light, e.g., when the taximeter starts to meter or the passenger indicator light indicates a passenger, a new two-dimensional code starts to be displayed, when the meter ends to meter or the passenger indicator light indicates a passenger, the display ends when the taxi is empty, and the original two-dimensional code automatically fails. The two-dimensional code can also be automatically invalidated and updated on a fixed period basis. Through the dynamic updating mode, the bill making confusion caused by the fact that the two-dimensional code or the bar code is kept by photographing can be prevented. For the way of sensing the information acquired by the NFC tag, since the NFC tag needs to sense within a certain distance, no further dynamic information needs to be set.

In order to realize the purpose of issuing the invoice of the ETC toll on the expressway to the passenger, the method needs to acquire invoice head-up information, in the embodiment of the invention, when the ETC platform receives a first invoice issuing request from a passenger mobile phone, firstly, the ETC platform recognizes that the vehicle is a taxi according to vehicle identification information contained in the ETC platform, so as to allow the passenger outside a vehicle owner or an operation company to issue an invoice, then, a invoice information input prompt is returned to the mobile phone to prompt the passenger to input invoice information such as invoice head-up in an input area on a mobile phone display interface, and further receive the invoice information returned by the passenger through the mobile phone. In another embodiment of the invention, the database of the ETC platform may store the invoicing information sent by the passenger mobile terminal, and if the ETC platform issues an invoice based on the invoicing request sent by the passenger mobile terminal, the input prompt of the invoicing information returned to the mobile phone may display the once invoicing information for the passenger to select. In other embodiments of the invention, the invoicing information may further include the recipient address information of the passenger, such as email information, so that the ETC platform can send the email of the ETC toll to the email.
If the ETC platform identifies that the vehicle is a non-taxi according to the vehicle identification information contained in the first invoicing request, the ETC platform can send corresponding prompt information to the mobile phone of the passenger.
And step S103, the ETC platform receives second billing request information sent by the passenger mobile terminal at a second time, wherein the second billing request information comprises vehicle identification information and mobile terminal identification information of the touring taxi.
The second time is preferably a time before the passenger gets off the taxi after the cruise taxi has driven out of the high speed, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the passenger automatically generates the second billing request information by scanning the billing two-dimensional code in the vehicle again before getting off the vehicle and after the vehicle drives out the highway section, and the second billing request information contains the vehicle identification information and the mobile terminal identification information of the cruising taxi as the first billing request information. The difference is that the transmission times are different.
And step S104, the ETC platform determines the ETC toll limit based on the sent time of the first invoicing request and the second invoicing request or the received time of the first invoicing request or the second invoicing request.
In order to invoice the passengers for the highway ETC toll, the information of the highway ETC toll amount generated when the passengers take a tour taxi needs to be known in addition to the information of the head-up of the invoice. The ETC platform may determine a highway section that a taxi passes during getting on and off of the taxi based on a passenger getting on and off a car, so that ETC communication fees may be determined based on a predetermined toll standard.
Step S105, the ETC platform obtains an ETC toll electronic invoice based on the ETC toll limit so as to provide the toll electronic invoice to the passenger.
In an embodiment of the invention, if the ETC platform is connected with the tax system and has a billing function, the ETC electronic invoice can be automatically generated based on the ETC toll information and billing head-up information input by the user terminal, and the issued electronic invoice is sent to a contact address (such as an electronic mailbox) of the user, so that the passenger can quickly obtain the ETC toll invoice, which is convenient and quick.

Because the invoice issuing module needs to be connected with the tax system for issuing an invoice, whether the invoice can be successfully issued depends on the network connection state or the working state of the tax system to a certain extent, the situation of unsuccessful invoice issuing can occur, and the corresponding invoice issuing process is stopped or terminated. The billing request identification information is the same as the billing request identification information described above, so that the passenger can make a request for billing from the ETC platform at any time and any place in the future based on the billing request identification information, and further description is omitted here.
And after the invoicing process is completed, changing the non-invoicing record in the ETC platform into the invoiced record.
In addition, in the case of smooth network communication, the failure of invoicing may be caused by wrong head-up information of invoices provided by passengers (such as incorrect organizational code bit number) or non-compliance, and in this case, the ETC platform may return an input error prompt to the user and simultaneously provide a new input interface on the passenger's mobile terminal, which may include an invoicing information input interface for the passengers to re-input. Preferably, the new input interface provides an option of making out a bill later while providing the input interface of the making out a bill information, and after the user selects the option of making out a bill later, the ETC platform can send identification information of making out a bill request to the user through a short message or an email and store corresponding non-making bill records at the background, so that a subsequent passenger can log in the ETC platform to complete filling of the making out a bill information, thereby making out a bill for the user.
The billing request identification information is the same as the billing request identification information described above, so that the passenger can make a request for billing from the ETC platform at any time and any place in the future based on the billing request identification information, and further description is omitted here.
Based on the method, the embodiment of the invention can realize smooth invoicing of the toll for the passenger under the condition that the touring taxi uses the ETC lane, greatly facilitates the user experience and relieves the traffic jam.
Accordingly, the present invention also provides an electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to implement the steps of the method as described above. The electronic device may be an ETC server.
In another aspect, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the steps of the method as described above.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative components, systems, and methods described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as hardware, software, or combinations of both. Whether this is done in hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention. When implemented in hardware, it may be, for example, an electronic circuit, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), suitable firmware, plug-in, function card, or the like. When implemented in software, the elements of the invention are the programs or code segments used to perform the required tasks. The program or code segments may be stored in a machine-readable medium or transmitted by a data signal carried in a carrier wave over a transmission medium or a communication link. A "machine-readable medium" may include any medium that can store or transfer information. Examples of a machine-readable medium include electronic circuits, semiconductor memory devices, ROM, flash memory, Erasable ROM (EROM), floppy disks, CD-ROMs, optical disks, hard disks, fiber optic media, Radio Frequency (RF) links, and so forth. The code segments may be downloaded via computer networks such as the internet, intranet, etc.
It should also be noted that the exemplary embodiments mentioned in this patent describe some methods or systems based on a series of steps or devices. However, the present invention is not limited to the order of the above-described steps, that is, the steps may be performed in the order mentioned in the embodiments, may be performed in an order different from the order in the embodiments, or may be performed simultaneously.

Claims (10)

receiving first billing request information sent by a mobile terminal at a first time, wherein the first billing request information carries vehicle identification information of a tour taxi and mobile terminal identification information;
under the condition that the type of the vehicle is identified to be a tour taxi according to the vehicle identification information, returning a billing information input interface to the mobile terminal, and receiving billing information under the condition that the billing information is input by the mobile terminal, wherein the billing information comprises invoice head-up information;
receiving second billing request information sent by the mobile terminal at a second time, wherein the second billing request information comprises vehicle identification information of the touring taxi and mobile terminal identification information;
determining an ETC toll line based on the sent time of the first billing request and the second billing request or the received time of the first billing request or the second billing request; and
and acquiring the ETC toll electronic invoice based on the ETC toll limit to provide the toll electronic invoice for the passenger.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first and second billing requests are generated based on scanning a two-dimensional code or barcode label disposed within the cruise taxi cab.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the two-dimensional code and the bar code are displayed on a vehicle-mounted display, the vehicle-mounted display being connected to a meter or a vehicle-mounted indicator light to update the display based on the status of the meter or the vehicle-mounted indicator light.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the billing information further comprises passenger mailbox address information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the billing information input interface comprises: an invoice information input interface and an option for prompting later invoicing.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and returning input error prompt information and a new input interface to the mobile terminal under the condition that the billing information input by the mobile terminal is confirmed to be incorrect, wherein the new input interface comprises a billing information input interface and/or an option for prompting later billing.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and under the condition that the ETC toll electronic invoice is obtained wrongly, returning invoice failure information and a new input interface to the mobile terminal, wherein the new input interface comprises an invoice information input interface and/or an option for prompting later invoice drawing.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein in case an option for prompting a subsequent invoicing is selected, the ETC platform returns an invoicing request identification information to the mobile terminal and stores a corresponding non-invoicing record;
the billing request identification information is a two-dimensional code or a billing identification code, and the two-dimensional code carries the billing identification code and a billing link, or carries vehicle identification information of a tour taxi, mobile terminal identification information, ETC communication fee information and the billing link;
the invoicing identification code, the vehicle identification information of the touring taxi, the mobile terminal identification information and the ETC communication fee information are recorded in the non-invoicing record.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 1 to 8 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
