Description

Highway toll invoice issuing method, system and device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of highway electronic toll collection, in particular to a highway toll invoice issuing method, system and device.
Background
With the cancellation of the development of highway provincial Toll gate projects, highway ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) has been widely popularized. At present, there are three main ways for car owners to obtain highway ETC toll invoices: firstly, vehicles pay fees through an MTC (Manual Toll Collection) lane, and pass invoices are made on site; secondly, issuing a toll invoice for collection when the ETC card is charged; thirdly, binding an On Board Unit (OBU) with the vehicle owner and issuing a toll invoice to the vehicle owner according to the request of the vehicle owner.
After the operation is changed, the highway toll invoice can be used for deduction of customers, but the existing ETC invoice is all issued to ETC payers, and for taxies, the highway toll invoice cannot be directly issued to the passengers. When taxies pass through the expressway, invoices can be obtained only through the MTC lane. The ETC taxi can not use the ETC lane to pass due to the fact that the ETC vehicle can not be driven to pass through the toll lane on site to provide highway toll invoices for passengers and the like, and therefore the ETC installation proportion of the touring taxi is not high. In order to promote operation vehicles such as taxis and the like to install the OBU, the congestion is relieved, the ETC application is popularized, value-added tax invoices are conveniently and quickly made to passengers in time in an ETC charging mode, and the method becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
