The vehicle payment device provided by the invention can be hardware equipment or software installed on the hardware equipment. The hardware device may be a vehicle key, for example. In the present embodiment, an example in which the execution subject is a vehicle key will be described. The type of the payment request may include: ETC payment requests, near field payment requests, two-dimensional code payment requests, and remote payment requests.
In this embodiment, when the vehicle travels to the toll road section and the distance from the toll collection host is smaller than the preset distance threshold, the toll collection host is located within the communication range of the vehicle key, the vehicle key can perform information interaction with the toll collection host, and the vehicle key can receive the payment request of the toll collection host. It should be noted that, assuming that the toll road section is located on the expressway, the toll road section at this time is a toll road section when the vehicle is at a high speed. And the charging host computer of the charging road section when the vehicle enters the high speed only records the information of the time, the position and the like when the vehicle enters the highway. When the vehicle goes out of the high speed, the charging host machine and the vehicle key perform information interaction, the vehicle can be inquired and determined to prepare for going out of the high speed according to license plate information and the like of the vehicle, and the amount to be paid can be determined according to the time and the position when the vehicle goes into the high speed, the current time and the position of the vehicle, so that a payment request is sent to the vehicle key.
In this embodiment, when the type of the payment request is an Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) (electronic toll collection) payment request, because the ETC communication mode has a certain communication distance, when the vehicle travels to a toll road section, the vehicle key can be automatically connected with the toll collection host to perform information interaction. When the type of the payment request is a near Field payment request, because the communication distance of a near Field communication mode, such as a near Field communication (nfc) communication mode, is short, the vehicle key needs to be close to the payment terminal to realize information interaction with the payment terminal to obtain the payment request. When the payment request is a two-dimensional code payment request and a remote payment request, the payment information is represented in the form of a two-dimensional code, the charging host needs to determine the payment information, a corresponding two-dimensional code is generated according to the payment information, and then the two-dimensional code is displayed on a display screen at a fixed position, so that the vehicle key can acquire and decode the two-dimensional code through a camera of the vehicle or the vehicle, obtain a payment link, and pay.
In this embodiment, when the type of the payment request is an ETC payment request, the payment request may further include: the amount of the payment. Correspondingly, the judging module 42 is further configured to judge whether the vehicle key is located in the corresponding vehicle;
the obtaining module 41 is specifically configured to, if the vehicle key is located in the corresponding vehicle, generate information to be paid according to the payment amount.
The manner of determining whether the vehicle key is located in the corresponding vehicle by the determining module 42 may specifically be to scan an electronic tag of the vehicle to obtain vehicle information; judging whether the vehicle information is consistent with the pre-stored vehicle information; if the vehicle information is consistent with the pre-stored vehicle information, determining that the vehicle key is located in the corresponding vehicle; and if the vehicle information is inconsistent with the pre-stored vehicle information, determining that the vehicle key is not located in the corresponding vehicle.
In this embodiment, when the type of the payment request is a two-dimensional code payment request, in a first implementation scenario, the obtaining module 41 is specifically configured to collect a two-dimensional code related to payment information; the payment information includes: a payment amount; carrying out keyword identification on the two-dimensional code, inquiring a database according to the identified keywords, and acquiring a payment platform corresponding to the two-dimensional code; the database stores the corresponding relation between the keywords and the payment platform; and calling a payment platform to decode the two-dimensional code, generating a payment link, and acquiring information to be paid in the payment link.
In a second implementation scenario, the process of acquiring the information to be paid by the acquiring module 41 may specifically be to acquire a two-dimensional code related to the payment information; the payment information includes: a payment amount; sending the two-dimensional code to each payment platform, and acquiring a decoding result returned by each payment platform; judging whether the decoding is successful or not according to the decoding result; and if the decoding is successful, generating a payment link according to a corresponding decoding result, and acquiring the information to be paid in the payment link.
In a third implementation scenario, the process of acquiring the information to be paid by the acquiring module 41 may specifically be to acquire a two-dimensional code related to the payment information; the payment information includes: a payment amount; and sending the two-dimension code to a third party platform, acquiring a payment platform corresponding to the two-dimension code by the third party platform, interacting with the payment platform corresponding to the two-dimension code, acquiring a payment link corresponding to the two-dimension code, and providing information to be paid in the payment link for a vehicle key.
In this embodiment, when the type of the payment request is a near field payment request, the payment request may further include: the amount of the payment. Correspondingly, the process of acquiring the information to be paid by the acquiring module 41 may specifically be to attach the vehicle key to the payment terminal of the charging host, so as to realize information interaction with the payment terminal, and acquire the information to be paid.
In this embodiment, when the type of the payment request is a remote payment request, the process of the obtaining module 41 for obtaining the information to be paid may specifically be to invoke a vehicle camera and collect a two-dimensional code related to the payment information; the payment information includes: a payment amount; and calling a payment platform corresponding to the two-dimensional code, decoding the two-dimensional code, and generating a payment link. The manner of acquiring the payment platform corresponding to the two-dimensional code may refer to the manner of acquiring the payment platform when the two-dimensional code is requested for payment, and will not be described in detail here.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, the way of displaying the information to be paid by the vehicle key may be that the information to be paid is displayed on a display screen of the vehicle key, and/or the information to be paid is sent to a vehicle meter for displaying, so that the user can confirm when the information to be paid is correct; if the information to be paid is wrong, the user can cancel the confirmation and cancel the payment operation, so as to select other payment modes, such as manual payment and the like.
In this embodiment, after the user confirms the information to be paid through the key of the vehicle instrument or the key of the vehicle key, the vehicle key may acquire the confirmation information and perform the payment operation. In order to improve the security of payment and avoid abnormal fee deduction, the payment module 43 may specifically display an authorization verification interface and call a biosensor to acquire biological information of a user during the payment operation; the biological information includes any one or more of the following information: fingerprint information, iris information and face characteristic information; judging whether the biological information is consistent with the pre-stored biological information; if the biological information is consistent with the pre-stored biological information, the verification is passed, and payment operation is carried out; and if the biological information is inconsistent with the pre-stored biological information, the verification is not passed, and the payment operation is not carried out.
According to the vehicle payment device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the payment request is obtained; the payment request includes: the type of payment request; judging whether the payment function corresponding to the type is started or not; if the payment function corresponding to the type is started, acquiring information to be paid, and displaying the information to be paid so as to be convenient for a user to confirm; when the confirmation information of the user is received, payment operation is carried out, so that the payment type is expanded, the application range is wide, and the user confirms the payment before payment, so that the accuracy and efficiency of vehicle payment can be improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of another vehicle payment device provided in the embodiment of the invention. The vehicle payment apparatus includes:
memory 1001, processor 1002, and computer programs stored on memory 1001 and executable on processor 1002.
The processor 1002, when executing the program, implements the vehicle payment method provided in the above-described embodiment.
Further, the vehicle payment apparatus further includes:
a communication interface 1003 for communicating between the memory 1001 and the processor 1002.
A memory 1001 for storing computer programs that may be run on the processor 1002.
Memory 1001 may include high-speed RAM memory and may also include non-volatile memory (e.g., at least one disk memory).
The processor 1002 is configured to implement the vehicle payment method according to the above embodiment when executing the program.
If the memory 1001, the processor 1002, and the communication interface 1003 are implemented independently, the communication interface 1003, the memory 1001, and the processor 1002 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 5, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
Optionally, in a specific implementation, if the memory 1001, the processor 1002, and the communication interface 1003 are integrated on one chip, the memory 1001, the processor 1002, and the communication interface 1003 may complete communication with each other through an internal interface.
The processor 1002 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention.
The present embodiment also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements a vehicle payment method as described above.
The present embodiments also provide a computer program product, which when executed by an instruction processor in the computer program product, implements the vehicle payment method as described above.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A vehicle payment method is applied to a vehicle key and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a payment request; the payment request comprises: the type of payment request;
judging whether the payment function corresponding to the type is started or not;
if the payment function corresponding to the type is started, acquiring information to be paid, and displaying the information to be paid so as to facilitate the confirmation of a user;
and when the confirmation information of the user is received, carrying out payment operation.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the type comprises: ETC payment requests, near field payment requests, two-dimensional code payment requests, and remote payment requests.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the type of the payment request is an ETC payment request; the payment request further comprises: a payment amount;
correspondingly, before the information to be paid is acquired, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the vehicle key is positioned in the corresponding vehicle;
the acquiring information to be paid includes:
and if the vehicle key is positioned in the corresponding vehicle, generating the information to be paid according to the payment amount.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining whether a vehicle key is located within a corresponding vehicle is performed by,
scanning an electronic tag of a vehicle to acquire vehicle information;
judging whether the vehicle information is consistent with pre-stored vehicle information or not;
if the vehicle information is consistent with the pre-stored vehicle information, determining that the vehicle key is located in the corresponding vehicle;
and if the vehicle information is inconsistent with the pre-stored vehicle information, determining that the vehicle key is not located in the corresponding vehicle.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the payment request is of a two-dimensional code payment request type;
correspondingly, the acquiring information to be paid includes:
collecting two-dimensional codes related to payment information; the payment information includes: a payment amount;
carrying out keyword identification on the two-dimension code, inquiring a database according to the identified keywords, and acquiring a payment platform corresponding to the two-dimension code; the database stores the corresponding relation between the keywords and the payment platform; calling the payment platform to decode the two-dimensional code to generate a payment link;
or,
sending the two-dimensional code to each payment platform, and acquiring a decoding result returned by each payment platform; judging whether the decoding is successful or not according to the decoding result; and if the decoding is successful, generating a payment link according to a corresponding decoding result.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the type of the payment request is a remote payment request;
correspondingly, the acquiring information to be paid includes:
calling a vehicle camera, and collecting a two-dimensional code related to payment information; the payment information includes: a payment amount;
and calling a payment platform corresponding to the two-dimension code, decoding the two-dimension code, and generating a payment link.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing the payment operation comprises:
displaying an authorization verification interface, and calling a biological sensor to acquire biological information of a user;
judging whether the biological information is consistent with the pre-stored biological information;
if the biological information is consistent with the pre-stored biological information, the verification is passed, and payment operation is carried out;
and if the biological information is inconsistent with the pre-stored biological information, the verification is not passed, and the payment operation is not carried out.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the biological information comprises any one or more of: fingerprint information, iris information, and face feature information.
9. A vehicle payment device is applied to a vehicle key and is characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the payment request; the payment request comprises: the type of payment request;
the judging module is used for judging whether the payment function corresponding to the type is started or not;
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring information to be paid and displaying the information to be paid when the payment function corresponding to the type is started so that a user can confirm the information to be paid;
and the payment module is used for carrying out payment operation when the confirmation information of the user is received.
10. A vehicle key, characterized by comprising:
the key comprises a key body and an on-board unit arranged on the key body;
the on-board unit includes: a controller for performing the vehicle payment method of any one of claims 1-6.
11. The vehicle key according to claim 10, wherein the on-board unit further comprises: a communication unit connected with the controller;
the communication unit comprises any one or more of the following antennas: ETC antenna, LTE antenna, WIFI antenna, BT antenna, RFID antenna, GNSS antenna, wireless antenna that charges.
12. The vehicle key according to claim 10, further comprising: the display screen is connected with the controller and used for displaying information to be displayed so as to be convenient for a user to confirm;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the controller is connected with the vehicle instrument and used for controlling the vehicle instrument to display information to be displayed so as to be convenient for a user to confirm.
13. The vehicle key according to claim 10 or 12, characterized by further comprising: the biological information acquisition equipment is connected with the controller and is used for acquiring the biological information of the user so as to carry out verification;
the biological information acquisition device comprises any one or more of the following devices: fingerprint identification sensor, iris identification sensor, face identification sensor.
