s2, respectively adding an equal amount of adhesive and water into coarse and fine aggregate particles in the S1, uniformly mixing, wherein the aggregate particles in the mixture account for 80-90% of the mass fraction of the mixture, the adhesive is formed by hot melting polyethylene waste plastics after impurity separation, adding water glass and an auxiliary agent into the polyethylene waste plastics, grinding the cooled and formed solid adhesive into particles, respectively preparing brick raw materials after mixing the coarse and fine aggregate particles with the adhesive, increasing the utilization rate of the permeable brick on recyclable garbage by hot melting the polyethylene waste plastics, adding a gelling agent into the aggregate to facilitate the rapid forming of the brick in the pressing process, and maintaining the uniform distribution density of the aggregate;
s3, adding the fine-particle brick raw material in S2 into a mold 6 of a vibration forming machine, adding the coarse-particle brick raw material into the mold to fill up a cavity of the mold 6, wherein the layer thickness ratio of the fine-particle brick raw material to the coarse-particle brick raw material is 1:3-1:5, pressing a pressing plate 7 of the vibration forming machine on the mold 6, starting vibration, controlling the vibration frequency within the range of 3000-6000Hz, gradually increasing the pressure of the pressing plate 7 in the vibration process, adjusting the vibration frequency to 70-110Hz after the pressure of the pressing plate 7 on the brick raw material in the mold 6 reaches 2-2.4MPa, vibrating for 1-2min under static pressure to obtain a brick blank, controlling the processing rhythm of vibration forming, wherein high-frequency vibration is used for fully mixing coarse and fine aggregates in the brick raw material, and then adjusting the low-frequency vibration to layer the fine aggregates on the upper and lower surfaces of the brick, a surface layer 2 of the brick body is formed, an intersection area of coarse and fine aggregate particles is a permeable layer 1 of the brick body, and a water storage layer 3 of the brick body is formed by utilizing larger gaps among the coarse aggregate particles in the middle of the brick body;
s4, adding the required pigment to the blank of the brick in the S3, blending to the color of the water permeable brick, putting the water permeable brick into a calcining furnace, keeping the furnace temperature at 300 ℃ to dry the water in the brick, then raising the furnace temperature to 900-1200 ℃ according to the proportion of each raw material component in the selected aggregate, calcining, preserving the temperature for 20-30h, and naturally cooling to the normal temperature to obtain the finished product of the ecological water permeable brick.
When the brick body forming machine works, the brick body raw materials which are completely mixed are filled into the die 6, the controller is started, the hydraulic cylinder 11 drives the pressing plate 7 to compact the brick body raw materials in the die 6, the vibration motor 61 is started, the acting force applied to the pressing plate 7 by the hydraulic cylinder 11 is gradually increased, and the brick body raw materials in the die 6 are gradually formed into brick bodies under the combined action of vibration and extrusion; under the precise control of a controller, by changing the pressure and vibration frequency applied by the pressing plate 7 and the vibration table 5 in the vibration forming process through the vibration motor 61 and the hydraulic cylinder 11 arranged on the machine body 4, the low-frequency vibration is increased after the aggregates in the brick raw materials are uniformly mixed by vibration, so that the coarse and fine particles in the brick raw materials are distributed in a layered manner, wherein the fine particle aggregates are positioned on the surface of the brick body, the coarse particle aggregates are positioned in the middle of the brick body, and the contact area of the coarse and fine particles of the aggregates is the permeable layer 1; the upright rods 81 are arranged in the damping springs 8, so that the cylindrical surfaces of the upright rods 81 are in sliding contact with the springs, the vibration of the springs in the horizontal direction is reduced, the vibration effect of the vibration table 5 in the horizontal direction is weakened, the relative distance between the tops of the upright rods 81 and the bottom of the vibration table 5 can be adjusted through the threads 811 arranged on the upright rods 81, the vibration pair degree of the vibration table 5 is controlled, the superposition interference of the vibration table 5 and the pressurizing process of the pressing plate 7 is avoided, instantaneous excessive pressure of the pressing plate 7 on brick raw materials in the mold 6 is avoided, and the layering effect of the brick structure in the vibration molding of the ecological water-permeable pavement brick is improved; the buffer pads 83 arranged above the upright rods 81 weaken the collision force on the upright rods 81 when the vibration of the vibration table 5 collides with the upright rods 81 through the arranged buffer pads 83, and further prolong the service life of the upright rods 81; the groove 62 is formed in the bottom surface of the mold 6, the vertical plate 63 is mounted on the groove 62, the mold 6 is divided into a single brick body area, and the elastic sheet 631 is arranged between the bottom of the vertical plate 63 and the bottom of the groove 62; the grained plate 72 arranged under the pressing plate 7 directly acts on the surface of the brick body through the pressing of the grained plate 72 on the required brick body pattern, so that the process of preparing the brick body pattern is saved, the magnetic block arranged on the pressing plate 7 is matched with the magnetic notch 721 on the grained plate 72, the grained plate 72 is convenient to install quickly, and different patterns can be switched quickly in the process of pressing the brick body easily.

s2, respectively adding an equal amount of adhesive and water into coarse and fine aggregate particles in the S1, uniformly mixing, wherein the aggregate in the mixture accounts for 80-90% of the mass fraction of the mixture, the adhesive is formed by hot melting polyethylene waste plastics after impurity separation, adding water glass and an auxiliary agent, grinding the cooled and formed solid adhesive into particles, and respectively preparing a brick raw material after mixing the coarse and fine aggregate particles with the adhesive;
s3, adding the fine-particle brick raw material in the S2 into a mold (6) of a vibration forming machine, adding the coarse-particle brick raw material into the mold to fill a cavity of the mold (6), wherein the layer thickness ratio of the fine-particle brick raw material to the coarse-particle brick raw material is 1:3-1:5, pressing a pressing plate (7) of the vibration forming machine on the mold (6), starting vibration, controlling the vibration frequency within the range of 3000-6000Hz, gradually increasing the pressure of the pressing plate (7) in the vibration process, adjusting the vibration frequency to 70-110Hz after the pressure of the pressing plate (7) on the brick raw material in the mold (6) reaches 2-2.4MPa, and vibrating at low frequency for 1-2min under static pressure to obtain a brick blank;
s4, adding the required pigment to the blank of the brick in the S3, blending to the color of the water permeable brick, putting the water permeable brick into a calcining furnace, keeping the furnace temperature at 300 ℃ to dry the water in the brick, then raising the furnace temperature to 900-1200 ℃ according to the proportion of each raw material component in the selected aggregate, calcining, preserving the temperature for 20-30h, and naturally cooling to the normal temperature to obtain the finished product of the ecological water permeable brick.
