The fabric baffle 21 is provided with the transverse adjusting oil cylinder 212, the transverse adjusting oil cylinder 212 can push the position of the fabric baffle 21 in the die cavity 201, the proportion between a large cavity and a small cavity separated by the fabric baffle 21 in the die cavity 201 is further adjusted, the thickness of the fabric on the middle side of the double-layer stone-like brick can be adjusted, and the double-layer stone-like brick is suitable for producing various double-layer stone-like bricks and has better practicability.
The surface layer forming machine 2 is also provided with a fabric pressing head 22 arranged on the frame 10 and a fabric pressing head oil cylinder 221 for driving the fabric pressing head 22 to enter the die cavity 201 to press the fabric, the fabric pressing head 22 is provided with a fabric pressing head vacuum suction hole and a fabric pressing head vacuum suction pipe, when the fabric pressing head 22 presses the fabric, the fabric pressing head 22 can suck away excessive moisture in the fabric, the fabric forming is quicker, and the production efficiency is improved.
The stone-like forming machine 1 is provided with a mould pressing head 11, wherein the mould pressing head 11 is provided with a vacuum pumping mechanism, and when the mould pressing head 11 presses a base material and a fabric, the vacuum pumping mechanism can pump redundant water in the base material and the fabric; the stone-like brick can be quickly molded, and the production efficiency is improved; the stone-like forming machine 1 is also provided with a vibration mechanism for vibrating the base material and the fabric in the cavity of the die to make the stone-like brick more compact and firmer.
Sliding mechanisms are arranged among the stone-like brick forming machine 1, the surface layer forming machine 2, the base material distributing machine 3, the surface material distributing machine 4 and the stacking machine 5 at moving positions, and are provided with sliding rails, sliding wheels and sliding motors, so that a die can conveniently walk among the devices to complete the manufacture of double-layer stone-like bricks.
Referring to fig. 18, the present invention also discloses a method for manufacturing a double-layered stone-like brick, which comprises the following steps:
s1, firstly, blanking the fabric required by the top surface of the stone-like brick into the die cavity 201, and lowering the fabric pressing head 22 to pre-press the fabric, wherein the fabric is flatly laid at the bottom of the die cavity 201 to form a top fabric layer;
s2, lowering the fabric baffle 21 to be inserted into the die cavity 201, and separating the die cavity 201 into two cavities by the fabric baffle 21;
s3, blanking the fabric required by the side of the stone-like brick into one of the cavities to form a side fabric layer;
s4, blanking the base material into another cavity to form a base material layer;
s5, the fabric baffle 21 is pulled out, the mold 20 is moved into the stone-like brick molding machine 1, the mold press head 11 is used for carrying out main pressing on the base material and the fabric in the mold cavity 201, and the stone-like brick is compacted and molded;
and S6, demolding the stone-like bricks and transferring the stone-like bricks to a stacking rack by using a stacking machine 5.
When the double-layer stone-like brick is manufactured, the mold 20 is moved to the position of the surface layer forming machine 2, the fabric material distributing vehicle 43 moves the fabric material required by the top surface of the stone-like brick to the upper part of the mold cavity 201 and discharges the fabric material to the mold cavity 201, the fabric material pressure head 22 is lowered to pre-press the fabric material, and the fabric material is flatly laid at the bottom of the mold cavity 201 to form a top surface fabric material layer; then, the fabric baffle 21 is lowered and inserted into the die cavity 201, and the die cavity 201 is divided into two cavities by the fabric baffle 21; the shell fabric distributing vehicle 43 moves shell fabric needed by the side face of the stone-like brick to the upper part of the die cavity 201 and discharges the shell fabric into one of the cavities to form a side face shell fabric layer; the base material distributing vehicle 33 moves the base material to the upper part of the die cavity 201 and discharges the base material into the other cavity to form a base material layer; then, the fabric baffle 21 is pulled out, the mold 20 is moved into the stone-like brick molding machine 1, the mold press head 11 is used for carrying out main pressing on the base material and the fabric in the mold cavity 201, and the stone-like brick is compacted and molded; finally, demolding the stone-like brick and transferring the stone-like brick to a stacking rack by using a stacking machine; according to the invention, the top face fabric of the stone-like brick is distributed firstly, then the fabric baffle 21 is inserted into the die cavity 201, then the base material distribution and the side face fabric distribution of the stone-like brick are carried out, the fabric baffle 21 can block the impact on the side face fabric layer when the base material distribution is carried out, the side face fabric layer can be protected, and the production quality of the stone-like brick is improved; and the top surface fabric and the side surface fabric of the stone-like brick are distributed separately, so that the adjustability of the distribution amount is larger, and the stone-like brick can be used for producing different double-layer stone-like bricks.
Step S3 and step S4 of the present invention are performed simultaneously; or the step S4 is performed first, and the step S3 is performed later; in the blanking process of the base material and the side face fabric of the stone-like brick, the blanking of the base material and the side face fabric is not limited by the fabric baffle 21, so the blanking sequence of the base material and the side face fabric is not limited.
The invention arranges a first fabric quantitative cup 44 and a second fabric quantitative cup 45 on a fabric distributing machine 4, in step S1, the first fabric quantitative cup 44 is opened, the fabric is discharged into a fabric cavity 431 of a fabric distributing vehicle 43, and the fabric is distributed; in step S3, the second fabric measuring cup 45 is opened, and the fabric is discharged into the fabric cavity 431 of the fabric distributing vehicle 43 and distributed; the fabric material distributing machine 4 discharges materials to the first fabric measuring cup 44 and the second fabric measuring cup 45 once, and the fabric material distributing vehicle 43 divides the materials twice to distribute the fabric materials in the first fabric measuring cup 44 and the second fabric measuring cup 45; when the fabric amount in the first fabric measuring cup 44 and the second fabric measuring cup 45 is the same, fabric can be distributed twice in the same amount; when the fabric amount in the first fabric quantifying cup 44 and the second fabric quantifying cup 45 is different, fabric distribution with different amounts can be carried out twice; therefore, the fabric distributing machine can be used for distributing fabrics with different quantities, and can produce different double-layer stone-like bricks by adjusting the fabrics with different quantities under the condition of replacing different molds, so that the practicability is better; avoid using two cloth machines to separately the cloth to the required surface fabric of imitative stone brick top surface and imitative stone brick side, reduce the cloth machine setting, can make overall structure more succinct and reduction in production cost.
The die pressing head 11 is provided with the vacuum water pumping mechanism, and when the die pressing head presses the base material and the fabric, the vacuum water pumping mechanism can pump redundant water in the base material and the fabric; can make the stone-like brick quickly formed and improve the production efficiency.
The fabric baffle 21 is provided with the transverse adjusting oil cylinder 212, the transverse adjusting oil cylinder 212 can push the position of the fabric baffle 21 in the die cavity 201, the proportion between a large cavity and a small cavity separated by the fabric baffle 21 in the die cavity 201 is further adjusted, the thickness of the fabric on the middle side of the double-layer stone-like brick can be adjusted, and the double-layer stone-like brick is suitable for producing various double-layer stone-like bricks and has better practicability.
