Abstract
本发明公开了一种甲苯、氯气防护服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)、氟橡胶混炼;(2)、胶布涂覆氟橡胶;(3)、氯化丁基橡胶混炼;(4)、胶布涂覆氟橡胶;(5)、胶布硫化:采用电加热或硫化罐设备进行硫化,硫化的工艺参数设定为:时间1.5~2h,温度100~150℃,压力1~4MPa;(6)胶布洗布、烘干:采用洗布机将硫化后的胶布进行清洗,清洗后通过烘干机将胶布烘干,防护服材料制作完成。利用多层涂覆工艺,将氟橡胶混炼胶、氯化丁基橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混炼胶、锦丝绸等多种材料很好地复合到一起,并进行共硫化,将不同橡胶材料的功能集中到一起,使防护服材料具备多种材料的功能,实现对甲苯、氯气等化学试剂的防护。

技术领域
本发明涉及防护服材料的制备领域,具体为一种甲苯、氯气防护服材料的制备方法。
背景技术
早期的化学防护服多采用天然橡胶作为主要功能材料,防护性能相对有限,随着生物科技及基因工程技术的发展,天然橡胶制作的防护服已经无法避免新兴材料,例如甲苯、氯气等有毒有害化学试剂的渗透,因此,对防护服的毒剂防护性能提出了更高的要求。
要实现对甲苯和氯气的防护性能,可以选用氟橡胶、氯化丁基橡胶共同作为主要功能材料,但这两种橡胶的物理、化学性能不同,难以共混炼和加工,必须寻求一种工艺方法将二者很好地相融和后进行组合。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种甲苯、氯气防护服材料的制备方法,利用多层涂覆工艺,将氟橡胶混炼胶、氯化丁基橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混炼胶、锦丝绸等多种材料很好地复合到一起,并进行共硫化,将不同橡胶材料的功能集中到一起,使防护服材料具备多种材料的功能,实现对甲苯、氯气等化学试剂的有效防护。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种甲苯、氯气防护服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、氟橡胶混炼
1.1、氟橡胶配方:氟橡胶F2602 50份,氟橡胶F2462 50份,氢氧化钙10~20份,氧化镁10~20份,促进剂BPP 0.1~1份,双酚AF 1~5份;
1.2、氟橡胶混炼工艺如下:使用开炼机,辊温:前辊45~50℃,后辊45~50℃;
1.2.1、氟橡胶F2602进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
1.2.2、氟橡胶F2462进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
1.2.3、氟橡胶F2602和氟橡胶F2462混合均匀,辊距0.5~1mm,混炼时间5~10min;
1.2.4、加入氢氧化钙(干燥吸湿剂)、氧化镁,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间5~30min;
1.2.5、加入促进剂BPP、双酚AF,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间3~5min;
1.2.6、采用八把刀,辊距2~4mm,时间5~10min;
1.2.7、进行薄通10遍,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~10min;
1.2.8、下片,辊距4~6mm,时间3~5min;
1.3、胶料混炼好后放置在料盘上冷却。
(2)、胶布涂覆氟橡胶
2.1、氟橡胶胶黏剂制作:采用搅拌罐设备,将氟橡胶混炼胶和极性溶剂(乙酸乙酯)混合后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为3h~6h,制作为胶黏剂,盛放在密封的容器中保存;
2.2、采用刮涂的方式将氟橡胶胶黏剂均匀地涂覆在锦丝绸的上下表面,每层干胶的厚度控制在0.05~0.1mm范围内,涂覆完成后将溶剂挥发干。
(3)、氯化丁基橡胶混炼
3.1、氯化丁基橡胶橡胶材料配方:氯化丁基橡胶50~100份,三元乙丙橡胶50~100份,氧化锌10~30份,氧化镁0.2~1份,促进剂DM、促进剂M和促进剂TT各0.1~1份,十溴二苯醚10~20份,三氧化二锑10~20份;
3.2、氯化丁基橡胶混炼工艺如下:使用开炼机,辊温:前辊45~50℃,后辊45~50℃;
3.2.1、氯化丁基橡胶进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
3.2.2、三元乙丙橡胶进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
3.2.3、氯化丁基橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混合均匀,辊距0.5~1mm,混炼时间8~10min;
3.2.4、加入十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间5-30min;
3.2.5、加入氧化锌、氧化镁、一半促进剂(促进剂DM、促进剂M和促进剂TT各一半),辊距2~4mm,混炼时间5~15min;
3.2.6、加入剩余促进剂(促进剂DM、促进剂M和促进剂TT各一半),辊距2~4mm,混炼时间3~5min;
3.2.7、采用八把刀,辊距2~4mm,时间5~10min;
3.2.8、进行薄通10遍,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~10min;
3.2.9、下片,辊距4~6mm,时间3~5min;
3.3、胶料混炼好后放置在料盘上冷却。
(4)、胶布涂覆氟橡胶
4.1、氯化丁基胶胶黏剂制作:采用搅拌罐设备,将氯化丁基胶混炼胶和极性溶剂(汽油)混合后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为3h~6h,制作为胶黏剂,盛放在密封的容器中保存;
4.2、采用刮涂的方式将氯化丁基胶胶黏剂均匀地涂覆在已经涂好氟橡胶的材料上下表面,每层氯化丁基胶的干胶厚度控制在0.05~0.1mm范围内,涂覆完成后将溶剂挥发干,表面均匀地涂抹橡胶隔离剂(滑石粉)。
(5)、胶布硫化
采用电加热或硫化罐设备进行硫化,硫化的工艺参数设定为:时间1.5~2h,温度100~150℃,压力1~4MPa。
(6)胶布洗布、烘干
采用洗布机将硫化后的胶布进行清洗,清洗后通过烘干机将胶布烘干,防护服材料制作完成。
本发明通过采用合理的涂覆工艺,将氟橡胶混炼胶、氯化丁基橡胶混炼胶和骨架材料等多种材料进行复合,氟橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶难以实现共混炼,通过合理选择涂覆工艺和硫化方式,实现了两种胶料的共混,并利用电加热硫化罐进行硫化,将各种橡胶材料共硫化,并均达到硫化点后,通过橡胶材料的物理、化学性能,实现防护服对甲苯、氯气等化学试剂的防护功能。
经试验和生产检验证明,本发明所述的防护服的材料制作工艺合理高效,氟橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶先后涂覆到骨架材料上以后进行一次硫化,而不需要将氟橡胶和氯化丁基橡胶分开单独涂覆后分别硫化,不同种类的两种橡胶胶料先后涂覆到骨架材料两面以后,根据两种胶料及骨架材料的不同性能,在电加热硫化罐中进行一次硫化即可,简化了工序、提高了生产效率。
按照GB 23462-2009的试验方法和判断标准,现有技术的胶布对甲苯和氯气的防护性能不能满足要求,在规定的60min内甲苯和氯气会渗透胶布。按照本发明的工艺方法制作的胶布能够满足对甲苯和氯气的防护时间不小于60min的要求。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施例进行详细说明。
氯化丁基橡胶具有良好密封性和耐老化、耐候性,而氟橡胶具有良好的耐酸碱性能,能够耐多种化学药品和特种介质,两种胶结合使用可以达到防护服对甲苯和氯气的防护性能。锦丝绸扯断性能和撕裂强度较高,能够保证防护服的耐磨和耐撕裂性能。
一种甲苯、氯气防护服材料的制备方法,制备的防护服的材料和结构如图1所示,主要结构和组成为:选用锦丝绸作为骨架材料,先在骨架材料的两面分别涂覆一层氟橡胶(含各种橡胶助剂),然后在氟橡胶表面分别涂覆一层氯化丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和橡胶助剂的共混胶料,再将材料放入电加热硫化罐进行硫化。具体方法包括如下步骤:
1、氟橡胶配合及混炼
1.1、按照配方对氟橡胶及橡胶助剂等原材料进行称量,氟橡胶的配方见表1:

1.3、胶料混炼好后放置在料盘上冷却,放置过程中不得混入杂质。
2、胶布涂覆氟橡胶
2.1、氟橡胶胶黏剂制作
采用搅拌罐设备,将氟橡胶混炼胶和极性溶剂-乙酸乙酯混合后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为3h~6h,制作为胶黏剂,盛放在密封的容器中保存。
2.2、采用刮涂的方式将氟橡胶胶黏剂均匀地涂覆在锦丝绸的上下表面,每层干胶的厚度控制在0.05~0.1mm范围内,涂覆完成后将溶剂挥发干。
3、氯化丁基橡胶配合及混炼
3.1、按照配方对氯化丁基胶及橡胶助剂等原材料进行称量,氟橡胶的配方见表3:

4、胶布涂覆氟橡胶
4.1、氯化丁基胶胶黏剂制作
采用搅拌罐设备,将氯化丁基胶混炼胶和极性溶剂-汽油混合后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为3h~6h,制作为胶黏剂,盛放在密封的容器中保存。
4.2、采用刮涂的方式将氯化丁基胶胶黏剂均匀地涂覆在已经涂好氟橡胶的材料上下表面,每层氯化丁基胶的干胶厚度控制在0.05~0.1mm范围内,涂覆完成后将溶剂挥发干,表面均匀地涂抹橡胶隔离剂-滑石粉。
5、胶布硫化
采用电加热或硫化罐设备进行硫化。根据设备的内部结构,将涂覆好两种胶黏剂的材料平整地缠卷在加热辊上,采用电加热硫化罐进行硫化,硫化的工艺参数设定为:时间1.5~2h,温度100~150℃,压力1~4MPa,胶布硫化完成后将胶布从电加热硫化罐中取出,整齐地缠卷在木棒或铁棍上。
6、胶布洗布、烘干
采用洗布机将硫化后的胶布进行清洗,清洗后通过烘干机将胶布烘干。注意清洗和烘干过程中保持胶布的平展、整齐,避免褶皱。烘干完成后将胶布缠卷整齐。
防护服材料即制作完成。
7、材料性能情况
7.1、材料物理性能:
7.1.1、根据HG/T 2580-2008标准试验方法测试,胶布的拉伸强度经向、纬向均不小于12kN/m。
7.1.2、根据HG/T 2581.2-2009标准试验方法测试,胶布的撕破强力经向不小于12N,纬向不小于10N。
7.2、材料防毒性能
根据GB 23462-2009标准规定的试验方法测试胶布,对甲苯和氯气的防护时间均不小于60min。
本发明实施例中所涉及氯化丁基橡胶可能用丁基橡胶或溴化丁基橡胶代替,电加热硫化过程可能用蒸气硫化代替。
使用该防护服材料制作的防护服,主要用于人员穿着后,具备有效防护甲苯、氯气等有毒有害化学试剂的功能。可以为部队人员在沾染甲苯、氯气等有毒气体或小液滴的作战环境,也可以为人员在同样环境的库房、科研场所以及化工厂等环境中作业时提供有效防护。
除非特别说明,本发明中所用的技术手段均为本领域技术人员所公知的方法。另外,实施方案应理解为说明性的,而非限制本发明的范围,本发明的实质和范围仅由权利要求书所限定。对于本领域技术人员而言,在不背离本发明实质和范围的前提下,对这些实施方案中的物料成分和用量进行的各种改变或改动也属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种甲苯、氯气防护服材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)、氟橡胶混炼
1.1、氟橡胶配方:氟橡胶F2602 50份,氟橡胶F2462 50份,氢氧化钙10~20份,氧化镁10~20份,促进剂BPP 0.1~1份,双酚AF 1~5份;
1.2、氟橡胶混炼工艺如下:使用开炼机,辊温:前辊45~50℃,后辊45~50℃;
1.2.1、氟橡胶F2602进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
1.2.2、氟橡胶F2462进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
1.2.3、氟橡胶F2602和氟橡胶F2462混合均匀,辊距0.5~1mm,混炼时间5~10min;
1.2.4、加入干燥吸湿剂、氧化镁,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间5~30min;
1.2.5、加入促进剂BPP 和双酚AF,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间3~5min;
1.2.6、采用八把刀,辊距2~4mm,时间5~10min;
1.2.7、进行薄通10遍,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~10min;
1.2.8、下片,辊距4~6mm,时间3~5min;
1.3、胶料混炼好后放置在料盘上冷却;
(2)、胶布涂覆氟橡胶
2.1、氟橡胶胶黏剂制作:采用搅拌罐设备,将氟橡胶混炼胶和极性溶剂乙酸乙酯混合后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为3h~6h,制作为胶黏剂,盛放在密封的容器中保存;
2.2、采用刮涂的方式将氟橡胶胶黏剂均匀地涂覆在锦丝绸的上下表面,每层干胶的厚度控制在0.05~0.1mm范围内,涂覆完成后将溶剂挥发干;
(3)、氯化丁基橡胶混炼
3.1、氯化丁基橡胶橡胶材料配方:氯化丁基橡胶50~100份,三元乙丙橡胶50~100份,氧化锌10~30份,氧化镁0.2~1份,促进剂DM、促进剂M和促进剂TT各0.1~1份,十溴二苯醚10~20份,三氧化二锑10~20份;
3.2、氯化丁基橡胶混炼工艺如下:使用开炼机,辊温:前辊45~50℃,后辊45~50℃;
3.2.1、氯化丁基橡胶进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
3.2.2、三元乙丙橡胶进行塑炼,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~15min;
3.2.3、氯化丁基橡胶和三元乙丙橡胶混合均匀,辊距0.5~1mm,混炼时间8~10min;
3.2.4、加入十溴二苯醚、三氧化二锑,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间5-30min;
3.2.5、加入氧化锌、氧化镁、一半促进剂,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间5~15min;
3.2.6、剩余一半促进剂,辊距2~4mm,混炼时间3~5min;
3.2.7、采用八把刀,辊距2~4mm,时间5~10min;
3.2.8、进行薄通10遍,辊距0.5~1mm,时间5~10min;
3.2.9、下片,辊距4~6mm,时间3~5min;
3.3、胶料混炼好后放置在料盘上冷却;
(4)、胶布涂覆氟橡胶
4.1、氯化丁基胶胶黏剂制作:采用搅拌罐设备,将氯化丁基胶混炼胶和极性溶剂汽油混合后进行搅拌,搅拌时间为3h~6h,制作为胶黏剂,盛放在密封的容器中保存;
4.2、采用刮涂的方式将氯化丁基胶胶黏剂均匀地涂覆在已经涂好氟橡胶的材料上下表面,每层氯化丁基胶的干胶厚度控制在0.05~0.1mm范围内,涂覆完成后将溶剂挥发干,表面均匀地涂抹橡胶隔离剂滑石粉;
(5)、胶布硫化
采用电加热或硫化罐设备进行硫化,硫化的工艺参数设定为:时间1.5~2h,温度100~150℃,压力1~4MPa;
(6)胶布洗布、烘干
采用洗布机将硫化后的胶布进行清洗,清洗后通过烘干机将胶布烘干,防护服材料制作完成。
