Abstract
本发明涉及的是一种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材及其生产方法,其中的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是基础层、自粘层、防粘层依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,基础层由面层、基层复合于增强层的两面构成或面层复合于增强层之上构成,面层、基层均为乙丙橡胶层,增强层为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层为PE隔离膜。本发明细部节点部位得以最大限度的永久密封,使得整体防水层的防水效果及耐久年限大幅度的提高,解决了现有的三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材对防水层细部节点部位处理不好的问题。
Description
一、技术领域
本发明涉及的是建筑防水材料领域,具体涉及的是一种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材及其生产方法。
二、背景技术
目前 应用于建筑屋面上的单层防水材料,其综合性能最好的应属市场较为成熟及国际公认的三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材,但是三元乙丙橡胶的非极性结构也导致其自粘、互粘性较差,卷材在施工过程中对于阴阳角等节点部位,由于卷材的塑性及材料的内聚力等施工与自身因素的影响,使得卷材不易在这些部位固定贴服,尤其是在一些温差较大的地区及屋面材料受气温影响变形较大的屋面使用时,即便是当时防水层阴阳角等节点部位施工时贴服得很好,但随着时间的推移也会产生空鼓、断裂等现象。近年来,随着科技的进步和人们环保意识的增强,业界对三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材的缺点进行了较大的改进,虽然解决了大部分问题,但还是存在一些问题没有完全解决;如防水层细部节点部位处理等,是影响整体防水效果的重点,这部分的结构防水做好了会促进推广三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材在建筑屋面上的应用。
三、发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材用于解决现有的三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材对防水层细部节点部位处理不好的问题,尤其是瓦屋面及金属屋面节点部位的处理、维修等;本发明的另一个目的是提供这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材的生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是基础层、自粘层、防粘层依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,基础层由面层、基层复合于增强层的两面构成或面层复合于增强层之上构成,面层、基层均为乙丙橡胶层,增强层为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层为PE隔离膜;
面层及基层均以乙丙橡胶为主要原料,其它辅助材料包括补强剂、填充剂、增塑剂、活性剂、促进剂、增粘剂、硫化剂、防老剂,上述各组份按质量份数计:乙丙橡胶100份;补强剂60~120份;填充剂5~75份;增塑剂4~80份;增粘剂0.5~8份;活性剂1~6份;促进剂0.6~5份;硫化剂0.5~3份;防老剂0.2~2.8份;增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类的甲基丙烯酸镁或甲基丙烯酸锌。
上述方案中硫化剂为过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰)。
上述方案中硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
上述方案中促进剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯。
上述方案中复合的方法采用冷喂料挤出连续复合、硫化成型,丁基自粘胶挤出连续在线涂胶的方法,卷材的连续硫化是在含有高纯氮气的硫化罐中进行的。采用高效率冷喂料挤出连续复合、硫化成型,丁基自粘胶挤出连续在线涂胶的方法生产防水卷材,其重要部位:
1、因采用过氧化物硫化体系硫化,过氧化物在热空气硫化过程中,因热空气中有氧的存在,氧会捕捉到自由基,降低过氧化物的活性使硫化过程不能实现。本发明提供的硫化方案是采用氮气充入硫化罐中保护过氧化物生产自由基使得硫化过程得以实现。
2、采用丁基自粘胶挤出连续在线涂胶的生产工艺,硫化后的卷材经冷却机设定冷却至40~50℃后连续在线涂胶,卷材在没有冷却至室温时涂胶后复合效果优于室温涂胶,极大的提高了生产效率,同时也提高了涂胶的复合质量,生产的线速度为3~6m/min。
上述方案中面层及基层主要原料为二元乙丙橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶。
上述方案中金属冲拉网选用2×4mm或3×6mm金属冲拉网。
上述方案中纤维网格布选用6~10目的纤维网格布。
本发明采用硫化剂为过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰)或过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,这两种过氧化物的1分钟半衰期温度分别为112℃及167℃;从而保证了高效率挤出连续复合、硫化的生产,前者因其1分钟半衰期温度低;材料配合时可减少硫化剂的用量;降低材料成本。因过氧化物体系硫化的胶料耐热、耐臭氧性能、回弹性、特别是压缩永久变形性能都相比硫磺硫化体系高,另外过氧化物能够引发甲基丙烯酸锌聚合成聚甲基丙烯酸盐,它具有优良的增粘特性,改善非极性乙丙橡胶的粘合性能,提高基层橡胶与金属冲拉网等骨架材料的粘合强度,同时甲基丙烯酸锌也能明显提高基层胶料的耐老化性能。
上述内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材的生产方法:
一、混炼胶的制备
a.炼胶
将原料中除硫化剂及硫化助剂之外的各组分按重量百分比投入110L密炼机中进行混炼;混炼温度控制在120~145℃;混炼时间为6~12分钟。
b. 滤胶
⑴、将密炼好的混炼胶投入Ø250滤胶机中滤胶,滤网目数为100目,机头温度80~90℃,机身温度为50~60℃,螺杆温度为40~50℃。
⑵、经过滤后无机械杂质的混炼胶投入Ø560开炼机上散热;混炼胶温度散热至45~60℃时割打胶卷并称量至加硫化剂要求的重量。
c. 加硫化剂
将达到散热温度要求且称量好的混炼胶投入75L密炼机,同时投入原料中剩余的硫化剂各组份,混炼温度控制在45~60℃;混炼时间0.5~1分钟。
d. 散热、出条、冷却
将加好硫化剂的混炼胶投入Ø450开炼机上散热,并打三角包三次以补充分散硫化剂;然后出胶条挂在胶车上冷却后进入下一道工序生产。
二、挤出、复合
a. 面层挤出机与基层挤出机各段温度控制为:喂料口35~45℃;螺杆25~40℃;前机身40~60℃;后机身50~60℃;机头65~75℃;
b.四辊复合机温度设定:上辊辊温50~70℃;侧辊辊温55~75℃;中辊辊温50~80℃;下辊辊温40~60℃;
c.增强层张力控制器电流设定为0.6~1.8A;
d.将冷却胶条分别喂入面层挤出机喂料口及基层挤出机喂料口,调整机头口型至要求产品的厚度时,胶片及增强层同时进入四辊复合机进行复合作业;
e.复合好的片材经切边装置切边后进入硫化罐连续硫化生产;
三、硫化成型
硫化参数设定:硫化罐内压力0.15~0.25MPa;氮气纯度95~99%;罐内温度160~180℃;硫化输送带线速3~10m/min;
四、冷却、涂胶
a.经硫化罐达到正硫化点的片材;进入两辊冷却机冷却;冷却鼓的温度设定在40~50℃;冷却后的防水片材经检验装置检验后进入涂胶前储料装置贮存。
b. 涂胶挤出机各段温度控制为:螺杆35~45℃;机身Ⅰ80~100℃~40℃;机身Ⅱ100~120℃;机身Ⅲ120~130℃;机身Ⅳ125~135℃;机头Ⅰ130~135℃;机头Ⅱ130~135℃。
c.涂胶辊温度设定为40~50℃;隔离膜张力控制器电流设定为0.4~0.8A。
d.冷却后的卷材由前储料装置进入涂胶挤出机涂胶;涂胶挤出机模头设定温度为130~135℃,涂层厚度控制在0.45~0.5mm,涂胶线速度不大于6m/min。
五、计数、包装
涂好的卷材进入后储料装置,然后经后卷曲装置自动记数收卷包装完成。
有益效果:
1、本发明增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类;具体使用的是甲基丙烯酸锌,它在配合使用时不仅起到增粘和一般的填料作用,同时它还具有防老化的作用;本发明自粘层采用丁基自粘橡胶或丁基热熔胶(市售),丁基橡胶具有良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性,最突出的是气密性和水密性,通过改性的丁基自粘橡胶同时又具有良好的初粘性、持粘性和粘基力,将丁基自粘胶涂覆在基层上有效地解决了基层橡胶自粘及互粘性差的问题,施工也更加环保、方便快捷,极大的提高了施工效率:由于本发明采用的是金属冲拉网,它不但会赋予卷材的定型能力及高的拉伸强度,其延伸性能也会因其金属冲拉网的菱形结构而得以提高,不会像编织网那样而降低卷材的延伸率,卷材在防水层细部节点部位使用;卷材更具有贴服性及较高的拉伸性能。
2、采用本发明的制造工艺生产出的内增强复合丁基自粘三元乙丙橡胶防水卷材,不仅解决了三元乙丙橡胶硫化防水卷材固有的难粘缺陷,面层与增强骨架材料粘结也更为牢固。
3、本发明解决了过氧化物硫化体系不能在热空气中硫化的问题;使得分子链完全饱和的二元乙丙橡胶和低不饱和的三元乙丙橡胶在防水材料方面得以推广应用。采用分子链完全饱和或低不饱和的乙丙橡胶生产出的卷材;耐老化性能要远高于现有硫磺硫化的三元乙丙橡胶卷材,卷材在外露屋面的使用寿命也得以大幅度的提高。
4、采用本发明的制造工艺生产出的卷材,用做防水层细部节点部位的加强处理贴服性及抗拉伸性能高,细部节点部位得以最大限度的永久密封,使得整体防水层的防水效果及耐久年限大幅度的提高。
5、本发明采用冷喂料挤出连续复合、硫化成型、在线连续涂胶的生产工艺能耗低、生产效率高,卷材具有显著的高性价比、施工效率高、环保等诸多优势。

五、具体实施方式
实施例 1:
参阅图1,这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是面层1、增强层2、基层3、自粘层4、防粘层5依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,面层1、基层3复合于增强层2的两面构成基础层,面层1、基层3均为乙丙橡胶层,增强层2为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层4为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层5为PE隔离膜;金属冲拉网选用2×4mm金属冲拉网。
面层1及基层3按质量份数计各组份为:二元乙丙橡胶100份;补强剂80份;填充剂40份;增塑剂25份;活性剂1.5份;增粘剂6份;促进剂0.8份;硫化剂1份;防老剂0.8份。增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类的甲基丙烯酸镁,硫化剂为过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰),促进剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯。
本实施例具体生产步骤如下:
1、混炼胶的制备
a. 炼胶
将原料中除硫化剂及硫化助剂之外的各组分按重量百分比投入110L密炼机中进行混炼;混炼温度控制在120~145℃;混炼时间为6~12分钟。

2、挤出、复合
a. 面层与基层挤出机(各有一台挤出机)各段温度控制为:喂料口35~45℃;螺杆25~40℃;前机身40~60℃;后机身50~60℃;机头65~75℃。
b.四辊复合机温度设定:上辊辊温50~70℃;侧辊辊温55~75℃;中辊辊温50~80℃;下辊辊温40~60℃。
c.增强层张力控制器电流设定为0.6~1.8A。
d.将冷却胶条分别喂入面层挤出机喂料口及基层挤出机喂料口,调整机头口型至要求产品的厚度时,胶片及增强层同时进入四辊复合机进行复合作业。
e.复合好的片材经切边装置切边后进入硫化罐连续硫化生产。
3、硫化成型
硫化参数设定:硫化罐内压力0.15~0.25MPa;氮气纯度95~99%;罐内温度160~180℃;硫化输送带线速3~10m/min。
4、冷却、涂胶
a.经硫化罐达到正硫化点的片材;进入两辊冷却机冷却;冷却鼓的温度设定在40~50℃;冷却后的防水片材经检验装置检验后进入涂胶前储料装置贮存。
b. 涂胶挤出机各段温度控制为:螺杆35~45℃;机身Ⅰ80~100℃~40℃;机身Ⅱ100~120℃;机身Ⅲ120~130℃;机身Ⅳ125~135℃;机头Ⅰ130~135℃;机头Ⅱ130~135℃。
c.涂胶辊温度设定为40~50℃;隔离膜张力控制器电流设定为0.4~0.8A。
d.冷却后的卷材由前储料装置进入涂胶挤出机涂胶;涂胶挤出机模头设定温度为130~135℃,涂层厚度控制在0.45~0.5mm,涂胶线速度不大于6m/min。
e.计数、包装
涂好的卷材进入后储料装置,然后经后卷曲装置自动记数收卷包装完成。
以上半成品混炼胶及卷材挤出、复合、硫化成型、在线连续涂胶都是连续生产的,这种生产方式有效的降低了能源的消耗,同时生产效率也相比传统工艺大幅度的提高40%。
实施例2:
参阅图2,这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是面层1、增强层2、自粘层4、防粘层5依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,面层1复合于增强层2之上构成基础层,面层1为乙丙橡胶层,增强层2为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层4为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层5为PE隔离膜;金属冲拉网选用3×6mm金属冲拉网。
面层1按质量份数计各组份为:二元乙丙橡胶100份;补强剂95份;填充剂15份;增塑剂20份;活性剂1.7份;增粘剂8份;促进剂0.6份;硫化剂1.2份;防老剂1.1份。增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类的甲基丙烯酸锌,硫化剂为过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰),促进剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯。
本实施例具体生产步骤如下:

4、冷却、涂胶
a.经硫化罐达到正硫化点的片材;进入两辊冷却机冷却;冷却鼓的温度设定在40~50℃;冷却后的防水片材经检验装置检验后进入涂胶前储料装置贮存。
b. 涂胶挤出机各段温度控制为:螺杆35~45℃;机身Ⅰ80~100℃~40℃;机身Ⅱ100~120℃;机身Ⅲ120~130℃;机身Ⅳ125~135℃;机头Ⅰ130~135℃;机头Ⅱ130~135℃。
c.涂胶辊温度设定为40~50℃;防粘层张力控制器电流设定为0.4~0.8A。
d.冷却后的卷材由前储料装置进入涂胶挤出机涂胶;涂胶挤出机模头设定温度为130~135℃,涂层厚度控制在0.45~0.5mm,涂胶线速度不大于6m/min。
e.计数、包装
涂好的卷材进入后储料装置,然后经后卷曲装置自动记数收卷包装完成。

实施例4:
这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是面层1、增强层2、基层3、自粘层4、防粘层5依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,面层1、基层3复合于增强层2的两面构成基础层,面层1、基层3均为乙丙橡胶层,增强层2为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层4为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层5为PE隔离膜;金属冲拉网选用3×6mm金属冲拉网。
面层1及基层3按质量份数计各组份为:三元乙丙橡胶100份;补强剂105份;填充剂28份;增塑剂23份;活性剂1.8份;增粘剂7.5份;促进剂0.9份;硫化剂1.8份;防老剂0.8份。增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类的甲基丙烯酸镁,硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯,促进剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯。
实施例5:
这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是面层1、增强层2、基层3、自粘层4、防粘层5依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,面层1、基层3复合于增强层2的两面构成基础层,面层1、基层3均为乙丙橡胶层,增强层2为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层4为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层5为PE隔离膜;金属冲拉网选用2×4mm金属冲拉网。
面层1及基层2按质量份数计各组份为:三元乙丙橡胶100份;补强剂120份;填充剂40份;增塑剂30份;活性剂1.9份;增粘剂7.8份;促进剂1.2份;硫化剂2.4份;防老剂0.8份。增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类的甲基丙烯酸镁,硫化剂为过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰),促进剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯。
经对上述各实施例所述质量份原料生产的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材的面层与增强层粘合性能进行测定,它们的拉伸性能《GB18173.1-20129(FL)》及粘合性能比较如下:
表中本发明的防水卷材拉伸性能指标均超过《GB18173.1-2012(FL)》标准中的要求。

1.一种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:这种内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材是基础层、自粘层(4)、防粘层(5)依次相互叠加复合在一起构成的,基础层由面层(1)、基层(3)复合于增强层(2)的两面构成或面层(1)复合于增强层(2)之上构成,面层(1)、基层(3)均为乙丙橡胶层,增强层(2)为金属冲拉网或纤维网格布,自粘层(4)为丁基自粘橡胶层或丁基热熔胶,防粘层(5)为PE隔离膜;
面层(1)及基层(3)均以乙丙橡胶为主要原料,其它辅助材料包括补强剂、填充剂、增塑剂、活性剂、促进剂、增粘剂、硫化剂、防老剂,上述各组份按质量份数计:乙丙橡胶100份;补强剂60~120份;填充剂5~75份;增塑剂4~80份;增粘剂0.5~8份;活性剂1~6份;促进剂0.6~5份;硫化剂0.5~3份;防老剂0.2~2.8份;增粘剂为不饱和羧酸金属盐类的甲基丙烯酸镁或甲基丙烯酸锌。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的硫化剂为过氧化双(2,4-二氯苯甲酰)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的硫化剂为过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的促进剂为三烯丙基异三聚氰酸酯。
5.根据权利要求4所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的复合为采用冷喂料挤出连续复合、硫化成型,丁基自粘胶挤出连续在线涂胶的过程,复合过程中卷材的连续硫化是在含有高纯氮气的硫化罐中进行的。
6.根据权利要求5所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的面层及基层主要原料为二元乙丙橡胶或三元乙丙橡胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的金属冲拉网选用2×4mm或3×6mm金属冲拉网。
8.根据权利要求6所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材,其特征在于:所述的纤维网格布选用6~10目的纤维网格布。
9.一种权利要求4所述的内增强复合丁基自粘乙丙橡胶防水卷材的生产方法,其特征在于:
一、混炼胶的制备;
二、挤出、复合:
a. 面层挤出机与基层挤出机各段温度控制为:喂料口35~45℃;螺杆25~40℃;前机身40~60℃;后机身50~60℃;机头65~75℃;
b.四辊复合机温度设定:上辊辊温50~70℃;侧辊辊温55~75℃;中辊辊温50~80℃;下辊辊温40~60℃;
c.增强层张力控制器电流设定为0.6~1.8A;
d.将冷却胶条分别喂入面层挤出机喂料口及基层挤出机喂料口,调整机头口型至要求产品的厚度时,胶片及增强层同时进入四辊复合机进行复合作业;
e.复合好的片材经切边装置切边后进入硫化罐连续硫化工序生产;
三、硫化成型:
硫化参数设定:硫化罐内压力0.15~0.25MPa;氮气纯度95~99%;罐内温度160~180℃;硫化输送带线速3~10m/min。
