Description

在用于制冷压缩机的制冷剂和润滑剂之间有亲合力,其结果,循环于制冷系统的制冷剂总是包含一些润滑剂。此润滑剂的存在影响制冷系统的热传递,并且润滑剂的被带走也会导致用于润滑压缩机的润滑剂的量不足。为了使制冷系统的润滑剂的带走量达到最少,可以从供应给泵部件的吸入气或在进入热交换装置之前的排出气中除去润滑剂。
在一低压密封压缩机中,吸入气供应到压缩机外壳内,再从外壳内被抽到压缩机的泵部件内压缩。通常有一油槽位于外壳的底部。从槽中抽出润滑剂供应到轴承和其它需要润滑的部件。润滑剂排放进外壳并在油槽中集中。由于吸入气象润滑剂一样流进外壳,它有带走润滑剂的潜在的可能性。本发明旨在使从旋转部件抛出的润滑剂离开吸入气经过的通道。
本发明的一个目的是使被吸入气带走的润滑剂达到最少。
本发明的另一目的是减少油的循环。
本发明提供一种护油罩集中和引导从转动件抛出的润滑油,以免润滑油被吸入气带走。
图1是使用本发明的一低压密封涡旋压缩机的剖视图;
图2是沿图1中的2-2线的截面剖视图。
在图1中,编号10总的代表一低压密封涡旋压缩机。压缩机10包括一外壳12,一曲轴箱20焊在或用其它合适的方法固定在外壳12中。定子16通过过盈或收缩配合固定于外壳12内,而转子18通过过盈或收缩配合固定于轴22。定子16和转子18组成一马达,最好是可以变速的马达,此马达驱动轴22,因而带动通过欧氏联轴节26而作轨道运动的轨道涡旋件24。轨道涡旋件24与固定涡旋件28一起作用把气体抽进压缩机10,把气体压缩并传递到制冷系统(未图示)。气体再从制冷系统返回,通过吸入口34供应给压缩机10。在从吸入口34流到涡旋件24和28的入口的过程中,到少一部分气体被引导而经过定子16以冷却马达。
当轴22转动时,它如同一离心油泵把油从一油槽(未图示)抽进偏移和/或倾斜的内孔22-1。油通过内孔22-1被抽到各个需要润滑的部位。如图所示,孔22-1与孔22-2连接,油进入孔22-2润滑上面的轴承36,孔22-1在轨道涡旋件24处终止以提供润滑滑块38和轴承40的油。为了帮助平衡在压缩过程中由轨道涡旋件24施加在轴22上的偏心力,设置一平衡块44。平衡块44可以是轴22的一部分,但它往往与轴22过盈配合或固定于转子18上。平衡块44最好尽可能接近涡旋件以使力的轴向分离和它们的倾斜作用达到最小。提供力平衡作用的平衡块44的一部分44-1径向朝外,并且部分与支承轴承36的曲轴箱20的轮毂部分20-1共同在轴向延伸。
通过孔22-1供应到孔22-2和轴承36的润滑剂会排放到轮毂20-1和轴22之间。圆柱轴的转动趋向于使油以与轴22旋转方向相反的螺旋通道流动,但不会把油从中抛出。排油的轴向通道被平衡块44的径向延伸的拱形表面44-2挡住。到达拱形面44-2的油由于离心力而径向朝外,且会以雾化状态被抛到外壳12的内部并很容易被通过外壳12内部的吸入气带走。
按照本发明,一护油罩46以任何合适的方法例如螺栓48紧固于平衡块44上。护油罩46最好由塑料、金属板或任何其它合适的轻质材料制成,因为它必须由平衡块44来配重。然而,为了方便制造和装配护油罩也可以与平衡块合成一体。护油罩46与径向延伸面44-2径向分隔,并相对于表面44-2的平面在两个方向作轴向延伸。为了使集中到护油罩上的油往下流,护油罩46要构造成有利于油朝下流的构形。例如,护油罩46可以在表面44-2上面轴向延伸一等于或大于在表面44-2的下面延伸的量。护油罩46也可从顶部到底部径向朝外延伸,以形成一空心截头锥体部分。由于护油罩46的存在,从表面44-2抛出的油落到护油罩46内的内表面上,并在那儿集中。由于护油罩46与平衡块44形成一体,护油罩与平衡块一起旋转使得集中在护油罩46的油会以与轴20的旋转方向相反的一螺旋线朝下流动。护油罩46在吸入口34下面延伸,它的下端在定子16的线圈16-1的内部。结果,到达护油罩46底部的油会一滴一滴集中,由于没有由护油罩46的下边缘所形成的大的径向面,集中的油一滴一滴被抛到定子16的线圈16-1上,再从定子排到油槽。因此,油不会被雾化或扩散到吸入气流过的通道中。

Claims (4)

1、一低压密封涡旋压缩机(10),它包括:
一含有曲轴箱(20)的壳体(12);一轨道涡旋件(24);一轴(22);一包括一转子(18)和定子(16)、用于驱动该轴的马达装置;将该轴支承在该曲轴箱中的轴承装置(36);用于润滑该轴承装置的油的分配装置(22-1,22-2);设置在该轴上的平衡块(44),它的第一部分(44-1)部分包围该曲轴箱的一部分并与其同轴延伸,它的具有径向延伸的表面(44-2)的第二部分与该曲轴箱轴向间隔;当该马达驱动该轴和该轨道涡旋件时,用于供应吸入气的吸入装置(34);油供应到轴承装置并排放到与该轴一起旋转的径向延伸表面,随后油被抛出;改进之处包括:
有一与该平衡装置形成一体的护油罩(46),它位于该径向延伸面的径向外面、在该径向延伸面的上下轴向延伸,由此,抛离该径向延伸面的该油在该护油罩装置上集中并往下流。

4、如权利要求1所述的护油罩,其特征在于,该护油罩装置由板材或片材制成,以使它的径向尺寸达到最小。
