Abstract
本发明涉及一种彩色涂层,将含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物上,再经过退火后得到的涂层,在所述前驱体溶液中含有溶剂、彩色纳米颗粒和添加剂。本发明还公开使用该彩色涂层的光伏组件及其制备方法。本发明在光伏组件的结构层面上形成稳定的彩色涂层,改变光伏组件的固有颜色,既满足光伏组件美观要求,又具有较高的光稳定性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和热稳定性,同时还能提高了光伏效率。

随着近年来光伏行业的快速发展,对建筑光伏一体化的美学的要求也更高。制备彩色太阳能光伏组件也在近年来得到了广泛的关注。常见的制备彩色太阳能电池的方法大多基于先制备彩色太阳能电池,再进行封装。适用于光伏建筑一体化的材质大多为玻璃基底,由于它具有户外耐久性,质轻的特点。但玻璃大多为透明的,无色的,因此要想改变彩色太阳能电池的外观,需要将电池本身的颜色制备为彩色。传统的太阳能电池如晶硅电池和薄膜太阳能电池(碲化镉、铜铟镓硒),颜色大多为偏深蓝色或黑色。有机或聚合物太阳能电池,虽然可制备成彩色的,但需要改变光吸收层的结构,并且对电池各功能层的能级进行合理的匹配,但普遍能量转化效率偏低,光吸收层的合成工艺耗时长,提纯难,因此这一类彩色太阳能电池的商业化道路还很长。一些通过使用光栅结构或双棱镜结构等薄膜太阳能电池,虽然也可以得到彩色带图案的太阳电池组件,但由于制备工艺比较复杂,如果需要制备带图案的太阳能组件还需要激光刻画的辅助,制备的彩色太阳能电池能量转化效率普遍偏低。在封装好的三玻太阳能电池组件表面敷设带图案的聚合物膜(如彩色聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜、聚氯乙烯膜、聚碳酸酯膜和聚苯乙烯膜等),或用UV打印法、3D打印法等方法制备彩色膜层,在户外长期使用后,经过光照、雨淋后聚合物会发生降解,并且其表面的染料、颜料等物质也会发生分解,释放到环境中造成污染,并且彩色太阳能组件会发生退色,影响美观。因此,如何用简单可行的工艺改变光伏组件固有的颜色是当今的研究难点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种彩色涂层和具有该彩色涂层的光伏组件及其制备方法,使用含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在太阳能光伏组件的结构层面上,经过退火处理后在结构层面上形成稳定的彩色涂层,改变光伏组件的固有颜色,既满足光伏组件美观要求,又具有较高的光稳定性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和热稳定性,同时还能提高了光伏效率。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种彩色涂层,所述彩色涂层是将含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物上,再经过退火后得到的涂层,在所述前驱体溶液中含有溶剂、彩色纳米颗粒和添加剂,其中,所述溶剂为是水、聚磷酸盐、甲酸、聚丙烯酸酯、正己烷、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、吡啶、正丁醇、氯仿、甲苯、氯苯、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃中至少一种,所述彩色纳米颗粒为含有锆基颜料、钛基颜料、铁基颜料、铜基颜料、锌基颜料、铬基颜料、铋基颜料、钴基颜料、铝基颜料、锰基颜料、镍基颜料、锡基颜料、铅基颜料、镁基颜料中至少一种,使得含彩色颜料的前驱体溶液具有颜色属性,所述添加剂包括稳定剂、粘合剂、催化剂和紫外吸收剂中的至少一种,所述稳定剂包括含有硅的聚合物、聚烯烃、含卤素聚合物、含氮聚合物中任意一种,所述粘合剂包括硅酸盐和磷酸盐中至少一种,所述催化剂包括季胺盐、季鏻盐、咪唑及其衍生物、有机金属络合物、酸以及胺封闭磺酸中任意一种,所述紫外吸收剂包括受阻胺光稳定剂、苯并苯酮、苯并唑、羟基苯基三嗪中任意一种。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种如前所述的彩色涂层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将彩色纳米颗粒溶解在含有添加剂的溶剂里,配成含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤二、将前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物表面上;
步骤三、再将表面涂敷或沉积有前驱体溶液的附着物进行退火,在附着物表面得到彩色涂层。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种如前所述的彩色涂层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将彩色纳米颗粒溶解在含有添加剂的溶剂里,配成含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤2、在前驱体溶液中混入彩色荧光材料颗粒,搅拌均匀;
步骤3、将步骤2制备的含彩色颜料和彩色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物表面上;
步骤4、再将表面涂敷或沉积有前驱体溶液的附着物进行退火,在附着物表面得到彩色涂层。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种具有如前所述的彩色涂层的光伏组件,所述光伏组件的结构从上至下依次包括上封装玻璃、上胶膜层、电池层、下胶膜层和下封装玻璃,所述彩色涂层设置在上封装玻璃的上表面,或者设置在上封装玻璃与上胶膜层之间,或者设置在上胶膜层与电池层之间,其中,所述电池层包括硅电池、钙钛矿电池、染料敏化电池、碲化镉电池、铜铟镓硒电池和砷化镓电池中的任意一种。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种如前所述的光伏组件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤11、将六水合硝酸钴、四乙氧基硅烷、乙醇、过氧化氢、水混合,配成含有硝酸钴的红色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤12、将步骤11制备的含有硝酸钴红色颜料的前驱体溶液与含有铯铅氯钙钛矿量子点红色荧光材料颗粒溶液混合搅拌,得到含有红色荧光材料颗粒和红色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤13、将步骤12制备的前驱体溶液旋涂在上封装玻璃的表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的上封装玻璃进行退火处理,在上封装玻璃表面得到红色半透明的彩色涂层;
步骤14、在蓝色的硅电池层的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层和下胶膜层,再在上胶膜层的上表面敷设步骤13制备的含有红色半透明的彩色涂层的上封装玻璃,有彩色涂层面朝上,在下胶膜层的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃,将层叠敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到紫色效果的光伏组件。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种如前所述的光伏组件的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤21、将四乙氧基硅烷、硅烷交联聚乙烯、乙醇、蒸馏水、1M盐酸、1M氢氧化铵、氯化铜和聚苯乙烯混合后,配成含有氯化铜绿色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤22、将甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点彩色荧光材料颗粒加入到步骤21制备的含有氯化铜绿色颜料的前驱体溶液中,形成含有绿色颜料和绿色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液;
步骤23、随后将步骤23制备的前驱体溶液刮涂在上封装玻璃的表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的上封装玻璃进行退火处理,在上封装玻璃表面得到绿色半透明的彩色涂层;
步骤24、在棕红色的钙钛矿电池层的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层和下胶膜层,再在上胶膜层的上表面敷设步骤23制备的含有绿色半透明的彩色涂层的上封装玻璃,有彩色涂层面朝下,在下胶膜层的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃,将层叠敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到黄色效果的光伏组件。
本发明是这样实现的,提供一种光伏组件的制备方法,所述光伏组件的结构从上至下依次包括上封装玻璃、上胶膜层、彩色涂层、硅电池层、下胶膜层和下封装玻璃,所述彩色涂层是采用如前所述的彩色涂层的制备方法制备,所述光伏组件的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤31、将硝酸铅、二水合乙酸锌、水、四乙氧基硅烷、乙醇和硼酸三甲酯混合均匀,得到含铅的彩色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤32、将前驱体溶液刮涂在硅电池层表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的硅电池层进行退火处理,在硅电池层得到彩色涂层;
步骤33、在步骤32制备的硅电池的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层和下胶膜层,有彩色涂层面朝上,再在上胶膜层的上表面敷设透明的上封装玻璃,在下胶膜层的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃,将敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到带颜色的光伏组件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的彩色涂层和具有该彩色涂层的光伏组件及其制备方法具有如下特点:
1. 改变光伏组件的颜色的同时,由于使用了包括钙钛矿材料在内的荧光材料,在很大程度上提高了光能利用率,降低由于追求彩色效果所带来的能量转化效率损失。这是因为包括钙钛矿材料在内的荧光材料,可以将本来不能用于光伏发电的紫外或者红外波段的光谱,通过量子裁剪作用,即包括钙钛矿在内的荧光材料吸收这些不能利用的光谱的光子,释放出可以被太阳能面板吸收的光子,提高了光伏效率。另一方面,这些光子同时可以被彩色半透膜图层吸收,达到显示颜色的效果;
2. 在户外长期使用性质稳定,光稳定性、耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和热稳定性优异;
3. 该彩色涂层的涂料颜色可选范围广,通过改变彩色涂料的粒径,可制备出对不同波段的太阳光透过率不同的彩色涂层;
4. 制备方法简单,无需特殊设备,节省了生产成本。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明彩色涂层的较佳实施例,所述彩色涂层是将含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物上,再经过后得到的涂层。退火温度为50℃~700℃,退火时间为1min~1h,彩色涂层的厚度为1nm~1mm。前驱体溶液在退火过程中发生物理变化(溶剂挥发)和化学反应(分解反应或氧化反应等),最后生成相应的复合物涂层。
在所述前驱体溶液中含有溶剂、彩色纳米颗粒和添加剂。其中,溶剂质量百分比含量为1~99wt%,添加剂质量百分比含量为0.1~5wt%,彩色纳米颗粒的质量百分比含量为0.1~10wt%。彩色纳米颗粒的粒径范围:1nm~800nm,彩色纳米颗粒的粒径大小可以根据光伏组件对太阳光谱不同波段的光的吸收来调节,对特定波段光谱选择性透过,从而实现在不明显降低光伏组件的能量转化效率的同时,提高光伏组件的效率,并可以改变光伏组件固有的颜色。
其中,所述溶剂为是水、聚磷酸盐、甲酸、聚丙烯酸酯、正己烷、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、吡啶、正丁醇、氯仿、甲苯、氯苯、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃中至少一种。
其中,所述彩色纳米颗粒为含有锆基颜料、钛基颜料、铁基颜料、铜基颜料、锌基颜料、铬基颜料、铋基颜料、钴基颜料、铝基颜料、锰基颜料、镍基颜料、锡基颜料、铅基颜料、镁基颜料中至少一种,使得含彩色颜料的前驱体溶液具有颜色属性。含彩色颜料的前驱体溶液的颜色包括:红色、橙色、黄色、绿色、蓝色、棕色、灰色、白色以及其演变色。
其中,所述添加剂包括稳定剂、粘合剂、催化剂和紫外吸收剂中的至少一种。在前驱体溶液中添加添加剂防止彩色纳米颗粒发生团聚,提高了制备的彩色涂层的耐候性、耐磨性、光稳定性。根据底部光伏组件可吸收的太阳光谱的波段,可通过调节含彩色颜料的前驱体溶液的配方,改变彩色涂层对太阳光谱的透过率,实现对特定波段的光选择性透过。在改变光伏组件的颜色的同时,增强光伏组件的能量转化效率或降低制备彩色光伏组件能量转化效率的损失。
具体地,所述稳定剂包括含有硅的聚合物、聚烯烃、含卤素聚合物、含氮聚合物中任意一种,所述粘合剂包括硅酸盐和磷酸盐中至少一种,所述催化剂包括季胺盐、季鏻盐、咪唑及其衍生物、有机金属络合物、酸以及胺封闭磺酸中任意一种,所述紫外吸收剂包括受阻胺光稳定剂、苯并苯酮、苯并唑、羟基苯基三嗪中任意一种。
具体地,所述稳定剂包括硅油、聚有机硅氧烷、硅酸四乙酯、原硅酸四乙酯、3-环氧丙氧基丙基、三甲氧基硅烷、1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、金属有机框架材料、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯纤维素、陶瓷纤维、含氟聚合物、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚酰胺、聚氨酯中任意一种。
具体地,所述粘合剂包括硅酸钾、正磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐和聚合磷酸盐二氧化硅中至少一种。
其中,所述锆基颜料包括氧化锆、氯氧化锆、四氯化锆、溴化锆、氟化锆、碘化锆、硫化锆、氮化锆、锆氟酸钾和硅酸锆。所述钛基颜料包括二氧化钛、一氧化钛、三氧化二钛、一硫化二钛、二硫化钛和氮化钛。所述铁基颜料包括四氧化三铁、氯化铁、硫酸铁、氢氧化铁、硫氰化铁、硫化亚铁、氯化亚铁、氢氧化亚铁和溴化铁。所述铜基颜料包括氯化铜、硝酸铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、硫酸铜、碳酸铜、硫化铜、醋酸铜、焦磷酸铜、铜绿和碘化亚铜。所述锌基颜料包括氧化锌、硫化锌、硒化锌、氢氧化锌、偏锌酸钠和硝酸锌。所述铬基颜料包括氧化铬、乙酸亚铬、三氧化铬、硝酸铬、铬酸银、硫酸铬、重铬酸钾、铬酸钡、铬酸铵、氯化铬和铬酸钠。所述铋基颜料包括三氧化二铋、异辛酸铋、月桂酸铋、新癸酸铋、环烷酸铋、氧化铋、硝酸铋碲化铋、铋酸钠和硒化铋。所述钴基颜料包括硝酸钴、氧化钴、乙酸钴、硫酸钴、碳酸钴、碘化钴、氰化钴、氯化铬、锰酸钴、三溴化钴、乙酸钴、钴磷酸酯和高氯酸钴。所述铝基颜料包括氧化铝、氮化铝、氯化铝、偏铝酸钠、氢氧化铝、明矾、三乙基铝、硫酸铝和硫化铝。所述锰基颜料包括二氧化锰和高锰酸钾。所述镍基颜料包括氧化镍和四氧化三镍。所述锡基颜料包括二氧化锡、氯化锡、硫酸锡、硝酸锡和四氟化锡。所述铅基颜料包括硝酸铅、碳酸铅、氧化铅、氧化亚铅和卤化铅。所述镁基颜料包括氧化镁、氯化镁、氟化镁、氮化镁、硫化镁、碳酸氢镁、碳酸镁和硫酸镁。
在所述前驱体溶液中还含有彩色荧光材料颗粒。所述彩色荧光材料颗粒能够增强颜色饱和度,以及提高光伏组件能量转化效率,具有光致发光性能,并具有光的上转换或下转换作用,可根据光伏组件对太阳光谱的吸收范围来决定所添加的彩色荧光材料的组分。
所述彩色荧光材料包括硫化镉、硒化镉、碲化镉、硫化锌、硒化锌、卤化铅铯钙钛矿类CsPbX3、甲脒卤基钙钛矿类FAPbX3、甲胺卤基钙钛矿类(CH3NH3)PbX3中至少一种,或者为含有锡、铋、碲、银的无铅钙钛矿材料中的至少一种,例如CH3NH3SnBr3-xIx、CsSnI3、MA3Bi2Br9、Cs3Sb2Br9、Cs3Bi2X9和Cs2AgSbX6中的至少一种,或者为掺杂有镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥,钪和钇元素的量子点材料中的至少一种,其中,X为Cl、Br、I中任意一种。
彩色荧光材料颗粒的粒径为0.1nm~100nm,彩色荧光材料颗粒在彩色涂层的前驱体溶液中所占质量比例为0%~99%。添加彩色荧光材料颗粒的彩色涂层还具有太阳光的上转换或下转换功能,将入射光转换为下层光伏组件可以吸收的光,从而在改变光伏组件颜色的同时提高其能量转化效率。
本发明还公开一种如前所述的彩色涂层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将彩色纳米颗粒用超声或搅拌方式溶解在含有添加剂的溶剂里,配成含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液。
步骤二、将前驱体溶液采用水热法、原位生长法、旋涂法、刮涂法、涂布法、喷涂法、丝网印刷法、3D打印法、静电纺丝法、喷墨打印法中任意一种加工方法涂敷或沉积在附着物表面上。
步骤三、再将表面涂敷或沉积有前驱体溶液的附着物放置在真空、惰性环境或空气中,进行退火,在附着物表面得到彩色涂层。
本发明还公开一种如前所述的彩色涂层的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将彩色纳米颗粒用超声或搅拌方式溶解在含有添加剂的溶剂里,配成含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液。
步骤2、在前驱体溶液中混入彩色荧光材料颗粒,搅拌均匀。
步骤3、将步骤2制备的含彩色颜料和彩色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液采用水热法、原位生长法、旋涂法、刮涂法、涂布法、喷涂法、丝网印刷法、3D打印法、静电纺丝法、喷墨打印法中任意一种加工方法涂敷或沉积在附着物表面上。
步骤4、再将表面涂敷或沉积有前驱体溶液的附着物放置在真空、惰性环境或空气中,经过进行退火,在附着物表面得到彩色涂层。
请参照图1、图2以及图3所示,本发明还公开一种具有如前所述的彩色涂层的光伏组件。所述光伏组件的结构从上至下依次包括上封装玻璃1、上胶膜层2、电池层3、下胶膜层4和下封装玻璃5。所述彩色涂层6设置在上封装玻璃1的上表面,如图1所示。或者所述彩色涂层6设置在上封装玻璃1与上胶膜层2之间,如图2所示。或者所述彩色涂层6设置在上胶膜层2与电池层3之间,如图3所示。其中,所述电池层3包括硅电池、钙钛矿电池、染料敏化电池、碲化镉电池、铜铟镓硒电池和砷化镓电池中的任意一种。
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明的光伏组件的制备方法。
实施例1
本发明光伏组件的制备方法的第一种实施例,包括如下步骤:
步骤11、使用球磨机将六水合硝酸钴研磨为细粉末颗粒,六水合硝酸钴为红色颜料成分,将六水合硝酸钴细粉末颗粒、四乙氧基硅烷、乙醇、过氧化氢、水以摩尔比为255:4:1:6:9混合,配成含有硝酸钴的红色颜料的前驱体溶液。
步骤12、将0.2g的碳酸铯、10mL的十八烯和1mL的油酸混合,在真空环境中搅拌半小时并在120℃下加热,再取氯化铅0.2g、十八烯10mL、油酸1mL、油胺1mL混合搅拌均匀,在90℃下加热反应1h,反应时抽真空,随后在反应体系中充入氮气,随后,在含有氯化铅的溶液中注入第一步反应的含铯的前驱体,随后将反应瓶放置于冰浴中将反应淬灭;最后离心取出铯铅氯钙钛矿量子点,将其分散在正己烷中,制备成浓度为10mg/mL的含有铯铅氯钙钛矿量子点彩色荧光材料颗粒溶液。
将步骤11制备的含有硝酸钴红色颜料的前驱体溶液与含有铯铅氯钙钛矿量子点红色荧光材料颗粒溶液混合,混合后在60℃下充分搅拌,得到含有红色荧光材料颗粒和红色颜料的前驱体溶液。
步骤13、将步骤12制备的前驱体溶液旋涂在上封装玻璃1的表面,转速为2000rpm/s。随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的上封装玻璃1放入真空烘箱中进行退火处理,在温度150℃下退火30min,在上封装玻璃1表面得到红色半透明的彩色涂层6。
步骤14、如图1所示,在蓝色的硅电池层3的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层2和下胶膜层4,再在上胶膜层2的上表面敷设步骤13制备的含有红色半透明的彩色涂层6的上封装玻璃1,有彩色涂层6面朝上,在下胶膜层4的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃5,将层叠敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到紫色效果的光伏组件。其中,层压温度为100℃~150℃,压力为50kPa~90kPa,层压时间为5min~15min。
将本实施例制备的硅光伏组件进行外量子效率性能测试。采用与实施例1一致的方法,不使用步骤12,仅使用含有硝酸钴红色颜料而不含有铯铅氯钙钛矿量子点红色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液进行彩色涂层的制备,将最终得到的硅光伏组件也进行外量子效率性能测试。采用现有的常用方法制备标准硅光伏组件,该光伏组件中无本发明的彩色涂层,将该光伏组件也进行外量子效率性能测试。将上述三种方法制备的硅光伏组件的外量子效率曲线进行对比,如图4所示,从图中可以清楚地知道:标准硅光伏组件的外量子效率最高,而本实施例1制备的硅光伏组件的外量子效率比不掺有红色荧光材料的红色涂层硅光伏组件的高。
实施例2
本发明光伏组件的制备方法的第二种实施例,包括如下步骤:
步骤21、使用球磨机将氯化铜研磨为细粉末颗粒,氯化铜为绿色颜料成分,使用四乙氧基硅烷、硅烷交联聚乙烯、乙醇、蒸馏水、1M盐酸、1M氢氧化铵、氯化铜细粉末颗粒和聚苯乙烯以摩尔比1:6:50:50:1:1:20混合后,配成含有氯化铜绿色颜料的前驱体溶液,该前驱体溶液为杂化溶胶-凝胶态液体。
步骤22、将0.1mmol的甲胺溴溶于0.2mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,再将0.2mmol的溴化铅溶于0.5mL的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺,把10mL的己烷、0.5mL的油酸、油胺0.1mL混合在一起,随后把甲胺溴和溴化铅的溶液加入该混合体系中,随后形成了白色溶胶,将叔丁醇10mL加入白色溶胶中反应,再将反应物进行离心,转速为6000rpm,5min后形成甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点彩色荧光材料颗粒。
随后将甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点彩色荧光材料颗粒加入到步骤21制备的含有氯化铜绿色颜料的前驱体溶液中,形成含有绿色颜料和绿色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液。
步骤23、随后将步骤23制备的前驱体溶液刮涂在上封装玻璃1的表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的上封装玻璃1放入真空烘箱中进行退火处理,在温度100℃下退火10min,在上封装玻璃1表面得到绿色半透明的彩色涂层6。
步骤24、如图2所示,在棕红色的钙钛矿电池层3的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层2和下胶膜层4,再在上胶膜层2的上表面敷设步骤23制备的含有绿色半透明的彩色涂层6的上封装玻璃1,有彩色涂层6面朝下,在下胶膜层4的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃5,将层叠敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到黄色效果的光伏组件。其中,层压温度为100℃~150℃,压力为50kPa~90kPa,层压时间为5min~15min。
将本实施例制备的钙钛矿光伏组件进行外量子效率性能测试。采用与实施例2一致的方法,不使用步骤22,仅使用含有氯化铜绿色颜料而不含有甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点彩色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液进行彩色涂层的制备,将最终得到的钙钛矿光伏组件也进行外量子效率性能测试。采用现有的常用方法制备标准钙钛矿光伏组件,该光伏组件中无本发明的彩色涂层,将该光伏组件也进行外量子效率性能测试。将上述三种方法制备的钙钛矿光伏组件的外量子效率曲线进行对比,如图5所示,从图中可以清楚地知道:标准钙钛矿光伏组件的外量子效率最高,而本实施例2制备的钙钛矿光伏组件的外量子效率比不掺有红色荧光材料的红色涂层钙钛矿光伏组件的高。
实施例3
本发明光伏组件的制备方法的第三种实施例,包括如下步骤:
步骤31、将2g硝酸铅、0.2g二水合乙酸锌、50mL水、0.5g四乙氧基硅烷、2mL乙醇和2.4g硼酸三甲酯混合均匀,在温度60℃~100℃下加热1h~6h,再超声后得到含铅的彩色颜料的前驱体溶液。
步骤32、将该前驱体溶液刮涂在硅电池层3表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的硅电池层3放入真空烘箱中进行退火处理,在温度450℃下退火处理30min,在硅电池层3得到黄色的彩色涂层6。黄色的彩色涂层与硅电池固有的蓝色叠加后产生绿色的效果,得到绿色效果的硅电池。
步骤33、如图3所示,在步骤32制备的绿色效果的硅电池3的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层2和下胶膜层4,有彩色涂层6面朝上,再在上胶膜层2的上表面敷设透明的上封装玻璃1,在下胶膜层4的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃5,将敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到带紫色效果的光伏组件。其中,层压温度为100℃~150℃,压力为50kPa~90kPa,层压时间为5min~15min。
将本实施例制备的硅光伏组件进行外量子效率性能测试。采用现有的常用方法制备标准硅光伏组件,该光伏组件中无本发明的彩色涂层,将该光伏组件也进行外量子效率性能测试。将上述两种方法制备的硅光伏组件的外量子效率曲线进行对比,如图6所示,从图中可以清楚地知道:实施例3制备的硅光伏组件在标准硅光伏组件的顶部沉积彩色涂层后,虽然硅光伏组件的外观颜色改变了,但其外量子效率特性也降低了。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种彩色涂层,其特征在于,所述彩色涂层是将含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物上,再经过退火后得到的涂层,在所述前驱体溶液中含有溶剂、彩色纳米颗粒和添加剂,其中,所述溶剂为是水、聚磷酸盐、甲酸、聚丙烯酸酯、正己烷、甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、吡啶、正丁醇、氯仿、甲苯、氯苯、二氯甲烷、四氢呋喃中至少一种,所述彩色纳米颗粒为含有锆基颜料、钛基颜料、铁基颜料、铜基颜料、锌基颜料、铬基颜料、铋基颜料、钴基颜料、铝基颜料、锰基颜料、镍基颜料、锡基颜料、铅基颜料、镁基颜料中至少一种,使得含彩色颜料的前驱体溶液具有颜色属性,所述添加剂包括稳定剂、粘合剂、催化剂和紫外吸收剂中的至少一种,所述稳定剂包括含有硅的聚合物、聚烯烃、含卤素聚合物、含氮聚合物中任意一种,所述粘合剂包括硅酸盐和磷酸盐中至少一种,所述催化剂包括季胺盐、季鏻盐、咪唑及其衍生物、有机金属络合物、酸以及胺封闭磺酸中任意一种,所述紫外吸收剂包括受阻胺光稳定剂、苯并苯酮、苯并唑、羟基苯基三嗪中任意一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的彩色涂层,其特征在于,所述稳定剂包括硅油、聚有机硅氧烷、硅酸四乙酯、原硅酸四乙酯、3-环氧丙氧基丙基、三甲氧基硅烷、1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟辛基三乙氧基硅烷、金属有机框架材料、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、聚碳酸酯、聚苯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚乳酸、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯纤维素、陶瓷纤维、含氟聚合物、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚酰胺、聚氨酯中任意一种;所述粘合剂包括硅酸钾、正磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐和聚合磷酸盐二氧化硅中至少一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的彩色涂层,其特征在于,所述锆基颜料包括氧化锆、氯氧化锆、四氯化锆、溴化锆、氟化锆、碘化锆、硫化锆、氮化锆、锆氟酸钾和硅酸锆,所述钛基颜料包括二氧化钛、一氧化钛、三氧化二钛、一硫化二钛、二硫化钛和氮化钛,所述铁基颜料包括四氧化三铁、氯化铁、硫酸铁、氢氧化铁、硫氰化铁、硫化亚铁、氯化亚铁、氢氧化亚铁和溴化铁,所述铜基颜料包括氯化铜、硝酸铜、氧化铜、氧化亚铜、硫酸铜、碳酸铜、硫化铜、醋酸铜、焦磷酸铜、铜绿和碘化亚铜,所述锌基颜料包括氧化锌、硫化锌、硒化锌、氢氧化锌、偏锌酸钠和硝酸锌,所述铬基颜料包括氧化铬、乙酸亚铬、三氧化铬、硝酸铬、铬酸银、硫酸铬、重铬酸钾、铬酸钡、铬酸铵、氯化铬和铬酸钠,所述铋基颜料包括三氧化二铋、异辛酸铋、月桂酸铋、新癸酸铋、环烷酸铋、氧化铋、硝酸铋碲化铋、铋酸钠和硒化铋,所述钴基颜料包括硝酸钴、氧化钴、乙酸钴、硫酸钴、碳酸钴、碘化钴、氰化钴、氯化铬、锰酸钴、三溴化钴、乙酸钴、钴磷酸酯和高氯酸钴,所述铝基颜料包括氧化铝、氮化铝、氯化铝、偏铝酸钠、氢氧化铝、明矾、三乙基铝、硫酸铝和硫化铝,所述锰基颜料包括二氧化锰和高锰酸钾,所述镍基颜料包括氧化镍和四氧化三镍,所述锡基颜料包括二氧化锡、氯化锡、硫酸锡、硝酸锡和四氟化锡,所述铅基颜料包括硝酸铅、碳酸铅、氧化铅、氧化亚铅和卤化铅,所述镁基颜料包括氧化镁、氯化镁、氟化镁、氮化镁、硫化镁、碳酸氢镁、碳酸镁和硫酸镁。
4.如权利要求1所述的彩色涂层,其特征在于,在所述前驱体溶液中还含有彩色荧光材料颗粒,所述彩色荧光材料包括硫化镉、硒化镉、碲化镉、硫化锌、硒化锌、卤化铅铯钙钛矿类CsPbX3、甲脒卤基钙钛矿类FAPbX3、甲胺卤基钙钛矿类(CH3NH3)PbX3中至少一种,或者为含有锡、铋、碲、银的无铅钙钛矿材料中的至少一种,或者为掺杂有镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥,钪和钇元素的量子点材料中的至少一种,其中,X为Cl、Br、I中任意一种。
5.一种如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的彩色涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、将彩色纳米颗粒溶解在含有添加剂的溶剂里,配成含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤二、将前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物表面上;
步骤三、再将表面涂敷或沉积有前驱体溶液的附着物进行退火,在附着物表面得到彩色涂层。
6.一种如权利要求4所述的彩色涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、将彩色纳米颗粒溶解在含有添加剂的溶剂里,配成含有彩色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤2、在前驱体溶液中混入彩色荧光材料颗粒,搅拌均匀;
步骤3、将步骤2制备的含彩色颜料和彩色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液涂敷或沉积在附着物表面上;
步骤4、再将表面涂敷或沉积有前驱体溶液的附着物进行退火,在附着物表面得到彩色涂层。
7.一种具有如权利要求4所述的彩色涂层的光伏组件,其特征在于,所述光伏组件的结构从上至下依次包括上封装玻璃、上胶膜层、电池层、下胶膜层和下封装玻璃,所述彩色涂层设置在上封装玻璃的上表面,或者设置在上封装玻璃与上胶膜层之间,或者设置在上胶膜层与电池层之间,其中,所述电池层包括硅电池、钙钛矿电池、染料敏化电池、碲化镉电池、铜铟镓硒电池和砷化镓电池中的任意一种。
8.一种如权利要求7所述的光伏组件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤11、将六水合硝酸钴、四乙氧基硅烷、乙醇、过氧化氢、水混合,配成含有硝酸钴的红色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤12、将步骤11制备的含有硝酸钴红色颜料的前驱体溶液与含有铯铅氯钙钛矿量子点红色荧光材料颗粒溶液混合搅拌,得到含有红色荧光材料颗粒和红色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤13、将步骤12制备的前驱体溶液旋涂在上封装玻璃的表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的上封装玻璃进行退火处理,在上封装玻璃表面得到红色半透明的彩色涂层;
步骤14、在蓝色的硅电池层的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层和下胶膜层,再在上胶膜层的上表面敷设步骤13制备的含有红色半透明的彩色涂层的上封装玻璃,有彩色涂层面朝上,在下胶膜层的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃,将层叠敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到紫色效果的光伏组件。
9.一种如权利要求7所述的光伏组件的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤21、将四乙氧基硅烷、硅烷交联聚乙烯、乙醇、蒸馏水、1M盐酸、1M氢氧化铵、氯化铜和聚苯乙烯混合后,配成含有氯化铜绿色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤22、将甲胺铅溴钙钛矿量子点彩色荧光材料颗粒加入到步骤21制备的含有氯化铜绿色颜料的前驱体溶液中,形成含有绿色颜料和绿色荧光材料颗粒的前驱体溶液;
步骤23、随后将步骤23制备的前驱体溶液刮涂在上封装玻璃的表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的上封装玻璃进行退火处理,在上封装玻璃表面得到绿色半透明的彩色涂层;
步骤24、在棕红色的钙钛矿电池层的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层和下胶膜层,再在上胶膜层的上表面敷设步骤23制备的含有绿色半透明的彩色涂层的上封装玻璃,有彩色涂层面朝下,在下胶膜层的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃,将层叠敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到黄色效果的光伏组件。
10.一种光伏组件的制备方法,其特征在于,所述光伏组件的结构从上至下依次包括上封装玻璃、上胶膜层、彩色涂层、硅电池层、下胶膜层和下封装玻璃,所述彩色涂层是采用如权利要求5所述的彩色涂层的制备方法制备,所述光伏组件的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤31、将硝酸铅、二水合乙酸锌、水、四乙氧基硅烷、乙醇和硼酸三甲酯混合均匀,得到含铅的彩色颜料的前驱体溶液;
步骤32、将前驱体溶液刮涂在硅电池层表面,随后把涂敷有前驱体溶液的硅电池层进行退火处理,在硅电池层得到彩色涂层;
步骤33、在步骤32制备的硅电池的上下表面分别敷设上胶膜层和下胶膜层,有彩色涂层面朝上,再在上胶膜层的上表面敷设透明的上封装玻璃,在下胶膜层的下表面放置透明的下封装玻璃,将敷设好的部件一起同时放入层压机中层压加工,再完成后续加工后得到带颜色的光伏组件。
