Abstract

本发明公开了一种可变色车灯具,包括有灯具基座、LED光源板、变色膜及外灯罩所组成,该LED光源板与外灯罩间增设一变色膜结构,其变色膜为上下玻璃或塑料保护层依序包覆上下透明导电层,及电致变色材料层、离子储存层与电解质层,藉由上下透明导电层透过通电与断电,进而控制电致变色材料层、离子储存层与电解质层激化,产生透明、雾面、黑色、金属漆色…等等颜色变化,藉此俾供下端LED光源板穿越投射出不同颜色光源。

可变色车灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及可变色车灯具,尤指一种可用于车辆以提供多种颜色变化警示,有效增加提醒周边强化注视美化的安全装置。
背景技术
查一般车辆在行进间或临停时,为了达到安全在起见,都会在车辆设有转向或煞车等提醒注意的方向灯组及警示车灯组,唯只有单纯固定式闪烁或亮灯等单一色系提醒注意模式,也无任何加强车辆警告或提示等辅助装置,大幅增加于行驶与临停间易与其他车辆或行人产生碰撞之机率,又近年极端天气多变化,车辆行驶面临各式明案不明变化路段,实乃驾驶者长时间视力辨识疲劳潜在危机,虽近年有业界直接以有色灯泡取代原单色灯泡,以增加另一识别性,唯仍停留在单一色系识别,又局限传统指示灯红黄白色等整体外观设计,实已不符时下使用者的需求,诚有加以改进的必要也。
发明内容
本创作主要目的系提供一种可变色车灯具,特指LED光源板与外灯罩间增设一变色膜结构,进而可控制产生透明、雾面、黑色、金属漆色…等等颜色变化效益。
本创作次要目的系提供一种可变色车灯具,系指该变色膜包括有上下保护层依序包覆上下透明导电层,及电致变色材料层、离子储存层与电解质层等,藉由上下透明导电层透过通电与断电,进而控制电致变色材料层、离子储存层与电解质层激化产生颜色变化。
本创作另一目的系提供一种可变色车灯具,另指该变色膜所产生透明、雾面、黑色、金属漆色…等颜色,可作为车辆外观美观配色变化,而当指示灯开启时则立即转化为透明供内部光源穿透射出功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可变色车灯具,包括:一灯具基座,为传统车灯基座,基座后方供固定于车辆;一LED光源板,为一固定于灯室内的发光源;一变色膜,设于LED光源板与外灯罩之间可产生颜色变化;以及一外灯罩,为透明或有色的灯壳,该灯壳开口形成一灯室密封固定于灯具基座的外缘。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至3所示实施例,本创作提供一种可变色车灯具,包括有一灯具基座1、LED光源板2、变色膜3及外灯罩4;一灯具基座1为传统车灯基座,基座后方供固定于车辆;一LED光源板2为一发光源固定于灯室11内;一变色膜3包括有上下玻璃或塑料保护层31、31A,包覆有上下透明导电层32、32A,及电致变色材料层33、离子储存层34与电解质层35,该变色膜可为高分子分散液晶薄膜PDLC(Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal)或反向智慧调光膜PNLC(Polymer Network Liquid Crystal)等技术;一外灯罩4为透明或有色的玻璃或压克力或PC材质灯壳,灯壳开口形成一灯室11密封固定于基座1外缘,为本创作主要的构造。
请参阅图3所示,本创作的实施,系藉由上下透明导电层32、32A输入可变直流电压,而控制电致变色材料层33、离子储存层34与电解质层35产生电子激化流动,导致电致变色材料层33透过通电与断电产生透明、雾面、黑色、金属漆色…等等颜色变化效能,俾藉此供予下端LED光源板2穿越投射出不同颜色光源效益。
另加说明本创作实施,该变色膜所产生透明、雾面、黑色、金属漆色…等颜色,可作为车辆外观美观配色变化,而当LED光源板开启时则立即转化为透明供内部光源穿透射出功能。
请参阅图4所示,本创作另一的实施,系藉由上述相同组成在于LED光源板2设有一内灯罩4A,即LED光源板2与内灯罩形成为一般传统车灯,仅需在于传统车灯外增加变色膜3及外灯罩4配件,则完成瞬间简易改装成本创作相同功能。
请参阅图5所示,本创作另一的实施,系藉由上述相同组成在于变色膜3上下层增设有二内灯罩4A、4B,藉此增加变色膜3抗外力损坏功能。
以上所述仅为本创作其中的一实施例,但不能以此限定本创作的申请专利保护范围,举凡依本创作的申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的简单的等效变化与替换,皆应仍属于本创作申请专利范围所涵盖保护的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种可变色车灯具,其特征在于,包括:
一灯具基座,为传统车灯基座,基座后方供固定于车辆;
一LED光源板,为一固定于灯室内的发光源;
一变色膜,设于LED光源板与外灯罩之间可产生颜色变化;以及
一外灯罩,为透明或有色的灯壳,该灯壳开口形成一灯室密封固定于灯具基座的外缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的的可变色车灯具,其特征在于,变色膜为高分子分散液晶薄膜PDLC或反向智慧调光膜PNLC。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可变色车灯具,其特征在于,变色膜包括有上下玻璃或塑料二个保护层,依序包覆有上、下二个透明导电层,及一电致变色材料层、一离子储存层与一电解质层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可变色车灯具,其特征在于,LED光源板外设有一内灯罩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可变色车灯具,其特征在于,变色膜上方、下方各设有一内灯罩。
