Abstract
本发明公开一种餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,包括机体,机体顶部设置进料口,机体内设置有与进料口连通的破碎室,破碎室底部设置有出料通道,机体内设置有顶部与出料通道连通的螺旋推料室,螺旋推料室水平设置,螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,出液口处设置有用于过滤污水的过滤网或过滤孔,破碎室内设置有转动轴和套装在转动轴上的破碎刀片,螺旋推料室内设置有螺旋轴和套装在螺旋轴上的螺旋叶片;本发明通过设置有破碎室和螺旋推料室,在螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,在出液口处设置有过滤网,结构紧凑,能够有效的破碎垃圾、过滤污水和筛分垃圾,有利于垃圾后续处理。

技术领域
本发明属于破碎、磨粉或粉碎;谷物碾磨的预处理的技术领域,具体地涉及一种餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置。
背景技术
随着社会快速发展,对餐厨垃圾的处理要求越来越高,餐厨垃圾主要包括剩饭、剩菜、菜叶、果皮、蛋壳、食物残渣等物质;以往农村社会时代,部分餐厨垃圾可以通过收集用来喂家畜,避免了浪费和对环境的污染,但在现代化的都市则难以实现,在现代化的都市里,餐厨垃圾若不及时收集处理,则极易腐烂变质,散发恶臭,传播细菌和病毒,不利于厨房的卫生,目前,在对餐厨垃圾进行处理时,通常是将餐厨垃圾导入粉碎脱水装置中进行粉碎,然而目前的粉碎脱水装置通常采用离心式粉碎,这种方式容易造成卡壳,并且不能对较硬的大骨头等物体进行粉碎,还需要人工再次处理,而且一次的处理量很少,粉碎效果较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,该餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置通过设置有破碎室和螺旋推料室,在螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,在出液口处设置有过滤网,结构紧凑,能够有效的破碎垃圾、过滤污水和筛分垃圾,有利于垃圾后续处理。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,包括机体,所述机体顶部设置进料口,所述机体内设置有与进料口连通的破碎室,所述破碎室底部设置有出料通道,所述机体内设置有顶部与出料通道连通的螺旋推料室,所述螺旋推料室水平设置,所述螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,所述出液口处设置有用于过滤污水的过滤网或过滤孔,所述破碎室内设置有转动轴和套装在转动轴上的破碎刀片,所述螺旋推料室内设置有螺旋轴和套装在螺旋轴上的螺旋叶片。
进一步,所述机体侧壁上设置有电机,所述螺旋轴一端延伸出螺旋推料室通过联轴器与电机连接。
进一步,所述螺旋轴另一端延伸出螺旋推料室处套装有主动齿轮,所述转动轴一端套装有从动锥齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动锥齿轮啮合。
进一步,所述破碎室倾斜设置在机体内,所述破碎室上部设置有与进料口连通的开口,所述破碎刀片设置在开口下方。
进一步,所述转动轴上位于破碎刀片下方设置有螺旋刀片。
进一步,所述转动轴倾斜角度设置为15-30°。
进一步,所述转动轴两端设置有轴承I和用于固定轴承I的左端盖和轴承盖。
进一步,所述螺旋轴两端设置有轴承和用于固定轴承的固定板和右端盖。
进一步,所述螺旋推料室内靠近出渣口处设置有轴封和导渣块。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置通过设置有破碎室和螺旋推料室,在螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,在出液口处设置有过滤网,结构紧凑,能够有效的破碎垃圾、过滤污水和筛分垃圾,有利于垃圾后续处理。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
如图1-图4所示为本发明餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置的结构示意图;本发明一种餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,包括机体1,所述机体1顶部设置进料口2,所述机体1内设置有与进料口2连通的破碎室3,所述破碎室3底部设置有出料通道8,所述机体1内设置有顶部与出料通道8连通的螺旋推料室9,所述螺旋推料室9水平设置,所述螺旋推料室9底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口18和出渣口19,所述出液口18处设置有用于过滤污水的过滤网或过滤孔,所述破碎室3内设置有转动轴5和套装在转动轴5上的破碎刀片6,所述螺旋推料室9内设置有螺旋轴10和套装在螺旋轴10上的螺旋叶片11。
本实施例通过设置有破碎室和螺旋推料室,在螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,在出液口处设置有过滤网,利用驱动装置分别驱动转动轴5和螺旋轴10工作,分别达到破碎垃圾和螺旋推料的目的,在垃圾破碎后,利用螺旋轴和螺旋叶片11使垃圾中的泥渣和污水,分别通过过滤网或过滤孔进行分选处理,污水从出液口分离处理,泥渣从出渣口19排除,能够有效的破碎垃圾、过滤污水和筛分垃圾,有利于垃圾后续处理。
优选的实施方式,所述机体1侧壁上设置有电机12,所述螺旋轴10一端延伸出螺旋推料室通过联轴器13与电机12连接,本实施例中驱动装置设置为电机10,利用电机驱动螺旋推料室内螺旋轴10工作,达到螺旋推料的目的。
优选的实施方式,所述螺旋轴10另一端延伸出螺旋推料室9处套装有主动齿轮15,所述转动轴5一端套装有从动锥齿轮16,所述主动齿轮15和从动锥齿轮16啮合,本实施例该结构通过从动锥齿轮16和主动齿轮15啮合,有利于一个电机同时带动转动轴5和旋转轴工作,使设备解耦紧凑,传动效率高。
优选的实施方式,所述破碎室3倾斜设置在机体1内,所述破碎室3上部设置有与进料口2连通的开口,所述破碎刀片6设置在开口下方,该结构有利于残余垃圾破碎后沿倾斜破碎室3自动进入出料通道8和螺旋推料室10内,方便螺旋推料进行分选泥渣和污水。
优选的实施方式,所述转动轴5上位于破碎刀片6下方设置有螺旋刀片7,本实施例通过螺旋刀片7,有利于使残余垃圾破碎后沿倾斜破碎室3自动进入出料通道8和螺旋推料室10内,方便螺旋推料进行分选泥渣和污水。
优选的实施方式,所述转动轴倾斜角度设置为15-30°,该结构有利于使残余垃圾破碎后沿倾斜破碎室3自动进入出料通道8和螺旋推料室10内。
优选的实施方式,所述转动轴5两端设置有轴承I17和用于固定轴承I17 的左端盖20和轴承盖22,该结构有流域安装固定转动轴5,提高传动效率,方便安装固定轴承和传动轴。
优选的实施方式,所述螺旋轴10两端设置有轴承14和用于固定轴承14的固定板21和右端盖25。
优选的实施方式,所述螺旋推料室9内靠近出渣口处设置有轴封22和导渣块23,该结构有利于导渣以及避免泥渣进入轴承内,提高轴承使用寿命。

1.一种餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,包括机体,所述机体顶部设置进料口,其特征在于:所述机体内设置有与进料口连通的破碎室,所述破碎室底部设置有出料通道,所述机体内设置有顶部与出料通道连通的螺旋推料室,所述螺旋推料室水平设置,所述螺旋推料室底部沿推料方向依次设置有出液口和出渣口,所述出液口处设置有用于过滤污水的过滤网或过滤孔,所述破碎室内设置有转动轴和套装在转动轴上的破碎刀片,所述螺旋推料室内设置有螺旋轴和套装在螺旋轴上的螺旋叶片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述机体侧壁上设置有电机,所述螺旋轴一端延伸出螺旋推料室通过联轴器与电机连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋轴另一端延伸出螺旋推料室处套装有主动齿轮,所述转动轴一端套装有从动锥齿轮,所述主动齿轮和从动锥齿轮啮合。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述破碎室倾斜设置在机体内,所述破碎室上部设置有与进料口连通的开口,所述破碎刀片设置在开口下方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述转动轴上位于破碎刀片下方设置有螺旋刀片。
6.根据权利要求4所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述转动轴倾斜角度设置为15-30°。
7.根据权利要求4所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述转动轴两端设置有轴承I和用于固定轴承I的左端盖和轴承盖。
8.根据权利要求3所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋轴两端设置有轴承和用于固定轴承的固定板和右端盖。
9.根据权利要求3所述的餐余垃圾螺旋破碎分选装置,其特征在于:所述螺旋推料室内靠近出渣口处设置有轴封和导渣块。
