Abstract
本发明公开一种餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,包括机体,所述机体内套装有破碎滚筒,所述破碎滚筒两端延伸出壳体两侧外分别设置有入料口和出料口,所述破碎滚筒连接有驱动破碎滚筒旋转的驱动装置,所述破碎滚筒内壁上设置有用于螺旋推料的螺旋刀片和用于粉碎粉料的粉碎刀片;本发明通过在破碎滚筒内设置有螺旋刀片和粉碎刀片,利用螺旋刀片对进入破碎滚筒内的残余垃圾进行推送,在破碎滚筒旋转过程中,粉碎刀片对残余垃圾进行破碎,达到粉碎,推送的效果,使残余垃圾粉碎和大小固物同时进行分离,超过滚筒筛孔的大物质经过出料口排出,提高设备使用效率并达到提高有机质的后端利用率。

技术领域
本发明属于水、废水、污水或污泥的处理的技术领域,具体地涉及一种餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机。
背景技术
随着社会快速发展,对餐厨垃圾的处理要求越来越高,餐厨垃圾主要包括剩饭、剩菜、菜叶、果皮、蛋壳、食物残渣等物质;以往农村社会时代,部分餐厨垃圾可以通过收集用来喂家畜,避免了浪费和对环境的污染,但在现代化的都市则难以实现,在现代化的都市里,餐厨垃圾若不及时收集处理,则极易腐烂变质,散发恶臭,传播细菌和病毒,不利于厨房的卫生,目前,在对餐厨垃圾进行处理时,通常是将餐厨垃圾导入粉碎脱水装置中进行粉碎,粉碎后进行固液分离脱水,现有的固液分离和粉碎大多数采用2台设备进行分别处理,导致结构复杂,成本高,效率低。
发明内容
有鉴于此,为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,该餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机通过在破碎滚筒内设置有螺旋刀片和粉碎刀片,利用螺旋刀片对进入破碎滚筒内的残余垃圾进行推送,在破碎滚筒旋转过程中,粉碎刀片对残余垃圾进行破碎,达到粉碎,推送的效果,使残余垃圾粉碎和大小固物同时进行分离,超过滚筒筛孔的大物质经过出料口排出,提高设备使用效率并达到提高有机质的后端利用率。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,包括机体,所述机体内套装有破碎滚筒,所述破碎滚筒侧壁上设置有筛孔,所述破碎滚筒两端延伸出壳体两侧外分别设置有入料口和出料口,所述破碎滚筒连接有驱动破碎滚筒旋转的驱动装置,所述破碎滚筒内壁上设置有用于螺旋推料的螺旋刀片和用于粉碎粉料的粉碎刀片。
进一步,所述粉碎刀片间隔均布在破碎滚筒内壁上。
进一步,所述驱动装置包括电机、与电机连接的小齿轮和固定套装在破碎滚筒外壁上的大齿圈,所述小齿轮和大齿圈啮合连接。
进一步,所述机体上设置有用于外壁边沿大齿圈延伸出机体外壁出的齿槽。
进一步,所述电机连接有减速机,所述电机和减速机安装在机体顶部,所述小齿轮套装在减速机输出轴上,齿槽设置在机体中部。
进一步,所述机体两端设置有套装在破碎滚筒上的安装盖,所述机体内壁靠近安装盖处设置有轴承固定挡环,所述破碎滚筒两端通过安装盖、垫圈、轴承安装在轴承固定挡环处。
进一步,所述机体底部设置有出水槽。
进一步,所述破碎滚筒的入料口处设置有弧形进料管,所述弧形进料管通过旋转压盖和轴承I套装在破碎滚筒上。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机通过在破碎滚筒内设置有螺旋刀片和粉碎刀片,利用螺旋刀片对进入破碎滚筒内的残余垃圾进行推送,在破碎滚筒旋转过程中,粉碎刀片对残余垃圾进行破碎,达到粉碎,推送的效果,使残余垃圾粉碎和大小固物同时进行分离,超过筛孔的大物质经过出料口排出,提高设备使用效率并达到提高有机质的后端利用率。

下面将结合附图,对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
如图1-图2所示为本发明餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机的结构示意图;本发明一种餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,包括机体1,所述机体1内套装有破碎滚筒2,所述破碎滚筒2侧壁上设置有筛孔9,所述破碎滚筒2两端延伸出壳体1两侧外分别设置有入料口和出料口,所述破碎滚筒2连接有驱动破碎滚筒2旋转的驱动装置,所述破碎滚筒2内壁上设置有用于螺旋推料的螺旋刀片15和用于粉碎粉料的粉碎刀片16。
本实施例残余垃圾通过破碎滚筒2一侧的入料口处进入破碎滚筒2内,在驱动装置的带动下,破碎滚筒进行旋转,通过在破碎滚筒2内设置有螺旋刀片 15和粉碎刀片16,利用螺旋刀片15对进入破碎滚筒内的残余垃圾进行推送,利用粉碎刀片对残余垃圾进行破碎,达到粉碎,推送的效果,使残余垃圾粉碎,残余垃圾中液体和小固物通过筛孔9分离出来进入机体内,而超过筛孔的大固物质经过出料口排出,提高设备使用效率并达到提高有机质的后端利用率。
优选的实施方式,所述粉碎刀片16间隔均布在破碎滚筒2内壁上,该结构有利于对残余垃圾中的大固物质像水果颗粒,肉里,菜叶和碎骨头进行多次粉碎,有利于提高设备使用效率并达到提高有机质的后端利用率。
优选的实施方式,所述驱动装置包括电机4、与电机4连接的小齿轮6和固定套装在破碎滚筒2外壁上的大齿圈8,所述小齿轮6和大齿圈8啮合连接,本实施例通过电机驱动小齿轮6转动,小齿轮通过啮合大齿圈8驱动大齿圈8转动,大齿圈8带动破碎滚筒2旋转,使破碎滚筒2达到粉碎,推送的效果。
优选的实施方式,所述机体1上设置有用于外壁边沿大齿圈8延伸出机体外壁出的齿槽,该结构使机体1和破碎滚筒2结构紧凑,驱动装置传动稳定可靠。
优选的实施方式,所述电机4连接有减速机5,所述电机4和减速机5安装在机体1顶部,所述小齿轮6套装在减速机5输出轴上,齿槽设置在机体1中部,该结构方便布局和安装电机和减速箱,使电机、机体1和破碎滚筒2结构紧凑,驱动装置传动稳定可靠,传动效率高。
优选的实施方式,所述机体1两端设置有套装在破碎滚筒2上的安装盖10,所述机体1内壁靠近安装盖10处设置有轴承固定挡环12,所述破碎滚筒两端通过安装盖10、垫圈、轴承10安装在轴承固定挡环12处,该结构有利于将破碎滚筒两端套装在机体1内,同时方便旋转,摩擦力低,传动稳定。
优选的实施方式,所述机体1底部设置有出水槽8,在机体1和破碎滚筒之间设置有间隙,残余垃圾中液体和小固物通过筛孔9分离出来进入机体内间隙并且从出水槽8排放出去,有利于提高有机质的后端利用率。
优选的实施方式,所述破碎滚筒2的入料口处设置有弧形进料管3,所述弧形进料管3通过旋转压盖13和轴承I12套装在破碎滚筒上,该结构在破碎滚筒2 转动过程中,有利于使弧形进料管3持续保持进料状态,使进料避免干扰。

1.一种餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,包括机体,其特征在于:所述机体内套装有破碎滚筒,所述破碎滚筒侧壁上设置有筛孔,所述破碎滚筒两端延伸出壳体两侧外分别设置有入料口和出料口,所述破碎滚筒连接有驱动破碎滚筒旋转的驱动装置,所述破碎滚筒内壁上设置有用于螺旋推料的螺旋刀片和用于粉碎粉料的粉碎刀片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,其特征在于:所述粉碎刀片间隔均布在破碎滚筒内壁上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,其特征在于:所述驱动装置包括电机、与电机连接的小齿轮和固定套装在破碎滚筒外壁上的大齿圈,所述小齿轮和大齿圈啮合连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,其特征在于:所述机体上设置有用于外壁边沿大齿圈延伸出机体外壁出的齿槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,其特征在于:所述电机连接有减速机,所述电机和减速机安装在机体顶部,所述小齿轮套装在减速机输出轴上,齿槽设置在机体中部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的餐余垃圾固液分离破碎机,其特征在于:所述机体两端设置有套装在破碎滚筒上的安装盖,所述机体内壁靠近安装盖处设置有轴承固定挡环,所述破碎滚筒两端通过安装盖、垫圈、轴承安装在轴承固定挡环处。
