Abstract
本发明涉及天然活性物虫草素多重自乳化体系的制备,通过二步乳化法制备虫草素多重自乳化体系,MCT、PGPR、GMS、甘油在65℃下混合混匀形成油相,同温度下去离子水、明胶、虫草素混合形成水相,将水相加入油相550r/min搅拌15分钟,得到初乳。初乳冷却至50℃时,加入吐温80,250r/min搅拌15分钟得到复乳。

技术领域
发明涉及天然活性物虫草素载体的制备。
背景技术
虫草素是冬虫夏草的活性成分之一,具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗菌等作用,目前主要应用于保健品中,但虫草素脂溶性较差、不易被人体吸收,高温活性成分易被破坏,生物利用率较低,限制了虫草素的应用。
因此制备合适的虫草素的载体十分重要,目前针对虫草素多重乳液的制备的研究未见报道。
发明内容
本发明研究的制备工艺,涉及到多重乳液的制备配方以及工艺。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
MCT、PGPR、GMS、甘油在65℃下混合混匀形成油相,同温度下去离子水、明胶、虫草素混合形成水相,将水相加入油相550r/min搅拌15分钟,得到初乳。初乳冷却至50℃时,加入吐温80,250r/min搅拌15分钟得到复乳。
其中MCT:GMS:PGPR:甘油=40:10:10:2,水相与油相比例为7:3。
具体实施方式
本发明结合实例做进一步描述,但并不是限制本发明。
实施例1:
1.仪器与试剂
电子分析天平BS124S 型(北京赛多利斯仪器系统有限公司)、磁力搅拌电热恒温水浴锅EMS-30 型(上海乔跃电子有限公司)、电热恒温鼓风干燥箱DHG-9030A 型(上海精宏试验设备有限公司)
虫草素(98%)(陕西柏科生物科技有限公司)、辛癸酸甘油酯(河南正通化工有限公司)、聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇单油酸酯(国药集团化学试剂有限公司)、丙三醇(国药集团化学试剂有限公司)、聚甘油蓖麻醇脂(上海佑创实业有限公司)、单硬脂酸甘油酯(莘县新星油脂有限公司)
2.制备
MCT、PGPR、GMS、甘油在65℃下混合混匀形成油相,同温度下去离子水、明胶、虫草素混合形成水相,将水相加入油相550r/min搅拌15分钟,得到初乳。初乳冷却至50℃时,加入吐温80,250r/min搅拌15分钟得到复乳。
其中MCT为4.0g、 GMS为1.0 g、吐温80为0.6g、PGPR为1g、甘油0.2 g、水相6.4 g,虫草素负载量0.02 g。
3.表征
光学显微镜观察其形貌,同为时考察其稳定性。
实施例2:
如实例1所述,选择虫草素负载量0.04 g。
Claims (2)
1.一种虫草素多重自乳化给药的制备,通过二步乳化法制备虫草素多重乳液,将MCT、GMS、PGPR、甘油在65℃下机械搅拌混合形成油相,同温度下虫草素、去离子水、明胶混合形成水相,将水相加入油相磁子搅拌15分钟得到初乳,取一定量的初乳和吐温80混合均匀,明胶完全溶解在水中后,将水相加入初乳,磁子搅拌15分钟得到复乳。
2.根据权利要求1,其中MCT:GMS:PGPR:甘油=40:10:10:2,水相与油相比例为7:3。
