Abstract

本发明涉及天然活性物原花青素多重乳液水凝胶的制备,将玉米油、乙酰化单甘脂、聚乙二醇 30‑二聚羟基硬脂酸酯以及含有原花青素去离子水溶液,于65℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌15分钟,转速600 rpm,制备初乳,缓慢滴加至含有吐温80去离子水溶液中,于50℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌10分钟,转速400 rpm,制备原花青素多重乳液。将制备的原花青素多重乳液与5%壳聚糖水凝胶1:1质量比,100rpm,搅拌5min,充分混合,然后滴加到2.5%三聚磷酸钠交联剂中进行交联,交联20 min。制备原花青素多重乳液水凝胶球。

一种原花青素多重乳液水凝胶的制备
技术领域
本发明涉及天然活性物原花青素载体制备。
背景技术
原花青素又称缩合鞣质,归属缩合单宁一类,是一种具有特别分子结构的天然生物类黄酮化合物,它是至今为止国际上公认的清除身体里自由基较有效果的天然抗氧化剂。
但是由于原花青素结构复杂,稳定差,见光容易分解等缺点,仍然没有得到解决,而且产品多以胶囊,片剂等让人服用时,依从性较差,且生物利用率较低。
因此制备合适的载体十分重要,目前针对原花青素多重乳液水凝胶的制备的研究未见报道。
发明内容
本发明研究原花青素多重乳液水凝胶的制备工艺。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
将玉米油、乙酰化单甘脂、聚乙二醇 30-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯以及含有原花青素去离子水溶液,于65℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌15分钟,转速600 rpm,制备初乳,缓慢滴加至含有吐温80 去离子水溶液中,于50℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌10分钟,转速400 rpm,制备原花青素多重乳液。
将制备的原花青素多重乳液与5%壳聚糖水凝胶1:1质量比,100rpm,搅拌5min,充分混合,然后滴加到2.5%三聚磷酸钠交联剂中进行交联,交联20 min。制备原花青素多重乳液水凝胶球。
具体实施方式
本发明结合实例做进一步描述,但并不是限制本发明。
实施例1:
1.仪器与试剂
电子分析天平BS124S 型(北京赛多利斯仪器系统有限公司)、磁力搅拌电热恒温水浴锅EMS-30 型(上海乔跃电子有限公司)、电热恒温鼓风干燥箱DHG-9030A 型(上海精宏试验设备有限公司)
原花青素(98%)(陕西承乾生物科技有限公司)、壳聚糖(上海爱康化工有限公司)、三聚磷酸钠(国药集团化学试剂有限公司)、乙酰化单甘脂(ACE)( 上海羚越实业有限公司)、 聚乙二醇 30-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯(P135)( 广州市格垒仕贸易有限公司)、十水山梨醇单油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚(Tween 80)(青岛优索化学科技有限公司)、玉米油(丰益国际)、去离子水(娃哈哈集团)
2.制备
将玉米油18.4%、乙酰化单甘脂3.68%、聚乙二醇 30-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯1.92%以及含有原花青素去离子水溶液15.84%,于65℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌15分钟,转速600 rpm,制备初乳,缓慢滴加至含有吐温80 去离子水溶液20%中,于50℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌10分钟,转速400 rpm,制备原花青素多重乳液,将制备的原花青素多重乳液与5%壳聚糖水凝胶1:1质量比,100rpm,搅拌5min,充分混合,然后滴加到2.5%三聚磷酸钠交联剂中进行交联,交联20min。制备原花青素多重乳液水凝胶球。
3.表征
粒度仪测定粒度,同时考察其稳定性。
实施例2:
如实例1所述,选择原花青素负载量0.04 g。

Claims (4)

1.一种原花青素多重乳液的制备,将玉米油、乙酰化单甘脂、聚乙二醇 30-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯以及含有原花青素去离子水溶液,于65℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌15分钟,转速600 rpm,制备初乳,缓慢滴加至含有吐温80 去离子水溶液中,于50℃水浴加热,磁力搅拌10分钟,转速400 rpm,制备原花青素多重乳液。
2.根据权利要求1,其中玉米油18.4%,乙酰化单甘脂3.68%,聚乙二醇 30-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯1.92%,吐温80水溶液20%。
3.将制备的原花青素多重乳液与壳聚糖水凝胶,100rpm,搅拌5min,充分混合,然后滴加到三聚磷酸钠交联剂中进行交联,交联20 min,制备原花青素多重乳液水凝胶球。
4.根据权利要求3,其中壳聚糖水凝胶浓度为5%,原花青素多重乳液与壳聚糖水凝胶比例为1:1,三聚磷酸钠交联剂浓度为2.5%。
