4. The tightening and relaxing cream containing an extract of industrial hemp leaves as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emulsification aid is hydrogenated lecithin.
5. The tightening and relaxing cream containing an extract of industrial hemp leaves as claimed in claim 1, wherein said chelating agent is disodium edetate.
6. The method for preparing the tightening and relaxing cream containing the industrial cannabis leaf extract as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing an aqueous phase: adding deionized water into an emulsifying pot, uniformly scattering carbomer on the surface, standing and settling, and then adding trehalose, allantoin, a chelating agent, panthenol, an emulsifying aid and methyl hydroxybenzoate under stirring; adding xanthan gum and sodium hyaluronate into butanediol, stirring uniformly, adding into an emulsifying pot, starting stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 10-30 min;
(2) preparing an oil phase: adding cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl stearate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, cetearyl alcohol, myristyl myristate, oat kernel oil, diethylhexyl carbonate, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate and polydimethylsiloxane into an oil phase pot, heating to 80-90 ℃, uniformly stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, and weighing tocopheryl acetate, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane for later use;
(3) homogenizing and emulsifying: adding the oil phase into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 5-15 min, defoaming in vacuum for 15-25 min, and then cooling;
(4) cooling to 55-65 ℃, adding triethanolamine, and uniformly stirring;
(5) cooling to 40-50 ℃, sequentially adding hamamelis water, geranium flower water, industrial hemp leaf extract, essence and phenoxyethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial hemp leaf extract.
7. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (1), the heating is carried out to 85 ℃ and the temperature is kept for 20 min.
8. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the homogenization is performed for 10min, and the temperature reduction is started after the vacuum defoaming is performed for 20 min.
9. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the temperature in the step (4) is reduced to 60 ℃.
10. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃ in the step (5).
