As can be seen from table 1, the tightening and soothing cream containing the industrial hemp leaf extract has excellent skin soothing and soothing effects and skin elasticity enhancing effects, wherein example 1 is an optimal implementation mode, comparative examples 1 to 3 show that different raw material proportions can affect the skin soothing and skin elasticity enhancing effects, example 1 is an optimal proportion, and comparative examples 1 to 4 show that the industrial hemp leaf extract, hamamelis water, geranium flower water and oat kernel oil can affect the skin soothing and skin elasticity enhancing effects, wherein the industrial hemp leaf extract has the largest effect, can significantly improve the skin soothing and skin elasticity enhancing effects, and the hamamelis water also can significantly improve the skin soothing and skin elasticity enhancing effects, the pelargonium roseum flower water and the oat kernel oil can also remarkably improve the skin soothing effect, but the improvement on the effect of enhancing the skin elasticity is not obvious enough.

The tightening and relaxing cream containing the industrial cannabis sativa leaf extract is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05 to 0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.01 to 0.2 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.4 to 3 parts of cetearyl olivetoleate, 0.4 to 2.5 parts of sorbitan olivetoleate, 0.2 to 2 parts of glyceryl stearate, 0.03 to 0.3 part of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.04 to 0.25 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.4 to 4 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 0.4 to 3 parts of myristyl myristate, 0.5 to 3 parts of oat kernel oil, 1 to 8 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 0.4 to 4 parts of propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, 0.3 to 3 parts of trehalose, 0.8 to 5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.4 to 3 parts of tocopheryl acetate, 0.1 to 1.2 parts of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 1 to 6 parts of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 0.1 to 0.4 part of triethanolamine, 1 to 6 parts of witch hazelwort water, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of geranium water, 0.1-6 parts of industrial hemp leaf extract, 0.02-0.2 part of essence, 0.2-0.6 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.5 part of allantoin, 0.01-0.12 part of chelating agent, 0.1-1.2 parts of panthenol, 0.1-0.4 part of carbomer, 2-10 parts of butanediol, 0.1-0.6 part of emulsifying aid and 50-70 parts of deionized water.

The tightening and relaxing cream containing an industrial cannabis leaf extract as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05 to 0.2 part of xanthan gum, 0.01 to 0.1 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.5 to 2 parts of cetearyl olive oleate, 0.5 to 2 parts of sorbitan olive oleate, 0.5 to 2 parts of glycerol stearate, 0.05 to 0.2 part of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.05 to 0.2 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.5 to 3 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 0.5 to 2 parts of myristyl myristate, 0.5 to 2 parts of oat kernel oil, 2 to 7 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 0.5 to 3 parts of propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, 0.5 to 2 parts of trehalose, 1 to 4 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5 to 2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.1 to 1 part of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 1 to 5 parts of cyclopenta polydimethylsiloxane, 0.1 to 0.3 part of triethanolamine, 1 to 5 parts of witch hazelwort water, 1 to 5 parts of geranium water, 0.1-5 parts of industrial hemp leaf extract, 0.02-0.1 part of essence, 0.3-0.5 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.1-0.4 part of allantoin, 0.01-0.1 part of chelating agent, 0.1-1 part of panthenol, 0.1-0.3 part of carbomer, 2-8 parts of butanediol, 0.1-0.5 part of emulsifying aid and 55-65 parts of deionized water.

The tightening and relaxing cream containing an industrial cannabis leaf extract as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1 part of xanthan gum, 0.05 part of sodium hyaluronate, 1 part of cetearyl olive oleate, 1.2 parts of sorbitan olive oleate, 1 part of glyceryl stearate, 0.1 part of methyl hydroxybenzoate, 0.1 part of propyl hydroxybenzoate, 2 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 1 part of myristyl myristate, 1 part of oat kernel oil, 4 parts of diethylhexyl carbonate, 2 parts of propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, 0.8 part of trehalose, 3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.6 part of tocopheryl acetate, 0.4 part of hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, 3 parts of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane, 0.2 part of triethanolamine, 3 parts of hamamelis water, 4 parts of geranium flower water, 3 parts of industrial hemp leaf extract, 0.05 part of essence, 0.4 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.25 part of allantoin, 0.05 part of chelating agent, 0.5 part of panthenol, 0.5 parts of glycerol, 0.2 part of carbomer, 6 parts of butanediol, 0.3 part of emulsifying aid and 60 parts of deionized water.
4. The tightening and relaxing cream containing an extract of industrial hemp leaves as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emulsification aid is hydrogenated lecithin.
5. The tightening and relaxing cream containing an extract of industrial hemp leaves as claimed in claim 1, wherein said chelating agent is disodium edetate.
6. The method for preparing the tightening and relaxing cream containing the industrial cannabis leaf extract as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing an aqueous phase: adding deionized water into an emulsifying pot, uniformly scattering carbomer on the surface, standing and settling, and then adding trehalose, allantoin, a chelating agent, panthenol, an emulsifying aid and methyl hydroxybenzoate under stirring; adding xanthan gum and sodium hyaluronate into butanediol, stirring uniformly, adding into an emulsifying pot, starting stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃, and preserving heat for 10-30 min;
(2) preparing an oil phase: adding cetearyl olive oleate, sorbitan olive oleate, glyceryl stearate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, cetearyl alcohol, myristyl myristate, oat kernel oil, diethylhexyl carbonate, propylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate and polydimethylsiloxane into an oil phase pot, heating to 80-90 ℃, uniformly stirring until the materials are completely dissolved, and weighing tocopheryl acetate, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer and cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane for later use;
(3) homogenizing and emulsifying: adding the oil phase into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 5-15 min, defoaming in vacuum for 15-25 min, and then cooling;
(4) cooling to 55-65 ℃, adding triethanolamine, and uniformly stirring;
(5) cooling to 40-50 ℃, sequentially adding hamamelis water, geranium flower water, industrial hemp leaf extract, essence and phenoxyethanol, and uniformly stirring to obtain the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial hemp leaf extract.
7. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (1), the heating is carried out to 85 ℃ and the temperature is kept for 20 min.
8. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step (3), the homogenization is performed for 10min, and the temperature reduction is started after the vacuum defoaming is performed for 20 min.
9. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the temperature in the step (4) is reduced to 60 ℃.
10. The method for preparing the firming and soothing cream containing the industrial cannabis folium extract as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃ in the step (5).
