Abstract

本发明涉及具有喷口的柔性袋的领域,通常称为“喷口袋(spouted pouch)”,特别是涉及用液体或半稠密产品填充所述柔性袋的方法的领域,例如果汁、酸奶、果泥等。
背景技术
具有喷口的柔性袋由于其使用实用性、用于容纳具有非常不同的物理-化学特征的产品的使用通用性和非常低的成本而最近变得普遍,该使用实用性使其成为儿童特别喜欢的物品。
迄今为止,据估计,具有喷口(spout)的柔性袋的世界范围产量每年有几亿件。
因此,包装的填充线必须特别有效以确保高产量,并且必须可靠以避免生产停止。
在具有喷口的柔性袋的领域中最需要的需求中的一个是具有可防止产品意外泄漏的喷口,特别是因为其在儿童中被广泛地消费。
为此,已经设计出具有能够防止或限制产品意外泄漏的阀系统(无溢出系统)的喷口。在申请人的文献WO 2015/145277中描述了实施方式的一个实例。在文献WO 00/30969中描述了实施方式的另一实例。
显然,具有喷口的柔性袋的填充具有一些问题,其中喷口内部具有无溢出系统。例如,无溢出系统可能负面地影响填充时间,并因此影响产量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种特别有效和可靠的用于填充具有喷口的柔性袋的方法,该喷口具有无溢出系统。
这种目的通过根据权利要求1所述的填充方法来实现。从属权利要求描述了本发明的进一步有利的实施方式。

具体实施方式
参考附图,附图标记1表示柔性袋,其包括由两个或更多个柔性膜制成的壁4形成的袋2,这些壁沿着边缘可能与衬料侧壁(衬料袋)或与衬壁面对,并且与其连接(例如焊接)。
袋1包括密封地应用到袋2的刚性材料的喷口6(喷口袋)。特别地,喷口6通常插入到袋2的边缘的一部分中,通常在侧壁4之间。
优选地,喷口6通过注射成型而由塑料材料(例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯)制成内部中空的单件。
喷口6基本上沿着纵向轴线Z延伸,并且在外部连续地提供焊接部分8、中间部分10和端部12。
焊接部分8包括环形底壁14,其通常在内部是圆柱形且在外部是圆形,具有内部开口15,并且包括多个从底壁14的外表面伸出的肋16,其轴向连续地彼此平行布置。
此外,焊接部分8包括一对扁平的侧凸片18a、18b,其从底壁14径向地向外伸出,在包含纵向轴线Z的假想平面上径向相对且共面地布置。
肋16布置在所述假想平面的一侧和另一侧上,在底壁14上延伸并且向上延伸到所述侧凸片18a、18b的端部,形成典型的“船形”结构,如此使得所述焊接部分通常被称为“焊接船”。
中间部分10优选地包括多个横向板20a、20b、20c,例如数量是三个,其位于与纵向轴线Z正交的假想平面上,彼此轴向地间隔开。
最靠近端部12的板20c优选地承载多个接合元件22,用于接合喷口盖的确保密封件。
端部12通常具有螺纹26和自由外表面24。
在内部,喷口6具有至少两个隔室:可通过内开口15接近的内室30,以及可通过口部28接近并邻近内室30的主管道32。
优选地,内室30从内开口15开始轴向延伸,延伸整个焊接部分8和中间部分10的一部分;主管道32从口部28开始轴向延伸,延伸整个端部12和中间部分10的其余部分。
特别地,主管道32通过管状柄壁34通向内室30。
优选地,所述柄壁34具有圆柱形的圆形内侧表面,并且其直径小于主管道32的直径。
柄壁34的内侧表面和主管道32的表面之间的连接由截锥形连接表面36获得。
在内室30的侧面上,柄壁34由环形凹部38包围。
此外,在距柄壁34的自由端预定轴向距离处,内室30具有连续的或分段的周向凸起40,并且优选地,内室30的位于所述周向凸起40和所述凹部38之间的连接表面44是截锥形的,朝向凹部会聚。
根据本发明,阀组件50设置在喷口6内,在内室30中,在所述柄壁34处。

特别地,膜66在面向主管道的一侧是平的或凹的,而优选地其具有朝向内室30的凸形轮廓。
固定环54包括支撑部分70以及尾部72,该支撑部分支撑阀52。
支撑部分70在内部具有环形座74,阀52的外壁60插入该环形座中,并且在外部具有径向凸起76,其用于与内室30的周向凸起40卡扣接合。
在径向凸起76的前面,支撑部分70具有凹形支撑表面78,以便于与周向凸起40卡扣接合。
阀组件的轴向尺寸使得所述阀组件50布置在内室30中,但是在所述内室30的对应于焊接部分8的部分的外部。
有利地,这允许防止由于在将喷口焊接到袋的过程中产生的热和机械作用而导致的阀或固定环或两者的结构变形。
为了组装喷口6和阀组件50,将该阀组件在内开口15的一侧插入到喷口6中,并且使阀52与柄壁34邻接。
通过轴向地推动固定环54,实现了与喷口的卡扣接合,特别是在固定环54的径向凸起76和内室的周向凸起40之间的接合。
阀52,特别是外壁60,保持夹在柄壁34和固定环的支撑部分70之间。
一旦将喷口6应用到袋2,就通过主管道32的口部28填充袋(图6至图9)。
特别地,填充通过填充管嘴进行,待填充的产品从填充管嘴出来,对于袋的整个填充步骤来说,填充管嘴保持在喷口的外部。
在现有技术的填充过程中,提供了套管,该套管插入到主管道中,穿过阀膜,从而使膜瓣展开并将产品直接供给到袋中或供给到喷口的内室中。
与现有技术方法中发生的相反,本发明提供了将填充管嘴定位在喷口的外部并使产品从喷口中排出。
产品流入主管道并与阀52的膜66接触,从外部对该阀进行操作,例如以使膜瓣69向内变形,从而进入内室30。

创新地,根据本发明的填充方法满足了工业的需要,因为其特别可靠,不提供复杂的注射套管,因此不会使阀的完整性处于危险中,根据现有技术,阀的完整性可能由于套管的插入而损坏。
显然,本领域技术人员可对上述填充方法进行改变。
例如,根据一个变型实施方式,喷嘴部分地穿入喷口的主管道中,使得输送端口112在阀52的上游位于主管道32中,而不穿过阀。
这种变型也包括在由所附权利要求限定的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于填充具有喷口(6)的薄体柔性包装(1)的填充方法,包括以下步骤:
-在所述喷口(6)内提供由口部(28)能接近的主管道(32)和邻近所述主管道(32)并由与所述口部(28)相对的内开口(15)能接近的内室(30);
-提供常闭的阀(52),该阀包括柔性的膜(66),所述膜具有形成膜(66)的膜瓣(69)的至少一个贯穿切口(68),所述阀布置在所述喷口(6)的所述主管道(32)与所述内室(30)之间;
-提供填充管嘴(104),该填充管嘴具有布置在所述阀(52)上游的分配开口(112),以用于分配旨在填充所述包装的产品;
-使所述产品从所述填充管嘴流入所述主管道(32);
-使所述膜瓣(69)变形,以通过在所述主管道(32)中的所述产品的作用而打开所述阀(52);
