Referring to fig. 1, an environment-friendly garbage incinerator comprises an incinerator body 1, a garbage feeding port 2 is arranged at the top of the incinerator body 1, a garbage staying chamber 3 is arranged inside the upper end of the incinerator body 1, a garbage bearing assembly 4 is installed in the garbage staying chamber 3, the garbage bearing assembly 4 comprises a plurality of rotating shafts 5 which are arranged in parallel and garbage cutting cutter discs 6 which are installed on the rotating shafts 5 in a staggered mode, wherein the plurality of rotating shafts 5 are rotatably erected on the incinerator body 1, the rotating shafts 5 are provided with the garbage cutting cutter discs 6, and the garbage cutting cutter discs 6 between the adjacent rotating shafts 5 are arranged in a staggered mode;
referring to fig. 2 and 3, the same end of the plurality of rotating shafts 5 penetrates through the incinerator body 1 to be connected with transmission gears 7 which are meshed with each other, the side surfaces of the transmission gears 7 are meshed with driving gears 9, and the driving gears 9 are installed on a motor shaft of a servo motor 10; wherein the transmission gear 7 and the driving gear 9 are both arranged in the gear box 8.
After the garbage to be incinerated is dumped into the garbage staying chamber 3 of the incinerator body 1 through the garbage feeding hole 2, the garbage is stored in the garbage staying chamber 3 due to the blocking of a plurality of rotating shafts 5 on the garbage bearing component 4; a combustion chamber 11 is arranged in the incinerator body 1 below the garbage retention chamber 3, and heat generated by the combustion chamber 11 during combustion can preheat and dry garbage in the garbage retention chamber 3, so that the garbage can be conveniently incinerated;
when burning, the servo motor 10 is started to work, the driving gear 9 drives the transmission gears 7 to rotate, so that the rotation shafts 5 rotate, the garbage cutting cutter disc 6 on the rotation shafts 5 rotates, garbage in the garbage retention chamber 3 is cut and crushed, and the garbage moves downwards to fall into the combustion chamber 11 for combustion treatment.
