As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the rotating member 500 includes an internal gear 510, a driving gear 520, and a planetary gear 530; the driving gear 520 is installed at the middle of the inner gear 510, the plurality of planetary gears 530 are installed between the driving gear 520 and the planetary gears 530, and the three are conventionally connected, one end of the inner gear 510 is provided with a second motor 540, and the driving shaft of the second motor 540 is respectively in transmission connection with the driving gear 520 and the grinding disc 360. The rotary member 500 is externally provided with a fixing base 550, one end of the fixing base 550 is fixedly connected with the second storage box 600, and the driving gear 520 is in driving connection with the screen drum 700 through a driving shaft 560.
