背景技术
车辆表面容易沾灰,需要经常清洗,使得车辆表面看起来清洁光亮。传统洗车的过程是,将洗车粉或洗车液加入水中,搅拌均匀后用高压水枪喷到车表面,在车表面形成大量的泡沫,过几分钟后,用洗车海绵擦拭,将车表面的污渍除去,再用大量的清水冲去泡沫,最后再用干净的毛巾擦去表面的水分。这种洗车方式洗车时间较长、浪费洗车液和水、成本较高,同时还会对车漆造成损伤甚至留下划痕。
最年来,市场上出现了一些免擦洗车液、免擦洗车粉,但目前市面上的大多免擦洗车液、免擦洗车粉存在无法根除静电灰、清洗效果不佳等问题,同时还需要配合擦拭才能脱水。
因此,如何开发一种清洗效果好、可去除静电灰、免擦拭的洗车粉,是车辆清洗剂领域亟待解决的技术问题之一。

搅拌下,加入阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
搅拌下,加入天然植物水解蛋白、阴非离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
搅拌下,加入氟硅树脂、全氟聚醚,搅拌至溶解均匀,即得免擦洗车粉。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1.本发明的免擦洗车粉配方中添加了天然植物水解蛋白作为表面活性剂,它能起到很好的渗透、发泡、稳泡效果,可以迅速软化灰尘、鸟粪等,将污渍浮选在泡沫表面,脱除车漆表面,防止一定时间内灰尘沉积。
2.本发明的免擦洗车粉配方中还添加了氟硅树脂和全氟聚醚,氟硅树脂能将洗车液的表面张力降低到极低的水平,可以去除车漆表面的静电灰;全氟聚醚具有极低的表面张力、耐酸耐碱特性,起到极好的渗透效果,防止清洗后的车辆表面再次吸附灰尘,延长排斥灰尘时间,保持车漆长久光亮,还可以防水防雾。
3.本发明首次将天然植物水解蛋白和全氟聚醚用于洗涤剂领域,二者具有明显的协同增效作用,与其它成分复配可获得比市面上的汽车清洗剂更强的去污清洁力;而且使用更加温和,刺激性小,不伤皮肤;由于天然植物水解蛋白原料来源于绿色植物,容易降解,对环境友好,无污染,同时解决了目前采用人工合成洗涤剂原料不易降解而导致污染的问题。
4.本发明的洗车粉低泡,省去擦拭的环节,节省人力,节省水,同时保护车漆,使车漆表面光亮如新。
具体实施方式
下文提供了具体的实施方式进一步说明本发明,但本发明不仅仅限于以下的实施方式。
本申请的发明人在车用清洗剂的长期研发中发现,将天然植物水解蛋白和全氟聚醚作为表面活性剂和除灰剂用于车用清洗剂中,以合适的比例复配,可获得比市面上车用清洗剂更强的去污清洁力,而且使用更加温和,刺激性小,不伤皮肤,更重要的是天然植物水解蛋白原料来源于绿色植物,容易降解,对环境友好,无污染,解决了目前采用人工合成洗涤剂原料不易降解而导致污染的问题。而将天然植物水解蛋白和全氟聚醚用于洗涤剂领域,尚属首次,以前未见文献报道。
在对众多组分复配的过程中,随着配方配比的不同,产品的效果如去污清洁力、温和度、对皮肤的刺激性以及产品成本等会有较大的差异。我们经过大量的实验研究和改进,综合考虑产品的各种性能和成本,得到了下面的配方。

所述氟硅树脂选自五氟苯基硅树脂、七氟苯基硅树脂、九氟苯基硅树脂、十一氟苯基硅树脂、十三氟苯基硅树脂、九氟磺基硅树脂和七氟磺基硅树脂中的至少一种。氟硅树脂能将洗车液的表面张力降低到极低的水平,可以去除车漆表面的静电灰。
所述全氟聚醚选自全氟辛烷聚氧乙烯醚(EO数为7)、全氟辛烷聚氧乙烯醚(EO数为5)、全氟辛烷聚氧乙烯醚(EO数为9)、全氟十二烷聚氧乙烯醚(EO数为10)、全氟十二烷聚氧乙烯醚(EO数为9)和全氟十二烷聚氧乙烯醚(EO数为7)中的至少一种。全氟聚醚耐强碱,并且含量极低的情况下也具有良好的表面活性和渗透性,可以在含量极低的情况下,渗透入污渍内部,润湿污渍,利于阴离子、非离子等表面活性剂将其“拔除”。全氟聚醚还具有极低的表面张力,可以防止清洗后的车辆表面再次吸附灰尘,延长排斥灰尘时间,保持车漆长久光亮,还可以防水防雾。
所述天然植物水解蛋白选自小麦水解蛋白、玉米水解蛋白、花生水解蛋白、大豆水解蛋白、马铃薯水解蛋白中的至少一种。天然植物水解蛋白都来源于天然植物,容易降解,对环境友好,无污染。更重要的是,天然植物水解蛋白具有良好的起泡和稳泡性能,具有较大的泡沫,可以提高泡沫的膜厚度,能使得泡沫长久稳定存在,在洗车过程中,可以使得阴非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂的产生的泡沫稳定存在,这样就可以将油污、灰尘等悬浮在泡沫表层,达到“浮选”灰尘的目的,将污渍拔除,防止再次“沉积”。
根据需要,本发明的免擦洗车粉还可含有各种本领域常用的辅料,例如食用香精、食用色素等。
我们经过大量实验和深入研究后发现,天然植物水解蛋白和全氟聚醚的用量对产品的清洁力、温和度等性能有很大的影响。当天然植物水解蛋白的质量占配方总质量的10.0-25.0%、全氟聚醚的质量占配方总质量的1.0-2.0%时,能达到很好的清洗效果。这是因为全氟聚醚具有极佳的降低表面张力的作用,提高清洗力,迅速在车漆表面形成疏水层,在清洗的同时迅速脱除水分,同时泡沫极低,可以消泡,达到免擦拭、高清洗力的作用,但成本相对较高。天然植物水解蛋白可以起到很好的渗透、发泡、稳泡效果,可以迅速软化灰尘、鸟粪等,可以将污渍浮选在泡沫表面,脱除车漆表面,防止一定时间内灰尘沉积。因此需要从去污洗净力、温和度、成本等因素综合考虑配方配比。
本发明的免擦洗车粉可以通过以下方法制备(冷配):
1.将计量好的有机溶剂投入搅拌锅中,开启搅拌,搅拌速度为100-500rpm/min左右,加入计量好的螯合剂、无机碱,搅拌至溶解均匀;
2.搅拌下,加入计量好的阴离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
3.搅拌下,加入计量好的天然植物水解蛋白、阴非离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌溶解均匀;
4.搅拌下,加入计量好的氟硅树脂、全氟聚醚,搅拌至溶解均匀,即得免擦洗车粉。
上述制备过程中各组分的配比关系与上述免擦洗车液配方中各组分的配比关系一致。
本发明的免擦洗车液所使用表面活性剂天然植物水解蛋白来源于绿色植物,不仅绿色环保,使用更加温和,刺激性小,而且与全氟聚醚等成分复配,取得极佳的清洗效果,经实验检测,其清洁力比市面上的清洗剂产品明显更强;而且低泡,省去擦拭的环节,省力省水,除尘、防静电灰,保护车漆,使车漆表面长时间保持光亮。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述,但本发明并不限于以下实施例。

清洁力实验
将实施例1-6的免擦洗车粉产品与市售产品A和市售产品B按照如下方法进行清洁力检测并进行比较。
市售产品A为低泡面擦洗车粉,其主要成分有:碳酸钠、柠檬酸钠、月桂酰/十四烷基葡萄糖苷、硫酸钠、烯基磺酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠。
市售产品B为多效免擦洗车粉,其主要成分是月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、磺酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-9、碳酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠等。
实施例1-6的产品及市售产品A和B进行清洁力测试。把买来的清洁白布裁剪成边长为60mm的正方形,实验开始前将清洁白布编号,放入105℃烘箱,保持2h,确定其干燥,然后取出放入干燥箱干燥后准确称重。在未清洗车漆表面同一部位的20cm*20cm的范围内,将待测洗车粉用一定硬度的水配制成确定浓度的洗涤剂溶液,免擦洗车粉稀释的具体方法如下:1:80兑水,溶解成水溶液,用热水冲开;
任选下列三种用具中的一种,依次用待测洗车粉配制好的水溶液洗车:
(1)全自动高压洗车机
(2)喷液机+高压洗车机
(3)泡沫罐+高压洗车机
高压洗车机压力需大于70公斤以上出水量为15~18升;
洗涤后,立刻用清洁白布擦拭洗涤处,用力擦拭,保证洗涤处20cm*20cm的范围内的未清洗掉的污渍全部手动擦除并保留在清洁白布上,将使用后的清洁白布包好,放入105℃烘箱,保持2h,确定其干燥,然后取出放入干燥箱干燥后准确称重,计算使用前后的质量变化,计量误差为±0.0001克(10毫克),数据对比列在表1中,数值越小说明清洗越干净,所用洗车粉的清洁力越好。

从表1可以看出,实施例1-6的免擦洗车粉未洗掉的污渍质量显著小于市售产品A和B,这说明本发明免擦洗车粉的清洁力显著强于市售产品A和B,去污能力比市售产品提高了3-10倍。
从表1可以看出,实施例4的清洗效果最好,好于单独提高天然植物水解蛋白添加量的实施例2和单独提高全氟聚醚添加量的实施例3和5,更好于两者添加量均较低的实施例1。这是因为全氟聚醚具有极佳的降低表面张力的作用,提高清洗力,迅速在车漆表面形成疏水层,在清洗的同时迅速脱除水分,同时泡沫极低,可以消泡,达到免擦拭、高清洗力的作用,但成本相对较高。天然植物水解蛋白可以起到很好的渗透、发泡、稳泡效果,可以迅速软化灰尘、鸟粪等,可以将污渍浮选在泡沫表面,脱除车漆表面,防止一定时间内灰尘沉积。
经过大量实验和深入研究后发现,天然植物水解蛋白和全氟聚醚的用量对产品的清洁力、温和度等性能有很大的影响,当天然植物水解蛋白质量占配方总质量的10.0-25.0%、全氟聚醚的质量占配方总质量的1.0-2.0%时,能达到很好的清洗效果。
