In the production process of the electric vehicle tire, firstly packaging the electric vehicle tire belt assembly, and taking out the tire belt; and conveying the tire belt to the next procedure by using the conveying belt to assemble the tire belt, the wheel hub and other parts, thereby producing the electric vehicle tire. Because the assembly process of the tire belt, the hub and other components is automatically completed by a machine, in order to ensure the accurate positioning of the tire belt, the hub, the valve core and other components, and to facilitate the improvement of the production efficiency, the tire belt is generally manually horizontally placed in the middle of a conveyor belt according to a preset interval, and when the tire belt reaches an assembly station, the machine automatically completes the assembly of the tire belt, the hub and other components. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the installation direction of the tire in the assembling process is correct, an operator needs to closely observe the grain direction on the tire belt when placing the tire belt so as to avoid the influence on the anti-skid and rainy-day drainage effects of the electric vehicle tire caused by the reverse installation of the tire belt in the assembling process.
The manual work is wasted time and energy with tire area placement on the conveyer belt, is unfavorable for guaranteeing that tire area accuracy places the intermediate position in the conveyer belt, and the easy deviation that takes place of visual observation tire band grain direction, and then produces adverse effect to subsequent handling.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a tire belt positioning and placing device and a control method thereof, so as to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, manual horizontal placement of a tire belt at the middle position of a conveyor belt wastes time and labor, is not beneficial to ensuring the placement accuracy of the tire belt, and further has adverse effects on subsequent processes.

The device and the control method thereof can ensure that all the tire belts are horizontally placed at the middle position of the conveyor belt according to the preset distance and are placed in the correct grain direction, thereby eliminating the adverse effect on the subsequent process caused by the placement position and the forward and reverse deviation of the tire belts.

When the servo motor 23 works, the screw rod 24 is driven to rotate in the forward direction or the reverse direction, the screw rod 24 rotates to drive the sliding block to do linear motion along the axial direction of the screw rod 24, the sliding block drives the push rod 22 to move leftwards or rightwards along the horizontal direction, and when the push rod 22 moves rightwards, thrust can be applied to the tire belt 7 hung on the hanging rod 11.
The conveying belt is a roller type conveying belt, a conveying belt operation motor 32, a positioning block 41 and a lifting cylinder 42 are arranged in the conveying belt, a transmission mechanism is connected between the conveying belt operation motor 32 and the roller 31, and when the conveying belt operation motor 32 works, the roller 31 is driven to rotate. The top of the positioning block 41 is opposite to the tapered end 12 of the hanging rod 11, the bottom of the positioning block 41 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 42, and the lifting cylinder 42 can drive the positioning block 41 to move up and down along the vertical direction through the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 42. When the piston rod drives the positioning block 41 to move upward to the preset position, the top surface of the positioning block 41 protrudes from the conveyor belt, and when the piston rod drives the positioning block 41 to move downward to the preset position, the top surface of the positioning block 41 is flush with or lower than the conveyor belt. The positioning block 41 is provided with two baffles 6 on two sides, the two baffles 6 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveyor belt, one baffle 6 on one side is provided with a camera 5 facing the positioning block 41, and the camera 5 is electrically connected with a vision recognition system. In this embodiment, the lifting cylinder 42 may be a first driving source, the servo motor 23 may be a second driving source, and the belt driving motor 32 may be a driving source of the belt.
The device also comprises a main control unit which is respectively electrically connected with the lifting cylinder 42, the servo motor 23, the control circuit of the conveyor belt running motor 32 and the output end of the visual identification system.

firstly, the main control unit sends a control signal to the lifting cylinder 42, and the lifting cylinder 42 drives the positioning block 41 to move upwards through a piston rod of the lifting cylinder 42 until the positioning block 41 protrudes out of the conveyor belt;
then, the main control unit sends a control signal to the servo motor 23, the servo motor 23 drives the screw rod 24 to rotate, the screw rod 24 drives the sliding block to further drive the push rod 22 to do rectilinear motion rightward, the push rod 22 pushes the tire belt 7 on the hanging rod 11 to move rightward until the rightmost tire belt 7 is pushed down, the end part of the hanging rod 11 is designed to be a conical end 12, and smooth sliding of the tire belt 7 is facilitated. In the process that the tire belt 7 falls from the conical end 12, the bottom of the tire belt 7 is blocked by the positioning block 41, so that the tire belt 7 is inclined, and the inclined tire belt 7 is exactly horizontally clamped on the positioning block 41, as shown in fig. 3, the process that the push rod pushes the tire belt is schematically illustrated in the embodiment of the method. When the tire belt 7 is clamped on the positioning block, the structure of the device is shown in figure 1;
then, the main control unit sends a control signal to the lifting cylinder 42, and the lifting cylinder 42 drives the positioning block 41 to move downwards through the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 42 until the positioning block 41 does not protrude from the conveyor belt, so that the positioning block 41 is separated from the horizontal tire belt 7, and the forward obstacle of the horizontal tire belt 7 is eliminated. After the positioning block 41 is separated from the horizontal tire belt 7, the structure of the device of the invention is shown in fig. 2;
then, the visual recognition system recognizes the grain direction of the horizontal tire belt 7 through the camera 5. The baffle plates 6 are arranged on the two sides of the positioning block 41, and have two main purposes, namely, providing a lateral installation position for the camera 5, and being beneficial to extracting the grain direction of the tire belt 7 clamped on the positioning block 41; secondly, background stray light is shielded, so that the accuracy of identifying the grain direction of the tire belt 7 is improved;
finally, the main control unit sends a control signal to the conveyor belt operating motor 32 according to the grain direction identification result sent back by the visual identification system, and the conveyor belt operating motor 32 drives the conveyor belt to convey the horizontal tire belt 7 to a preset position. If the grain direction of the horizontal tire belt 7 is correct, the horizontal tire belt is conveyed to an assembly station of the tire belt and a wheel hub according to a normal procedure; if the grain direction of the horizontal tire belt 7 is reversed, the horizontal tire belt 7 is conveyed to a turnover station, and after the tire belt 7 is turned over by a turnover device of the turnover station, the horizontal tire belt is conveyed to an assembly station of the tire belt and a wheel hub by a conveying belt.
According to the steps, the circulation operation is carried out, all the tire belts 7 can be horizontally placed in the middle of the conveyor belt according to the preset distance, and can be placed in the correct grain direction.
