The use method of an insecticidal lamp according to claim 7, characterized in that the height of the insecticidal lamp (2) is adjusted by an insecticidal lamp height adjusting structure, so that the lamp post and the insecticidal lamp (2) are positioned in the set of bolt holes at corresponding heights through the set of bolts, and the height of the insecticidal lamp (2) is kept to be 25cm-100cm higher than the canopy of crops along with the continuous growth of the crops.
