发明内容
示例性方面广泛地包括一种混合动力模块,其具有壳体、轴承和电机。电机具有转子,该转子具有通过轴承径向地定位在壳体中的转子架。转子架具有环形圈,该环形圈包括具有第一外径的环形圈外表面。转子具有安装在转子架上的多个转子区段。所述多个转子区段包括具有小于第一外径的第二外径的外周表面。在一些示例性实施例中,电机具有定子,所述定子具有线圈架心和安装在线圈架心上的线圈罩。在一些示例性实施例中,线圈架心与所述多个转子区段至少部分地径向对准,且线圈罩与环形圈至少部分地径向对准。
在一个示例性实施例中,混合动力模块具有:第一径向间隙,其设置所述外周表面与线圈架心之间;和小于第一径向间隙的第二径向间隙,其设置在所述环形圈外表面与线圈罩之间。在一个示例性实施例中,所述混合动力模块布置成使得所述环形圈能够接触线圈罩,且所述多个转子区段中的任何一个都不能接触线圈架心。在一些示例性实施例中,定子具有:多个线圈罩,其包括形成第一内径的相应的内周表面区段;和多个线圈架心,其包括形成第二内径的相应的内周表面区段。在一个示例性实施例中,第一外径和第一内径之间的径向距离小于第二外径和第二内径之间的径向距离。

参考图1-2进行以下描述。图1示出了根据本公开的一个示例方面的混合动力模块100组件的上半剖视图。图2示出了用于图1中混合动力模块100组件的标记为2的电机106的一部分的详细视图。混合动力模块100包括壳体102、轴承104和电机106。电机包括具有转子架110的转子108,转子架110通过轴承径向地定位在壳体中。转子架110包括具有环形圈外表面114的环形圈112,所述环形圈外表面114具有外径116。转子具有安装在转子架上的多个转子区段118。转子区段118包括外周表面120,该外周表面120的外径122小于外径116。
电机106包括具有定子124,定子124具有线圈架心126和安装在线圈架心上的线圈罩128。线圈架心与所述多个转子区段至少部分地径向对准,且线圈罩与环形圈至少部分地径向对准。径向对准意味着例如径向线可延伸穿过线圈架心和转子区段。混合动力模块100包括:径向间隙132,其设置在外周表面与线圈架心之间;和径向间隙130,其小于径向间隙132,且设置在环形圈外表面与线圈罩之间。
混合动力模块被布置成使得环形圈可接触线圈罩,且所述多个转子区段中的任何一个都不能接触线圈架心。也就是说,在组装到车辆中之前,混合动力模块被设计成使得例如在装运期间避免转子区段和线圈架心之间可能的破坏性接触。这种接触通过环形圈和线圈罩之间的接触来防止。如下所述,由于在转子区段和线圈架心之间保持气隙,从而减少了磁体的拉力,且在与变速器组装时更容易定位,因此也可容易地组装。
混合动力模块100包括:多个线圈罩128,其具有形成内径136的相应的内周表面区段;和多个线圈架心126,其具有形成内径140的相应的内周表面区段。外径116和内径136之间的径向距离小于外径122和内径140之间的径向距离。
转子108包括远端142和与远端142轴向相反的远端144。轴承104邻近远端142设置,且环形圈112邻近远端144设置。混合动力模块100包括具有叶轮毂148的变矩器146,所述叶轮毂148布置成用于通过变速器径向定位。叶轮毂148包括叶轮毂衬套150,该叶轮毂衬套150布置成用于将变矩器径向地定位在变速器的轴上。也就是说,当将混合动力模块组装到变速器上时,变矩器被安装在轴上并通过衬套径向居中。所公开的布置在转子区段和定子芯之间保持气隙,从而减小了两者之间的磁拉力,从而易于组装。一旦组装好且变矩器居中定位,间隙就可保持在环形圈和线圈罩之间。
转子架110包括管状区段152和环形圈112。管状区段用于接收多个转子区段118。管状区段包括远端142和与远端142轴向相反的远端144。环形圈用于固定至变矩器146。环形圈从远端144径向向外延伸,并与管状区段由同一块材料一体地形成。环形圈包括外径116和朝着远端142轴向延伸的周向突起154。周向突起包括外径196,该外径196小于外径116。转子架110包括转子架凸缘158,该转子架凸缘158邻近远端142径向向内延伸。凸缘158包括用于接收轴承104的定位直径160。管状区段152包括外周表面162。转子架110包括从外周表面径向向内延伸的轴向槽164。其他实施例(未示出)可包括具有轴向突起的转子架,该轴向突起从外周表面径向向外延伸。
转子108包括转子架110、安装在管状区段152上的多个转子区段118和轴向地设置在所述多个转子区段和周向突起154之间的端板166。转子108包括轴向地设置在所述多个转子区段和远端142之间的端板168。
电机106包括转子108和定子124。转子包括转子架110。定子包括具有径向内表面134的线圈罩128,该径向内表面134与环形圈112至少部分地径向对准。转子108包括多个具有轴向宽度170的转子区段118,且定子包括具有轴向宽度172的线圈架心126,轴向宽度172大于轴向宽度170。所述多个转子区段中的每个均包括至少一个永磁体174。定子124包括线圈罩176。线圈罩128安装在线圈架心的第一轴向侧上,且线圈罩176安装在线圈架心的第二轴向侧上,第二轴向侧与第一轴向侧相反。电机包括缠绕在线圈罩128、线圈罩176和线圈架心126上以形成多个绕组的电线178。

Claims (7)
1.一种混合动力模块,包括:
壳体;
轴承;和
电机,其包括:
转子,其包括:
转子架,其通过轴承径向地定位在壳体中,所述转子架包括环形圈,所述环形圈包括具有第一外径的环形圈外表面;和
多个转子区段,其安装在转子架上,所述多个转子区段包括具有第二外径的外周表面,第二外径小于第一外径,
定子,其包括:
线圈架心;和安装在线圈架心上的线圈罩,
第一径向间隙,其设置在所述外周表面与线圈架心之间;和小于第一径向间隙的第二径向间隙,其设置在所述环形圈外表面与线圈罩之间,
所述混合动力模块布置成使得所述环形圈能够接触线圈罩,且所述多个转子区段中的任何一个都不能接触线圈架心。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中:
线圈架心与所述多个转子区段至少部分地径向对准;且
线圈罩与环形圈至少部分地径向对准。
3.根据权利要求2所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述定子包括:
多个线圈罩,其包括形成第一内径的相应的内周表面区段;和
多个线圈架心,其包括形成第二内径的相应的内周表面区段。
4.根据权利要求3所述的混合动力模块,其中,第一外径和第一内径之间的径向距离小于第二外径和第二内径之间的径向距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中:
转子包括第一远端和第二远端,第二远端与第一远端轴向相反,
轴承邻近第一远端设置;且
环形圈邻近第二远端设置。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述混合动力模块还包括变矩器,所述变矩器包括布置成用于通过变速器来径向定位的叶轮毂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力模块,其中,所述叶轮毂包括叶轮毂衬套,所述叶轮毂衬套布置成将所述变矩器径向地定位在变速器的轴上。
