Abstract
本发明提供一种键盘模块,包括多个按键、框架、底板以及背光组件。框架具有按键区,而按键的顶面暴露于按键区,其中框架包括柱体。底板配置于框架的下方,其中底板包括弯折部。背光组件配置于底板的下方,且依序包括遮光片、导光板以及反射片。遮光片具有第一开口,而导光板具有第二开口。部分反射片暴露于第一开口及第二开口。柱体穿过弯折部而位于第一开口与第二开口内,且柱体的底面抵接至反射片。本发明的键盘模块可避免从底板与背光组件之间的缝隙漏光。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种键盘模块,尤其涉及一种可防止漏光的键盘模块。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,许多可携式电子装置应运而生,例如笔记型电脑(notebook)或个人数位助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等。使用者运用键盘、滑鼠等输入装置与此类电子装置沟通。然而,在光线微弱的环境中,使用者可能难以辨识键盘按键上所标示的数字以及文字,造成作业困难。因此,目前市面上推出了具有背光光源的键盘,其是将应用在各类电子装置的背光模块应用在键盘模块中,进而改善因环境光不足所造成的输入问题。然而,因为键盘模块的结构配置关系,导致背光模块所发出的光可能会从元件组装后的组装缝隙中漏光,影响出光均匀度,造成使用者使用上的困扰。
发明内容
本发明是针对一种可防止漏光的键盘模块。
根据本发明的实施例,键盘模块包括多个按键、框架、底板以及背光组件。框架具有按键区,而按键的顶面暴露于按键区,其中框架包括柱体。底板配置于框架的下方,其中底板包括弯折部。背光组件配置于底板的下方,且依序包括遮光片、导光板以及反射片。遮光片具有第一开口,而导光板具有第二开口。部分反射片暴露于第一开口及第二开口。柱体穿过弯折部而位于第一开口与第二开口内,且柱体的底面抵接至反射片。
在根据本发明的实施例的键盘模块中,柱体朝向背光组件的方向延伸,而弯折部朝向背光组件的方向弯折,且柱体与弯折部位于第一开口与第二开口内。
在根据本发明的实施例的键盘模块中,第一开口连通第二开口,且第一开口的口径等于第二开口的口径。
在根据本发明的实施例的键盘模块中,遮光片覆盖第二开口的内壁,且第二开口的口径大于第一开口的口径。
在根据本发明的实施例的键盘模块中,柱体的长度大于弯折部的长度。
在根据本发明的实施例的键盘模块中,弯折部的长度小于或等于遮光片的厚度与导光板的厚度的和。
在根据本发明的实施例的键盘模块中,柱体包括主体部与连接主体部的延伸部。主体部位于弯折部内,而延伸部位于弯折部与反射片之间。

基于上述,在本发明的键盘模块的设计中,部分反射片暴露于遮光片的第一开口与导光板的第二开口,而框架的柱体穿过底板的弯折部而位于第一开口与第二开口内,且柱体的底面抵接至反射片。藉此,背光组件所发出的光可被框架的柱体及底板的弯折部所遮挡,可避免从底板与背光组件之间的缝隙漏光。

图1为本发明的一实施例的一种键盘模块的俯视示意图。图2A为图1的键盘模块的局部剖面分解示意图。图2B为图2A的键盘模块的局部剖面示意图。图2C为图2A的键盘模块的底板的立体示意图。为了方便说明起见,图1中示意地绘示一个未弯折的组装部,而图2A与图2B中省略绘示框体与底板之间的薄膜电路板。
请先同时参考图1、图2A以及图2B,本实施例的键盘模块100a包括多个按键110、框架120、底板130a以及背光组件140a。框架120具有按键区121,而按键110的顶面112暴露于框架120的按键区121,其中框架120包括柱体124(图2A中仅示意地绘示一个柱体124)。底板130a配置于框架120的下方,其中底板130a包括弯折部132a(图2A中仅示意地绘示一个弯折部132a)。背光组件140a配置于底板130a的下方,且依序包括遮光片142a、导光板144以及反射片146。遮光片142a具有第一开口143a,而导光板144具有第二开口145a。特别是,部分反射片146暴露于第一开口143a与第二开口145a,其中柱体124穿过弯折部132a而位于第一开口143a与第二开口145a内,且柱体124的底面125抵接至反射片146。换言之,本实施例的背光组件140a没有贯穿遮光片142a、导光板144以及反射片146的穿孔结构,也就是说,反射片146对应抵接于柱体124的位置是没有开口或是破孔。
进一步来说,本实施例的键盘模块100a例如是笔记型电脑的键盘,而框架120例如是键盘的框架,简称为C件。框架120还包括本体122,且本体122与柱体124具体化为一体成型的结构,其中框架120的材质例如是不透光的塑胶,而柱体124可视为是热熔柱。柱体124的延伸方向实质上垂直于本体122的延伸方向,其中柱体124具体化朝向背光组件140a的方向延伸,意即向下延伸。底板130a例如是由金属板冲压而成,其中底板130a的弯折部132a朝向背光组件140a的方向弯折。意即,底板130a的弯折部132a向下抽芽。此处,柱体124的长度H1大于弯折部132a的长度H2。也就是说,柱体124的长度H1比弯折部132a的长度H2还要长。
再者,本实施例的背光组件140a具体化为三层式背光组件,其中第一开口143a连通第二开口145a,且第一开口143a的口径W11等于第二开口145a的口径W12。也就是说,遮光片142a与导光板144对齐,且第一开口143a与第二开口145a暴露出部分反射片146。较佳地,弯折部132a的长度H2小于或等于遮光片142a的厚度T1与导光板144的厚度T2的和。
此外,本实施例的底板130a还包括组装部134(图1中示意地绘示多个组装部134),其中组装部134位于底板130a的周围131且朝向框架120的方向弯折,而将底板130a卡合在框体120上。也就是说,底板130a可透过组装部134与框体120组装在一起。
请再同时参考图2A与图2B,在组装时,可先将框架120的柱体124穿过底板130a的弯折部132a并进行热熔程序,使柱体124热熔后与弯折部132a的端面133a接合在一起。如图2C所示,本实施例的弯折部132a的端面133a具体化为平面,但不以此为限。此时,柱体124包括主体部124a(图2B中仅示意地绘示一个主体部124a)与连接主体部124a的延伸部124b(图2B中仅示意地绘示一个延伸部124b)。而后,将背光组件140a由下往上组装至底板130a,而使柱体124的主体部124a与弯折部132a位于第一开口143a与第二开口145a内,且柱体124的延伸部124b位于弯折部132a与背光组件140a的反射片146之间。此时,主体部124a与弯折部132a之间具有间隙G。
由于本实施例的框架120的柱体124穿过底板130a的弯折部132a而位于背光组件140a的第一开口143a与第二开口145a内,且柱体124的底面125抵接至反射片146。藉此,背光组件140a所发出的光可被柱体124的延伸部124b及底板130a的弯折部132a遮挡,可避免从底板130a与背光组件140a之间的缝隙漏光。此外,由于本实施例的反射片146在对应抵接于柱体124的位置是没有开口或是破孔,因此可以避免产生漏光的问题。
值得一提的是,于上述的实施例中,底板130a的弯折部132a是朝向背光组件140a的方向弯折,意即向下抽芽,但不以此为限。于其他未绘示的实施例中,底板的弯折部亦可朝向框体的方向弯折,意即,底板的弯折部可向上抽芽,而柱体穿过弯折部而位于遮光片的第一开口与导光板的第二开口内,此仍属于本发明所欲保护的范围。
在此必须说明的是,下述实施例沿用前述实施例的元件标号与部分内容,其中采用相同的标号来表示相同或近似的元件,并且省略了相同技术内容的说明。关于省略部分的说明可参考前述实施例,下述实施例不再重复赘述。
图3为本发明的另一实施例的一种底板的立体示意图。请同时参考图2C以及图3,本实施例的底板130b与图2C的底板130a相似,两者的差异在于:本实施例的底板130b的弯折部132b的端面133b具有粗糙结构135,其中粗糙结构135可例如是由多个孔洞137所组成凹凸结构,但不以此为限。于其他未绘示的实施例中,粗糙结构亦可例如是由锯齿状、类锯齿状或不规则的图形所组成的微结构,此仍属于本发明所欲保护的范围。
由于本实施例的弯折部132b的端面133b具有粗糙结构135,因此可增加弯折部132b与柱体124的延伸部124b之间的接触面积,可提高底板130b的弯折部132b与框架120的柱体124之间的接合强度。
图4为本发明的另一实施例的一种键盘模块的局部剖面示意图。请先同时参考图2B以及图4,本实施例的键盘模块100b与图2B的键盘模块100a相似,两者的差异在于:本实施例的背光组件140b的遮光片142b覆盖第二开口145b的内壁,且第二开口145b的口径W22大于第一开口143b的口径W21。也就是说,本实施例的遮光片142b遮蔽导光板144的第二开口145b,而背光组件140b所发出的光可被遮光片142b、柱体124的延伸部124b以及底板130a的弯折部132a遮挡,可避免从底板130a与背光组件140b之间的缝隙漏光,可具有较佳的遮光效果。
图5为本发明的又一实施例的一种键盘模块的局部剖面示意图。请先同时参考图2B以及图5,本实施例的键盘模块100c与图2B的键盘模块100a相似,两者的差异在于:本实施例的柱体124’的延伸部124b’向导光板144’延伸而位于导光板144’与反射片146之间。也就是说,本实施例的延伸部124b’除了位于弯折部132a与反射片146之间以外,更延伸超过弯折部132a而位于导光板144’与反射片146之间。
综上所述,在本发明的键盘模块的设计中,背光组件具有暴露出部分反射片的开口,而框架的柱体穿过底板的弯折部而位于开口内,且柱体的底面抵接至反射片。藉此,背光组件所发出的光可被柱体及弯折部所遮挡,可避免从底板与背光组件之间的缝隙漏光。此外,本实施例的背光组件没有穿孔结构,因此从键盘模块的背面完全看不到光线,可达到遮光的效果。

1.一种键盘模块,其特征在于,包括:
多个按键;
框架,具有按键区,所述多个按键的顶面暴露于所述按键区,其中所述框架包括柱体;
底板,配置于所述框架的下方,其中所述底板包括弯折部;以及
背光组件,配置于所述底板的下方,且依序包括遮光片、导光板以及反射片,所述遮光片具有第一开口,所述导光板具有第二开口,部分所述反射片暴露于所述第一开口及所述第二开口,其中所述柱体穿过所述弯折部而位于所述第一开口与所述第二开口内,且所述柱体的底面抵接至所述反射片。

3.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述第一开口连通所述第二开口,且所述第一开口的口径等于所述第二开口的口径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述遮光片覆盖所述第二开口的内壁,且所述第二开口的口径大于所述第一开口的口径。
5.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述柱体的长度大于所述弯折部的长度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述弯折部的长度小于或等于所述遮光片的厚度与所述导光板的厚度的和。
7.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述柱体包括主体部与连接所述主体部的延伸部,所述主体部位于所述弯折部内,而所述延伸部位于所述弯折部与所述反射片之间。
8.根据权利要求7所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述主体部与所述弯折部之间具有间隙。
9.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述弯折部的端面具有粗糙结构。
10.根据权利要求1所述的键盘模块,其特征在于,所述底板还包括组装部,所述组装部位于所述底板的周围且朝向所述框架的方向弯折。
