Abstract

本发明公开一种鼠标,包括本体、开关模块以及按压组件。开关模块包含开关件。按压组件设置于本体。按压组件包含枢接件、按键部及推抵件。按键部借由枢接件而可相对于本体旋转。推抵件配置用以提供一推抵按键部的推力,以使按键部抵靠于开关件。本发明可有效解决空行程过长而影响使用者点击鼠标时的手感问题。

本发明涉及一种鼠标,且特别涉及一种可提升按压手感的鼠标。
背景技术
计算机在现今生活中已是一种不可或缺的设施,人们不管是在工作或休憩时几乎都离不开计算机。其中,鼠标更是在使用计算机时的主要输入接口,以按压操作来输入指令。对于多数使用者来说,鼠标按压手感的好坏往往是在选择鼠标时的要因。因此,如何避免鼠标空行程过长而降低按压手感,遂成为各厂商在设计鼠标时不得不解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鼠标,使其可以有效解决空行程过长而影响使用者点击鼠标时的手感问题,更可进一步避免按键与触碰开关间的预压力过大而造成卡键的问题。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一方面,提出一种鼠标。鼠标包括本体、开关模块以及按压组件。开关模块包含开关件。按压组件设置于本体。按压组件包含枢接件、按键部及推抵件。按键部借由枢接件而能相对于本体旋转。推抵件配置用以提供一推抵按键部的推力,以使按键部抵靠于开关件。
其中,该推抵件与该枢接件相邻设置。
其中,该推抵件隔着该按键部设置在该枢接件上方。
其中,该推抵件为一弹性元件。
其中,该推抵件为一组磁极相斥的磁性元件。

请参照图1和图2,鼠标1包括本体12、滚轮13、开关模块14及左、右两按压组件16。本体12可包括下壳体121、上壳体123及外壳体122。上壳体123、下壳体123及外壳体122之间相互结合,且外壳体122覆盖于上壳体123。在其它实施例中,也可省略外壳体122,本发明不对此加以限制。按压组件16及滚轮13设置于本体12,滚轮13设置于两按压组件16之间。
在图2及后续的图中,省略了外壳体122的绘制,以更加清楚地描述本发明的特点。请参照图2,开关模块14包括开关件141及电路板142。开关件141是一微动开关,其设置在电路板142上,并电性连接电路板142,借以触发按压信号。
按压组件16包括枢接件161、按键部162及推抵件163。按键部162可借由枢接件161而相对本体12旋转。按键部162包含一触发部162a,触发部162a朝向开关件141延伸。推抵件163配置用以提供一推抵按键部162的推力F,以使按键部162抵靠于开关件141。
推抵件163可与枢接件161相邻设置。举例来说,推抵件163可隔着按键部162设置在枢接件161上方,且推抵件163提供按键部162一推力F,此推力F产生一方向与枢接件161同向的力矩,按键部162即可绕着枢接件161沿第一旋转方向R1旋转,使按键部162的触发部162a自然地触碰(但不触发)开关件141。因此,当按键部162在尚未受使用者点击时,触发部162a与开关件141之间不存在间隙;一旦使用者点击按键部162时,可立即收到按压开关件141的回馈,从而提升按压手感。此外,由于触发部162a可自然地触碰开关件141,从而可避免触发部162a与开关件141间的预压力过大而造成卡键的问题。
在图2的实施例中,推抵件163为一弹性元件163a,例如是一弹簧。弹性元件163a连接于本体12(例如是上壳体123)及按键部162。举例来说,弹性元件163a的一端可设置于本体12,例如是套设于上壳体123的固定部123b而抵接于上壳体123;弹性元件163a的另一端可设置于按键部162,例如是套设在按键部162的固定部162b而抵接于按键部162。枢接件161为一轴体,轴体穿设于按键部162及本体12(例如是上壳体123)。如此,按键部162可借由枢接件161可枢转地连接于本体12。当按压组件16设置在本体12上时,推抵件163可提供按键部162一推力F,按键部162即绕着枢接件161沿第一旋转方向R1相对本体12旋转,从而使按键部162的触发部162a自然地触碰(但不触发)开关件141。

图3的鼠标1’与图2的鼠标1的其一不同处在于,鼠标1’的推抵件163为具磁性的元件163b,例如是一组磁极相斥的磁性元件163b1、163b2,其分别连接于本体12(例如是上壳体123)及按键部162。详言之,磁性元件163b1、163b2分别设置在按键部162及本体12(例如是上壳体123),且磁性元件163b1、163b2之间具有相斥的磁力,使磁性元件163b1提供按键部162一推力F,按键部162即绕着枢接件161沿第一旋转方向R1相对本体12旋转,从而使按键部162的触发部162a自然地触碰(但不触发)开关件141。
当然,本发明的推抵件163并不限于上述弹性元件163a或具磁性的元件163b的实施方式而已,任何可提供按键部162一推力F、进而使按键部162绕着枢接件161沿第一旋转方向R1相对本体12旋转的其它组件,亦可成为本发明的推抵件163的实施方式。
图4是本发明又一实施例的鼠标2的局部剖视图。其中,图4是在如图1的切线A-A’位置处的剖视图。
请参照图4,鼠标2的按压组件26可更包括承靠部265,承靠部265连接于本体12(例如是上壳体123)。抵接件163连接于承靠部265及按键部162。在一实施例中,抵接件163可为一弹性元件,例如是如图2所示的弹性元件163a。举例来说,弹性元件的一端可设置于承靠部265,例如是套设在承靠部265的固定部265b而抵接于承靠部265;弹性元件的另一端可设置于按键部162,例如是套设在按键部162的固定部162b而抵接于按键部162。如此,按键部162可借由枢接件161可枢转地连接于承靠部265。当按压组件26设置在本体12上时,推抵件163可提供按键部162一推力F,按键部162即绕着枢接件161沿第一旋转方向R1相对承靠部265及本体12旋转,从而使按键部162的触发部162a自然地触碰(但不触发)开关件141。

请参照图5,鼠标3类似于图4的鼠标2,鼠标3的按压组件36亦包括承靠部365,承靠部365连接于本体12(例如是上壳体123),且抵接件163连接于承靠部365及按键部162。抵接件163的形式及配置类似于图4的鼠标2及其变形,于此不再赘述。通过抵接件163的设置,当按压组件36设置在本体12上时,推抵件163可提供按键部162一推力F,按键部162即绕着枢接件161沿第一旋转方向R1相对承靠部365及本体12旋转,从而使按键部162的触发部162a自然地触碰(但不触发)开关件141。
图5的鼠标3与图4的鼠标2的其一不同处在于,鼠标3的按压组件36和本体12之间可相互分离。于此,鼠标3进一步包括结合元件38,结合元件38分别设置在本体12(例如是上壳体123)与承靠部365。按压组件36能够借由结合元件38与本体12可分离地结合。
举例来说,在一实施例中,如图5所示,结合元件38为具磁性的元件38a,例如是一组磁极相吸的磁性元件38a1、38a2,其分别设置在上壳体123与承靠部365。
在另一实施例中,请参照图6,其是本发明其它实施例的鼠标3’的局部剖视图。其中,图6是在如图1的切线A-A’位置处的剖视图。在图6中,结合元件38为相对应的凹凸结合件38b,例如是数量、形状等相对应的凹孔38b1与凸部38b2,其分别设置在上壳体123与承靠部365。亦即,凹孔38b1可以设置在上壳体123,承靠部365则可设置相对应的凸部38b2;或者,凹孔38b1可以设置在承靠部365,上壳体123则可设置相对应的凸部38b2。此外,凸部38b2可以是柱状、锥状或其它任意形状,而凹孔38b1的外型可对应凸部38b2。
借由结合元件38的配置,使用者可自由地将按压组件36自本体12取下,以便于维修开关模块14或便于其它用途。
通过上述所提供的各实施例,推抵件可提供按键部一推力,使按键部的触发部自然地触碰(但不触发)开关件,借此提升按压手感。

Claims (17)

1.一种鼠标,其特征在于,该鼠标包括:
一本体;
一开关模块,包含一开关件;以及
一按压组件,设置于该本体,包含:
一枢接件;
一按键部,借由该枢接件而能相对于该本体旋转;及
一推抵件,配置用以提供一推抵该按键部的推力,以使该按键部抵靠于该开关件。
2.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件与该枢接件相邻设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件隔着该按键部设置在该枢接件上方。
4.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一弹性元件。
5.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一组磁极相斥的磁性元件。
6.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该按键部借由该枢接件而能枢转地连接于该本体,且该推抵件连接于该本体及该按键部。
7.如权利要求6所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一弹性元件,该弹性元件的一端设置于该本体,该弹性元件的另一端设置于该按键部。
8.如权利要求6所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一组磁极相斥的磁性元件,分别设置于该本体及该按键部。
9.如权利要求1所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该按压组件更包括:
一承靠部,其中该按键部借由该枢接件而能枢转地连接于该承靠部,该推抵件连接于该承靠部及该按键部。
10.如权利要求9所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该鼠标更包含:
一枢转轴,设置于该本体,且连接于该承靠部;
其中该按压组件借由该枢转轴而能枢转地连接于该本体。
11.如权利要求10所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一弹性元件,该弹性元件的一端设置于该承靠部,该弹性元件的另一端设置于该按键部。
12.如权利要求10所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一组磁极相斥的磁性元件,分别设置于该承靠部及该按键部。
13.如权利要求9所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该鼠标更包括:
一结合元件,分别设置于该本体与该承靠部;
其中该按压组件借由该结合元件而与该本体能分离地结合。
14.如权利要求13所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该结合元件为一组磁极相吸的磁性元件。
15.如权利要求13所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该结合元件分别为一凸部及一凹孔。
16.如权利要求13所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一弹性元件,该弹性元件的一端设置于该承靠部,该弹性元件的另一端设置于该按键部。
17.如权利要求13所述的鼠标,其特征在于,该推抵件为一组磁极相斥的磁性元件,分别设置于该承靠部及该按键部。
