输入装置及指向单元
技术领域
本发明涉及一种输入装置,且特别是涉及一种键盘及指向单元。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,许多可携式电子装置应运而生,例如笔记本电脑(notebook)或个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等。用户运用键盘、鼠标等输入装置与此类电子装置沟通。
然而,在光线微弱的环境中,用户可能难以辨识键盘按键上所标示的数字以及文字,造成作业困难。因此,目前市面上推出了发光键盘,其将能够普遍应用于各类电子装置的背光模块应用在键盘中,进而改善因环境光不足所造成的输入问题。
另一方面,为了便利起见,发光键盘上可能还搭配有触摸板(touch pad)或指针杆(pointing unit)等指向组件,让用户无需外接鼠标即可控制光游标移动。但是,因为要设置指向组件,必须在发光键盘的组件对应处设置开口,这可能会导致背光模块发生漏光的情形。
发明内容
本发明是针对一种可以避免在指向单元的设置处漏光的输入装置。
本发明是针对一种具有良好的防漏光效果的指向单元。
本发明是针对一种架构新颖的输入装置。
根据本发明的实施例,输入装置包括发光件、底板、薄膜电路板、多个键帽以及指向单元。发光件具有第一开口;底板设置在发光件的一侧,且具有第二开口,其中底板包括位在发光件上方的本体以及自本体朝向发光件弯折的第一延伸部,且第一延伸部形成为第二开口的第一侧壁,并且遮蔽发光件被第一开口露出的第二侧壁。底板位在薄膜电路板以及发光件之间,而薄膜电路板位在键帽以及底板之间,且薄膜电路板具有第三开口,其中第一开口、第二开口及第三开口重合以形成第四开口。指向单元设置在第四开口。
在根据本发明的实施例中,上述的发光件为背光模块或OLED。
在根据本发明的实施例中,上述的背光模块包括导光板,第一延伸部遮蔽导光板朝向指向单元的侧壁。
在根据本发明的实施例中,上述的指向单元具有基座部以及自基座部向上突起的感测部,其中感测部位在第四开口中,而发光件位在基座部与底板之间。
在根据本发明的实施例中,上述的第一延伸部更抵接指向单元。

图1为本发明一实施例之输入装置的示意图、图2为图1的局部剖面示意图,而图3为本发明一实施例的发光件的局部放大图。请同时参考图1、图2及图3,本实施例的输入装置100为可应用在笔记本电脑的发光键盘,其具有发光件112、底板114、多个按键结构110以及方便用户控制光游标的指向单元120。底板114设置在发光件112上,按键结构110则设置在底板114上;亦即,按键结构110与发光件112分别位在底板114的相对两侧。在一实施例中,指向单元120可设置在输入装置100的约略中央处。
输入装置100包括由下而上迭置的发光件112、底板114、薄膜电路板116以及多个键帽118。应说明的是,此处有关于方位或方向的描述是以图式所呈现以及说明书的内容为基础,当比对的基准点改变或是图式被翻转,方位或方向的描述也会随之改变。例如,目前图2中输入装置100的按键部包含由下而上迭置的发光件112、底板114、薄膜电路板116以及多个键帽118;而将图2翻转180度时,发光件112、底板114、薄膜电路板116以及多个键帽118会变成由上而下迭置。
此外,输入装置100的单一按键结构110还具有弹性件113以及连接组件115,其中弹性件113及连接组件115皆设置在薄膜电路板116以及键帽118之间。连接组件115的两末端分别可动地连接底板114与键帽118,而可支撑键帽118相对于底板114上下移动。连接组件115例如为剪刀脚型组件,其包含一对连接支架彼此枢接。而弹性件113位在连接组件115所围绕的区间内,且位在键帽118的正投影的范围内。弹性件113例如是橡胶体、金属弹片或弹簧,以提供键帽118回到未被按压前的回复力。
当按压输入装置100的键帽118时,弹性件113受力变形且向下触发薄膜电路板116的开关,使开关导通产生按压信号以键入指令;而当施加在键帽118上的力移除时,弹性件113的弹性恢复力带动键帽118恢复至原位。
发光件112可为背光模块或OLED,依照需求选用。以本实施例而言,如图3的发光件112具备遮光层1121、反射层1122、导光板1123以及光源1124,其中导光板1123位在遮光层1121以及反射层1122之间,而光源1124可以是放置在导光板1123的一侧或是导光板1123的开口1123a中的发光二极管,光源1124的种类可依照需求选用。在图3所示的实施例中,发光件112更包括设置在反射层1122下方的电路板1125,电路板1125例如是可挠电路板并电性连接光源1124。由光源1124发出的光入射至导光板1123内,藉由设置在导光板1123下的反射层1122可将自导光板1123底部出射的光反射回导光板1123内,使光往上(如朝向底板114的方向)出射,减少光从导光板1123底部散失而可均匀出光。而设置在导光板1123上的遮光层1121例如是具有透光部与遮光部,可选择性使光通过特定区域并穿过底板114的开口而照射到键帽118以达到按键背光效果,且遮蔽不需光线照射处(如相邻两键帽118之间)以避免漏光。如此一来,图2所示用来遮蔽发光件112第一开口S1处漏光的第一延伸部114b例如是遮蔽导光板1123朝向指向单元120处的侧壁,以避免光从导光板1123的侧壁与指向单元120之间泄漏。
承上述,输入装置100的指向单元120例如是穿过发光件112与底板114而设置在至少两个按键结构110之间。指向单元120的设置使得底板114、位在底板114上方的薄膜电路板116以及位在底板114下方的发光件112需要破孔(如第一开口S1、第二开口S2及第三开口S3)。具体而言,发光件112具有第一开口S1、底板114具有第二开口S2、薄膜电路板116具有第三开口S3,其中第一开口S1的尺寸(口径)大于第二开口S2的尺寸(口径),且第一开口S1、第二开口S2及第三开口S3重合以形成第四开口S4,其中指向单元120即是设置在第四开口S4处。
由于指向单元120与第一开口S1、第二开口S2彼此对应配置,为了改善发光件112的光从破孔或开口处漏光影响使用者使用,本实施例中的底板114包括本体114a以及第一延伸部114b,其中本体114a位在发光件112上方,第一延伸部114b一体连接本体114a并由本体114a向下延伸。在一实施例中,本体114a可与发光件112实质上平行,自本体114a朝向发光件112弯折的第一延伸部114b不仅形成为第二开口S2的第一侧壁,并且第一延伸部114b可更延伸入第一开口S1中,以遮蔽发光件112被第一开口S1露出的第二侧壁112a。第一延伸部114b向下延伸的长度d1可大于或等于发光件112的厚度d2,以达到良好的遮光效果。附带一提,第一延伸部114b可以是在对底板114加工以形成第二开口S2的同时以冲压、破孔、折弯的方式形成。
更确切而言,指向单元120具有基座部122、耦接至基座部122并自基座部122向上突起的感测部124以及套设在感测部124上的操作部126,其中感测部124位在第四开口S4中,而发光件112位在基座部122与底板114之间。此外,输入装置100还包括位在发光件112以及指向单元120的基座部122之间的阻隔层130,其中第一延伸部114b抵接在阻隔层130上,或者在其他未绘示的实施方式中,第一延伸部114b可更抵接至基座部122,以完全遮蔽发光件112朝向感测部124的第二侧壁112a。如此一来,可以有效地防止光从发光件112的第二侧壁112a处漏光。此外,上述阻隔层130例如是垫圈或泡棉,可用以防止水气或液体由基座部122与底板114之间的孔隙渗入内部而影响按键结构110或指向单元120的感测及操作。
须注意的是,在一实施例中,当指向单元120是从按键结构110的下方向上穿过第四开口S4而与第一延伸部114b抵接组装时,可更藉由使第一延伸部114b的长度d1大于发光件112的厚度d2而更为有效地防止漏光。此时,指向单元120的基座部122设置在发光件112下方,且感测部124向上穿过发光件112与底板114,藉由螺锁固定基座部122、发光件112及底板114或是将基座部122黏着贴附在发光件112底部,可将指向单元120与发光件112、底板114结合在一起。
另外,在其他实施例中,发光件112、底板114、基座部122、感测部124以及操作部126可视为一个不漏光的指向单元,且此指向单元可应用在任意的输入装置中。
附带一提,底板114还具有第二延伸部114c,此第二延伸部114c自本体114a的外缘相对于第一延伸部114b延伸,可防止从输入装置100的侧边漏光。第二延伸部114c例如是对底板114加工以冲压、折弯的方式形成,因此第二延伸部114c一体连接在本体114a的外缘而向上弯折。在将本实施例的输入装置100用于笔记本电脑时,与本体114a一体成形的第二延伸部114c可在组装输入装置100时作为定位结构,并能阻隔由按键结构110进入输入装置100的液体溢流至第二延伸部114c外而影响底板114下方的其他电子组件。
综上所述,在本发明的输入装置及指向单元中,通过弯折底板的部分以形成第一延伸部,且第一延伸部会遮蔽住发光件被开口暴露出来的侧壁,如此可以避免在设置有指向单元的开口处会有自发光件的侧壁漏光的情形。
此外,指向单元从输入装置的下方向上穿过开口而与第一延伸部抵接组装,不仅揭示了一个新颖的指向单元以及输入装置的组装架构,更可以经由调整第一延伸部的长度,使第一延伸部的长度大于发光件的厚度,而能够更为有效地防止漏光。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (17)

1.一种输入装置,其特征在于,包括:
发光件,具有第一开口;
底板,设置在所述发光件的一侧,具有第二开口,其中所述底板包括位在所述发光件上方的本体以及自所述本体朝向所述发光件弯折的第一延伸部,且所述第一延伸部形成为所述第二开口的第一侧壁,并且遮蔽所述发光件被所述第一开口露出的第二侧壁;
薄膜电路板,所述底板位在所述薄膜电路板以及所述发光件之间,具有第三开口,其中所述第一开口、所述第二开口及所述第三开口重合以形成第四开口;
多个键帽,其中所述薄膜电路板位在所述多个键帽以及所述底板之间;以及
指向单元,设置在所述第四开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述发光件为背光模块或OLED。
3.根据权利要求2所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述背光模块包括导光板,所述第一延伸部遮蔽所述导光板朝向所述指向单元的侧壁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述指向单元具有基座部以及自所述基座部向上突起的感测部,其中所述感测部位在所述第四开口中,而所述发光件位在所述基座部与所述底板之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部更抵接所述指向单元。
6.一种指向单元,其特征在于,包括:
发光件,具有第一开口;
底板,设置在所述发光件的一侧,具有第二开口,其中所述底板包括与所述发光件平行的本体以及自所述本体朝向所述发光件弯折的第一延伸部,且所述第一延伸部形成为所述第二开口的第一侧壁,并且遮蔽所述发光件被所述第一开口露出的第二侧壁;
感测部,设置在所述第一开口及所述第二开口中;
基座部,耦接在所述感测部下,所述发光件位在所述基座部与所述底板之间;以及
操作部,套设在所述感测部上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的指向单元,其特征在于,所述基座部在所述第一开口及所述第二开口耦接所述感测部,并固定在所述发光件下方。
8.根据权利要求6所述的指向单元,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部位在所述发光件与所述感测部之间。
9.一种输入装置,其特征在于,包括:
多个按键结构;
发光件,设置在所述多个按键结构下;
底板,设置在所述多个按键结构与所述发光件之间,其中所述底板具有本体及第一延伸部,所述第一延伸部自所述本体往所述发光件延伸;以及
指向单元,对应所述第一延伸部设置在至少二个按键结构之间,所述第一延伸部在所述本体往所述发光件延伸方向上的长度大于或等于所述发光件的厚度。
10.根据权利要求9所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述发光件具有第一开口,所述底板具有第二开口,所述第一开口、所述第二开口与所述指向单元彼此对应配置。
11.根据权利要求10所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述第一延伸部延伸至所述发光件的所述第一开口内。
12.根据权利要求10所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述第一开口的尺寸大于所述第二开口的尺寸。
13.根据权利要求9所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述多个按键结构包括:
多个键帽,设置在所述底板上;
薄膜电路板,设置在所述底板与所述多个键帽之间;
多个弹性件,分别设置在所述薄膜电路板与所述多个键帽之间;以及
多个连接组件,分别连接所述底板与所述多个键帽。
14.根据权利要求9所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述发光件包括:
遮光层及反射层;
导光板,设置在所述遮光层与所述反射层之间;以及
光源,设置在所述导光板的一侧或所述导光板的开口中,
其中所述第一延伸部遮蔽所述导光板朝向所述指向单元的侧壁。
15.根据权利要求9所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述指向单元包括:
基座部,所述指向单元藉由所述基座部固定在所述发光件下方而设置;
感测部,耦接在所述基座部上并穿过所述发光件;以及
操作部,套设在所述感测部上。
16.根据权利要求15所述的输入装置,其特征在于,更包括阻隔层,设置在所述底板与所述基座部之间,所述第一延伸部抵接所述阻隔层。
17.根据权利要求9所述的输入装置,其特征在于,所述底板具有第二延伸部,所述第二延伸部自所述本体的外缘相对于所述第一延伸部延伸。
