Abstract

本发明提供一种发光键盘,包括摇杆模块及背光模块。摇杆模块包括基座部及组装在基座部上的摇杆部,摇杆部具有头部及颈部,头部具有第一直径,而颈部具有第二直径,且第二直径小于第一直径;背光模块包括光源、导光板及设置在导光板上方的局部不透光膜片,其中局部不透光膜片具有本体部、延伸段及第一容置开口,延伸段设置在第一容置开口及本体部之间,第一容置开口被延伸段环绕,且第一容置开口具有第三直径,第三直径小于第一直径;当摇杆模块插置于第一容置开口时,延伸段的末端紧贴在摇杆模块。本发明通过局部不透光膜片的延伸段的末端紧贴在摇杆模块,使背光模块与摇杆模块紧密接触,从而防止自摇杆模块与背光模块之间的空隙处漏光。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光键盘,尤其是涉及一种包括摇杆模块的发光键盘。
背景技术
键盘是用户在使用计算机时不可或缺的设备,用户通过按压键盘上的按键来输入指令至计算机。
由于用户使用计算机时的周围环境不一定利于用户清楚地看到键盘按键上的印刷字体,因此目前的技术是在键盘中设置背光模块,使用户能够辨识每个按键,更可以利用光的变化而呈现不同的视觉效果。
而为了将鼠标与键盘整合在一起以方便使用,更将摇杆设置在键盘的中央处。而因应摇杆的设置需求,需要在键盘内部形成结构破孔,以将摇杆组装在此结构破孔中。
然而,背光模块所发出的光,会有部分经由此结构破孔漏出,而导致键盘发光不均匀,影响用户体验。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种可以防止从摇杆边缘漏光的发光键盘。
为了达到上述目的,根据本发明的其中一实施例,提供一种发光键盘,其包括摇杆模块以及背光模块。摇杆模块包括基座部及组装在基座部上的摇杆部,摇杆部具有头部以及颈部,头部具有第一直径,而颈部具有第二直径,且第二直径小于第一直径。背光模块包括光源、导光板以及局部不透光膜片,其中局部不透光膜片设置在导光板上方,局部不透光膜片具有本体部、延伸段及第一容置开口,其中延伸段设置在第一容置开口及本体部之间,第一容置开口被延伸段环绕,且第一容置开口具有第三直径,第三直径小于第一直径,其中,摇杆模块插置在第一容置开口中,且延伸段的末端紧贴在摇杆模块。
优选的,所述延伸段的末端紧贴在所述颈部或所述基座部的上表面。
优选的,所述延伸段还具有4个以上的切口,所述切口沿着第一容置开口的圆周方向设置。所述切口个数可为6个至8个。
优选的,所述切口彼此间隔相等的距离。
优选的,所述切口沿着所述容置开口的径向自所述延伸段的末端朝向所述本体部的长度大于或等于所述第一直径及所述第三直径的差值的一半。
优选的,所述发光键盘还包括黏胶层,设置在所述延伸段朝向所述摇杆部的表面。
优选的,所述局部不透光膜片为遮光片、反射片或其组合。
优选的,所述发光键盘还包括键盘组件,设置在所述背光模块之上,所述键盘组件具有第二容置开口,且所述第二容置开口与所述第一容置开口重合,而所述摇杆模块插置在所述第一容置开口及所述第二容置开口中,且所述延伸段的末端紧贴在所述摇杆模块。
优选的,所述键盘组件包括基板以及薄膜电路板。所述基板具有第一开口,而所述薄膜电路板具有第二开口,其中所述基板位在所述背光模块以及所述薄膜电路板之间,所述第一开口及所述第二开口重合以形成所述第二容置开口。
优选的,所述薄膜电路板具有多个缺口,所述缺口沿着所述第二开口的径向自第二开口往薄膜电路板的内部形成,且缺口与切口彼此错开设置。

图1为本发明一实施例的发光键盘的示意图、图2为本发明一实施例的发光键盘的局部剖面图、图3为本发明一实施例的背光模块的局部示意图,而图4为本发明一实施例的摇杆模块、键盘组件及背光模块组装后的局部俯视图。请同时参考图1、图2及图3,本实施例的发光键盘100包括摇杆模块110、背光模块120以及键盘组件130,其中键盘组件130层迭在背光模块120之上,而摇杆模块110穿过背光模块120及键盘组件130设置。
摇杆模块110通常设置在发光键盘100的中央处,用来控制光标的移动。详细而言,摇杆模块110包括基座部112以及摇杆部114,且摇杆部114组装在基座部112上,其中摇杆部114具有头部114a以及颈部114b,头部114a具有第一直径D1,而颈部114b具有第二直径D2,且第二直径D2小于第一直径D1。其中,颈部114b可以是自头部114a朝向基座部112渐缩的形状,但并不以此为限。此处的第二直径D2是以图2中具有渐缩形状的颈部114b的最小直径而论。
背光模块120包括光源122、导光板124以及局部不透光膜片126。本实施例的背光模块120为侧边入光式,光源122设置在导光板124的侧边。在其他的实施方式中,背光模块120也可以是直下式,此时光源122设置在导光板124的底部,且可以将导光板124用扩散板取代,以使背光模块120出光均匀。局部不透光膜片126设置在导光板124及键盘组件130之间,其中本实施例的局部不透光膜片126可以是遮光片、反射片或其组合。局部不透光膜片126用来遮蔽光以防止光从预想以外的地方出射,或将光反射回背光模块120的内部空间中。当局部不透光膜片126为遮光片时,遮光片于导光板124的周围以及摇杆模块110的周围和不需发光区域处为不透明。另外,背光模块120还可以包括反射片128,其设置在导光板124的下方,并向上包覆导光板124的侧边,然后与导光板124上方的局部不透光膜片126黏贴在一起,以进一步防止光从背光模块120的下方及侧边露出。

详细而言,由于第一容置开口126c的第三直径D3小于摇杆模块110的第一直径D1,且局部不透光膜片126突出于基板132的延伸段126b很长,因此在摇杆模块110组装至背光模块120及键盘组件130时,摇杆模块110插入重合的第一容置开口126c及第二容置开口136,摇杆模块110先将局部不透光膜片126往上顶,而通过局部不透光膜片126具有的变形能力,使得摇杆模块110能够穿过第一容置开口126c,且在摇杆模块110的摇杆部114的头部114a穿过第一容置开口126c后,延伸段126b能够适应颈部114b的形状,且由于颈部114b的底面114c与基座部112的基底部分的顶面112a之间具有空隙,所以局部不透光膜片126的延伸段126b会自摇杆部114的颈部114b滑落至基座部112的基底部分的顶面112a上。
值得一提的是,可在局部不透光膜片126的延伸段126b的末端和/或摇杆模块110的基座部112的基底部分的顶面112a上对应延伸段126b的末端处涂布黏胶层,如此,落至顶面112a上的延伸段126b的末端可通过黏胶层而黏附在基座部112的顶面112a上。
通过局部不透光膜片126的延伸段126b的末端黏贴在基座部112的顶面112a上,可以有效遮蔽背光模块与摇杆之间的组装空隙,因此可以具有良好的防漏光效果。
请参考图4,延伸段126b还具有沿着第一容置开口126c的圆周方向设置的多个切口C1,其中切口C1为沿着容置开口的径向自延伸段126b的末端朝向本体部126a切割而形成。多个切口C1彼此间隔相等的距离,且切口C1沿着第一容置开口的径向自延伸段126b的末端朝向本体部126a的长度L1大于或等于第一直径D1与第三直径D3的差值的一半。值得一提的是,切口C1的个数与切口C1的长度有关,切口C1的长度越大,所需设置的切口C1越多,一般而言,切口C1的个数大于4个,更优为6-8个。
切口C1的设置,可以提升局部不透光膜片126的延伸段126b的变形能力,使摇杆部114可以更为容易地穿过第一容置开口126c。值得一提的是,薄膜电路板134具有多个缺口C2,且该些缺口C2是沿着第二开口S2的径向自第二开口S2往薄膜电路板134的内部形成,缺口C2与切口C1彼此错开设置。通过缺口C2与切口C1的错开设置,可以防止缺口C2与切口C1的位置重迭而产生空隙进而漏光。
图5为本发明另一实施例的发光键盘的局部示意图。本实施例与上述实施例类似,相同之处不再赘述,两个实施例的主要差异在于,在本实施例的发光键盘100’中,当摇杆模块110与背光模块120及键盘组件130组装之后,局部不透光膜片126’的延伸段126b’与摇杆模块110的接触位置会有所不同,但都可以达到防止漏光的效果。
更详细地说,本实施例中的局部不透光膜片126’自本体部126a’突出于基板132的延伸段126b’较长,因此在摇杆部114穿过局部不透光膜片126’及第二容置开口136之后,延伸段126b’的末端可能弯曲地紧贴在摇杆部114的颈部114b的侧壁上。
同样的,可以在局部不透光膜片126’的延伸段126b’的末端和/或摇杆模块110的摇杆部114的颈部114b的侧壁上对应延伸段126b’的末端处涂布黏胶层,如此,落至颈部114b的侧壁上的延伸段126b’的末端可通过黏胶层而黏附在颈部114b的侧壁上。
如此一来,局部不透光膜片126’的延伸段126b’将背光模块120以及摇杆模块110之间的组装间隙遮蔽住,因此能够有效地防止背光模块120发出的光自摇杆模块110的周围漏光。
由上述可知,通过局部不透光膜片的延伸段紧贴于摇杆模块颈部的侧壁或摇杆模块基底部分的顶面上,可以有效遮蔽背光模块与摇杆模块之间的空隙,防止漏光。
再者,因为局部不透光膜片的第一容置开口的第三直径小于摇杆模块的第一直径,所以可以允许组装公差,即使组装偏位,也能够有效的遮蔽背光模块与摇杆模块之间的空隙,防止漏光。
又,切口的设计可以提升局部不透光膜片的延伸段的弹性变形能力,因此能够适应摇杆模块的形状,允许摇杆模块能够以基座部与摇杆部一体的方式组装至背光模块及键盘组件,而不需要先从背光模块的下方装设基座部,再将摇杆部从键盘组件的上方组设至基座部。
另外,切口与缺口错位设置,可以避免开口位置重迭而发生漏光。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光键盘,其特征在于,包括:
摇杆模块,包括:
基座部;
摇杆部,组装在所述基座部上,所述摇杆部具有头部以及颈部,所述头部具有第一直径,而所述颈部具有第二直径,且所述第二直径小于所述第一直径;
背光模块,包括:
光源;
导光板;以及
局部不透光膜片,设置在所述导光板上方,所述局部不透光膜片具有本体部、延伸段及第一容置开口,其中所述延伸段设置在所述第一容置开口及所述本体部之间,所述第一容置开口被所述延伸段环绕,且所述第一容置开口具有第三直径,所述第三直径小于所述第一直径;
其中,所述摇杆模块插置在所述第一容置开口中,且所述延伸段的末端紧贴在所述摇杆模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述延伸段的末端紧贴在所述颈部或所述基座部的上表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述延伸段还具有4个以上的切口,沿着所述第一容置开口的圆周方向设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述切口个数为6个至8个。
5.根据权利要求3所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述切口彼此间隔相等的距离。
6.根据权利要求3所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述切口沿着所述容置开口的径向自所述延伸段的末端朝向所述本体部的长度大于或等于所述第一直径与所述第三直径的差值的一半。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,还包括黏胶层,设置在所述延伸段朝向所述摇杆部的表面。
8.根据权利要求1所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述局部不透光膜片为遮光片、反射片或其组合。
9.根据权利要求3~8中任一项所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,还包括键盘组件,设置在所述背光模块之上,所述键盘组件具有第二容置开口,且所述第二容置开口与所述第一容置开口重合,而所述摇杆模块插置在所述第一容置开口及所述第二容置开口中,且所述延伸段的末端紧贴在所述摇杆模块。
10.根据权利要求9所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述键盘组件包括:
基板,具有第一开口;以及
薄膜电路板,具有第二开口,其中所述基板设置在所述背光模块以及所述薄膜电路板之间,所述第一开口及所述第二开口重合以形成所述第二容置开口。
11.根据权利要求10所述的发光键盘,其特征在于,所述薄膜电路板具有多个缺口,所述缺口沿着所述第二开口的径向自所述第二开口朝向所述薄膜电路板的内部形成,且所述缺口与所述切口彼此错开设置。
