a user opens the box door (12) at a certain angle to throw in garbage, the correlation photoelectric switch (3) realizes the conversion of an electric-optical-electric signal, namely, an electric signal is sent to the microcontroller (1), the microcontroller (1) cuts off the power supply of the electromagnetic lock (2) and the correlation photoelectric switch (3) after 2s of short time delay, the electromagnetic lock (2) is locked in time, the box door (12) is automatically closed under the action of gravity, the electric energy is saved, the pollution to the surrounding environment is reduced, if the user wakes up the device and does not throw in the garbage but directly leaves, the microcontroller (1) can also cut off the power of the electromagnetic lock (2) and the correlation photoelectric switch (3) after 10s of completion, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are achieved;
if the capacity detection module detects that the garbage can is full, a corresponding signal is sent to the microcontroller (1), the microcontroller (1) controls the LED display device (4) to display a character of 'waiting for cleaning', the garbage can (11) at the position is locked, the positions of similar nearby garbage cans are informed to a user in a voice mode, meanwhile, the microcontroller (1) sends a scheduling cleaning request to the upper computer (10), a cleaning route is reasonably planned, and normal work is recovered as soon as possible.
