(3) adding the traditional Chinese medicine sterilization liquid into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding hydrogen peroxide and citric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine sterilization liquid.
Wherein, preferably, after adding phosphoric acid in the step (1), the pH value is adjusted to 3-4.5.
