The disinfectant used in food industry as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the traditional Chinese medicine sterilizing liquid is prepared by adopting the following preparation method: boiling 40-50 parts by weight of pure water, adding 3-5 parts by weight of honeysuckle, 4-6 parts by weight of folium artemisiae argyi, 1-2 parts by weight of purslane, 1-2 parts by weight of phellodendron and 2-3 parts by weight of rhizoma atractylodis, boiling for 30-60min by slow fire, and filtering to remove traditional Chinese medicine residues to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine sterilizing liquid.
4. A method of preparing a disinfectant for use in various segments of the food industry according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding silver nitrate into deionized water, stirring for dissolving, adding phosphoric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a silver nitrate solution;
(2) dispersing a stabilizer in a silver nitrate solution by adopting an ultrasonic dispersion method to obtain a mixed solution;
(3) adding the traditional Chinese medicine sterilization liquid into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, then sequentially adding hydrogen peroxide and citric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine sterilization liquid.
5. The method for preparing disinfectant used in food industry according to claim 4, wherein the disinfectant comprises the following components: after adding phosphoric acid in the step (1), adjusting the pH value to 3-4.5.
