Description

Artificial breeding method for acrossocheilus yunnanensis
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cultivation, in particular to an artificial breeding method of acrossocheilus yunnanensis.
Background
The Yunan Guangyi Dian fish is mainly distributed in Jinshajiang, Nanpan river and auxiliary lakes in Yunnan, and the resources are sharply reduced after 60 years of 20 th century until almost no longer in 80 years. The yunnan bare lipsticks are rich in nutrition, tender in meat quality and delicious in taste, and in order to protect and develop the yunnan bare lipsticks resource, the artificial propagation of the yunnan bare lipsticks is realized in 2014 through practices and researches of related technical personnel, and the artificial breeding of the yunnan bare lipsticks is performed in the southwest region and other places in recent years.
The Yunnan bare lipped is suitable for water temperature of 5-28 ℃, the most suitable water temperature of 14-24 ℃, is fond of living in a clear water environment, mainly lives in the upper middle layer of a water body, has strong reverse water jumping capability, is edible in the nature of food preference for other foods, can also eat compound feed, is mainly eaten by rotifers and fleas in a seedling stage, and can eat filamentous bathing, rotten organic scraps and the like more than 4 cm; the Yunnan Guangxi Kouchi fish is tender in quality, high in DHA and EPA content and popular with consumers, wild Yunnan Guangxi Kouchi fish resources are reduced sharply due to human activities such as habitat destruction and excessive fishing, the market price is high, the full-artificial propagation of the Yunnan Guangxi Kouchi fish is carried out, the large-scale production of seedlings is realized, the wild Yunnan Guangxi Kouchi fish resources are protected, the artificial propagation in natural water areas is met, and the urgent need of market supply is ensured; at present, the problems in the propagation of the Yunan Ophioglossus mainly comprise: the breeding parents are mostly caught by wild plants, the quantity cannot be guaranteed, the spawning is not concentrated, and the large-scale production of the seedlings is difficult to realize.
In the prior art, the research on the breeding and growth of the yunnan liptophagus is more, for example, a full-artificial breeding method of the yunnan liptophagus with the patent number of CN201611167311.2 achieves a higher breeding effect through juvenile fish domestication, parent selection and hormone use, but the research does not consider the whole growth environment of the fish, only focuses on the selection of fish bodies and the hormone use, and cannot maximally show the breeding performance of the yunnan liptophagus; for another example, a high-efficiency artificial propagation method for acrossocheilus yunnanensis with patent number CN201610109556.3 mainly achieves the purpose of high propagation by using a breeding device, but in documents, deep excavation is not performed on the ecological habit of the acrossocheilus yunnanensis, and the propagation performance of the acrossocheilus yunnanensis cannot be exerted to the maximum extent; therefore, the comprehensive consideration of nutrition and growth environment is lacked in the prior art, so that the breeding effect of the Yunan Ophioglossus can be improved to the maximum extent, and the large-scale breeding of the Yunan Ophioglossus is promoted.
