Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of planting, in particular to a planting method of selenium-rich tea trees.
Background
Selenium is one of 14 essential trace elements, is the most important miraculous trace element of life, is a guardian of human health, is a killer of cancer, and is a protective spirit of heart and cerebral vessels.
72% of soil in 24 provinces and cities in China is selenium-deficient or severely selenium-deficient, so that 4-6 micrograms of selenium can be taken in from animal and plant food every day, and only 1/10-1/42 of 250 micrograms of selenium is supplemented every day by 200-charge per person specified by the world health organization, the U.S. food and drug administration and the national preventive medicine academy of sciences. The research of more than 300 biological and medical experts in the world considers that the selenium deficiency of human bodies can induce more than 40 diseases such as various cancers, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, liver diseases, asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, pulmonary heart diseases, juvenile amblyopia, senile cataract, dementia and the like.
The selenium supplement for the whole people in China mainly comprises two methods, namely, the selenium supplement for organic selenium, such as selenium yeast, has high utilization rate and high price; and secondly, selenium is supplemented by selenium-rich agricultural products, inorganic selenium enters animal and plant bodies to form organic selenium of selenium cysteine, and the absorptivity of the organic selenium and the inorganic selenium to human bodies is 70-80 percent. In order to prevent and treat 40 kinds of chronic diseases and reduce the medical expense burden of individuals and countries, therefore, various selenium-rich agricultural products which are high in selenium, low in price and convenient are actively researched and developed, not only can be used for supplementing selenium for the whole people, but also can be exported, and because China has listed the selenium-rich agricultural products as second major export food.
Most areas in the north of the earth are lack of selenium, and soil in 22 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China is lack of selenium, so that endemic diseases in many areas in China are caused to occur seriously. People try to make up the situation of selenium deficiency by adding selenium element into foods (such as grains, salt, water and the like), and natural organic selenium is searched for because a human body can easily absorb the organic selenium, and the added organic selenium has high cost and is difficult to accept because the organic selenium is directly added into the foods to cause peculiar smell of the added foods.
In recent years, the tea has the function of enriching selenium, absorbs inorganic selenium in soil and forms organic selenium in vivo, so that drinking the selenium-enriched tea becomes one of important ways for supplementing selenium for people, and is convenient and easy to implement. Selenium-rich tea trees planted in the prior art often have insufficient selenium content in tea.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a planting method of selenium-rich tea trees, and solves the problem that the selenium content of the selenium-rich tea trees is low in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
a planting method of selenium-rich tea trees comprises the following steps:
a. preparing soil, namely selecting a sloping field with deep soil layer, fertile soil, good drainage, convenient irrigation and sufficient illumination as a planting base;
b. fertilizing, applying 500-900 kg/mu base fertilizer, spreading selenium-enriched yeast after fertilizing,
c. digging planting holes, wherein the digging specification of each hole is as follows: the lower bottom and the upper opening are 40 and 50 and 60cm, the plant spacing of the tea trees is 2 and 2m, and mulching films are laid on the planting holes;
d. planting tea seedlings, namely planting complete healthy tea seedlings without diseases and insect pests in planting holes, wherein the planting depth of the tea seedlings is 30-35cm, and watering thoroughly after planting;
e. fertilizer management, namely applying the selenium-rich tea fertilizer once every month, 300 kg/mu every time, and watering thoroughly after applying the fertilizer;
f. managing a tea garden, trimming tea trees, trimming the tea trees in a dormant period after the growth of the tea trees is finished in one year, and trimming the tea trees in a dormant later period of winter buds before the tea buds germinate in spring; only main branches of young tea trees are cut, lateral branches are not cut, the young tea trees are slightly cut once per year, and the young tea trees are deeply cut once in 3 years;
further, the selenium-rich fertilizer is: 30 jin of clear water, 0.01-10 g of glutamic acid, 0.01-15 g of lysine, 0.01-10 g of leucine, 0.01-10 g of histidine, 1-50 g of methionine, 0.01-35 g of cystine, 0.01-15 g of threonine, 0.01-15 g of phenylalanine, 0.01-40 g of serine and 1-40 g of tryptophan.
Furthermore, the selenium-rich fertilizer also comprises 30-40 g of livestock and poultry manure, 3-5 g of urea, 0.5-1 g of potassium fulvate, 0.5-1.5 g of triple superphosphate and 5-8 g of vinasse.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the planting steps are simple, the applied selenium-rich fertilizer can be well absorbed by tea trees, and the selenium content of the planted tea trees can reach above the average content.
