Abstract
The invention solves the outstanding problem of environmental pollution caused by municipal domestic sludge, kitchen garbage, human and livestock manure, straw and other farmland wastes, realizes harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic solid wastes, realizes the pollution-free and zero emission of the whole process by forage grass planting, livestock breeding and earthworm fertilizer preparation and soil improvement, creates an integrated planting and breeding type ecological cycle agricultural technical mode of sludge/human and livestock manure/kitchen garbage/straw farmland organic wastes-harmless treatment-earthworm bio-organic fertilizer/earthworm spray fertilization-organic planting forage grass and trees/stocking livestock and poultry/soil improvement, improves the soil micro-ecological environment and improves the quality of agricultural products.
Description
Technical Field
Relates to an organic solid waste (sludge, farmland waste and kitchen waste) integrated biological treatment, plant cultivation, herbivore cultivation, earthworm and excrement production and ecological restoration of occupied land after urban environmental protection treatment.
Background
At present, the industrial investment is huge in a mode of sludge and farmland waste (pollution non-point source) disposal, and residues are still pollution non-point sources. The related modes are composting, burning, drying, carbon making and the like, and the above biological chains can not form closed circulation.

In order to overcome certain or some defects in the prior art, the invention provides an integrated environment-friendly ecological cycle planting, breeding and treating sludge system, improved soil and a using method thereof.

the method comprises the following steps:
the preparation method of the base fertilizer comprises the following specific steps:
1) preparing a base fertilizer: mixing the urban environment treatment product (domestic sludge) organic solid waste and the crushed farmland waste in a prefabricated workshop or an agricultural greenhouse according to the weight ratio of 7:1, wherein the carbon-nitrogen ratio is 25-35:1, the water content is adjusted to be below 60%, adding a composite microbial fermentation inoculant, spraying a composite microbial deodorizing inoculant, uniformly stirring in a fermentation tank, turning over once in 2-3 days, and fermenting for 10-15 days;
2) curing the base fertilizer: stacking the base fertilizer fermented in the step 1) to 3-5m in height, keeping the base fertilizer loose, and obtaining the cured base fertilizer when the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature from 65-75 ℃. Can be earthworm bed base material.
3) The composite microbial fermentation inoculant comprises a composite inoculant of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, candida utilis and aspergillus niger, the mass content of each inoculant in the composite inoculant is 10-30%, and the addition amount of the composite microbial fermentation inoculant is 0.2-0.3% of the total weight of the raw materials.
4) The composite microbial deodorant bacterial agent comprises a composite agent of lactobacillus acidophilus, white rot fungi and thermal amylase streptomyces, the mass content of each bacterial agent in the composite bacterial agent is 10-20%, and the addition amount of the composite microbial deodorant bacterial agent is 0.1-0.2% of the total weight of the raw materials.
The method for preparing the fertilizer by earthworm cultivation comprises the following specific steps:
1) establishing a earthworm bed: transporting and stacking the cured base fertilizer sludge in an earthworm cultivation fertilizer making area below the livestock and poultry cultivation ground to carry out ridge stacking, and adjusting the moisture content to 65-70%;
2) earthworm inoculation and breeding: uniformly inoculating the earthworm seedlings on a culture pile, wherein the earthworm input is 2.8-3.5 kg per square meter; periodically spraying water to maintain humidity.
3) Collecting earthworm fertilizer and earthworms: the earthworms forage in the breeding pile to generate earthworm excrement, so that the earthworm fertilizer is formed, the earthworms in the breeding pile are separated, and the earthworms and the earthworm excrement are placed in a place with sunlight to continuously move deeper into the breeding pile, so that the earthworm excrement is collected by one layer.

When the product is treated, 500mg/L of indolebutyric acid and 1000mg/L of nitrohumic acid are sprayed on the wound.
The earthworms forage in the breeding pile to generate earthworm excrement, so that the earthworm fertilizer is formed, the earthworms in the breeding pile are separated, and the earthworms and the earthworm excrement are placed in a place with sunlight to continuously move deeper into the breeding pile, so that the earthworm excrement is collected by one layer.
Uniformly inoculating the earthworm seedlings on a culture pile, wherein the earthworm input is 2.8-3.5 kg per square meter; periodically spraying water to maintain humidity.
The earthworm and the zymophyte form an integrated ecological circle to purify polluted soil and water, the composite microbial fermentation inoculant comprises a composite inoculant of bacillus subtilis, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus amyloliquefaciens, candida utilis and aspergillus niger, the mass content of each inoculant in the composite inoculant is 10-30%, and the addition amount of the composite microbial fermentation inoculant is 0.2-0.3% of the total weight of the raw materials.
2400mg/L of indolebutyric acid and 2500mg/L of nitrohumic acid, and the fertilizer is promoted to be degraded into a fertilizer by watering once every 8 days, and the fertilizer is absorbed by eucommia ulmoides and enters the ecological cycle again.
Claims (8)
1. The integrated environment-friendly ecological cycle planting, breeding and treating sludge system and the improved soil and the using method thereof comprise the specific steps of base fertilizer preparation and earthworm breeding and fertilizer preparation.
2. A formulated base fertilizer made from the base fertilizer of claim 1: mixing the urban environment treatment product (domestic sludge) organic solid waste and the crushed farmland waste in a prefabricated workshop or an agricultural greenhouse according to the weight ratio of 7:1, wherein the carbon-nitrogen ratio is 25-35:1, the water content is adjusted to be below 60%, adding a composite microbial fermentation microbial inoculum, spraying a composite microbial deodorization microbial inoculum, uniformly stirring in a fermentation tank, turning over once in 2-3 days, and fermenting for 10-15 days.
3. A cured base fertilizer produced from the base fertilizer as set forth in claim 1: stacking the base fertilizer fermented in the step 1) to 3-5m in height, keeping the base fertilizer loose, and obtaining the cured base fertilizer when the temperature is reduced to the normal temperature from 65-75 ℃.
